Wonderful meal - was looking for a good steak place but the menu stood out because of the healthy and unique dishes - not a typical feature of a steakhouse. The service was impeccable and quite quick, and both the server and supervisor honored my birthday. Beautiful setting. Really, really loved this place and will be back! The discounted valet parking makes it a very do-able downtown/Brickell experience.
From the ambiance, to our food and wine selection, everything was perfect. Went for a date night that was made THAT much more romantic by the terrace seating and perfect weather. we highly recommend you get the tasting platter and then order some stand alone dishes, totally gives you a feel of their most notable dishes, all the while enjoying the ambiance and company. Thanks to our waiter (forgive me, I'm seriously horrible with names) and the staff at Edge for their elegant and knowledgeable attitudes! Even on a Tuesday, their service and hospitality was amazing! Really made out night that much more meaningful.
Excellent selection for business dinner even if you are not staying at the Four Seasons. Access was a little confusing as restaurant and lobby are on the 7th floor and poorly marked. Steaks were cooked to perfection and sides were also delightful. You cannot go wrong with green beans and mashed potatoes but they were both prepared well. Service was superb.
The ambience was very nice. We were seated in a semicircle booth, which was romantic for a date.
We were given potato chips, which I found odd. To each their own. Bread was stale and the cocktail menu was very heavy with emphasis on spicy and sour flavors. I would have liked some more refreshing choices.
I ordered the Miami Spice menu. The scallop appetizer was nice, though lacking flavor. The steak also lacked flavor and was very fatty. On the plus side, it was properly cooked to my taste. The pavlova dessert was very good.
Overall, for the price I expected more.
We were blown away by our experience at Edge. The decor was classy, the service was fantastic, and the food was outstanding. We tried two appetizers, which were tasty. Our main course was the chef’s pasta of the day (changes daily) with lamb. It was mouth watering. I’ll spend the next few weeks dreaming about that dish. We will absolutely be back when we visit Miami in the future. 6/5 Stars, hands down!
Excellent dining experience, except for the brainless couple with the constantly, very loud crying/screaming baby close to us. Otherwise, the roasted oyster appetizer was very good and the foie gras and chicken liver bonbon appetizer was so delicious that...you guessed it...I had an additional order as my dessert!!! And the wait service was extremely helpful and cordial, and the meat (Australian churrasco) was expertly cooked and delicious. We will certainly return next time we are on Miami. 👍👍👍👍👍
We, four of us, all had fun. Each ordered from Miami Spice menu. Service was very good, our server, Jose, was friendly and attentive. We had two bottles of wine. We were discussing to try a different one as second bottle. Jose went ahead and pouring from second bottle without asking us. That was the only problem. But Jose must be watching how joyful we were together intently talking and he must have felt we needed more wine. Nice ambience with tasteful decoration. Foods were delicious.
Don't let the word Steak in the name fool you. This is much more than your typical steak house though the steaks excel too. The daily specials on the lunch and dinner menu are the play thanks to the creative and talented Chef, Aaron Brooks. One the best chefs in town.
One of the worst meals in have ever had. My chops were completely raw , i asked for medium. The waiter agreed and they made therm again , second time they were even worse. The manager apologized and said they would make them again. I told her I was done. But she told me the chef was famous for the chops and to try one last time. Well 3rd time was not lucky , they just grilled my old chops again and brought the same ones back out , they were inedible.
My wife asked for her steak medium .again is was raw meat .
I eat out very often and travel regularly on business. But again this was one of the worst dining experiences i have ever had. Ruined our Saturday night
Never again This is the four seasons for gods sake, and the chef cannot cook meat. Ridiculous !
The Edge Restaurant is a great business lunch location in Brickell. Parking is easy thanks to the valet, which you get a discount for when you dine at the restaurant. The food was awesome. We shared some appetizers and a salad including the Quinoa and Lentil Fritters and the Chorizo Croquettas, which were both to die for. The seared tuna on the green salad was perfect. The ambiance is so nice there and service was spot on.
The service person(s) were really nice. However, they got our order wrong (2 out of 4 people) - a filet instead of churrasco. We had to eat the filet otherwise my mom and husband would wait and their food would have gotten cold.
Our server was kind, it was the kitchen that did not read her ticket correctly. offered us complimentary dessert - but I would've rather had the steak removed the check, to be honest. I felt a bit cheated of something I was craving.
Would come back - only because Creekstone farms meat is delicious and clean, and its the first time they've made a mistake (I visit this restaurant at least once a month)
