My friends and I were celebrating 2 birthdays, one being mine. The restaurant is very nice, the service was good too, we were seated in one of the private rooms which was very nice. The whole experience wS good except a couple of us ordered the filet mignon and it was over cooked. It was so bad that is was like cutting into rubber. I thought it was only mine, but my friends felt the same way. It was a shame because the rest of the experience was good, it’s a shame that they don’t know how to cook steak. I would probably go back and try a different plate.
Servers are too pushy trying to sell more plates!! I remember being offered dessert more than twice after clearly stating I wanted the check. I was also offered more drinks in a pushy manner. The food is good though, I wouldn’t return being so many other options. 2.5/10
Great happy hour with the best oysters and only $1.00 each from 5:00 to 7:00 PM started our evening. Then onto dinner. The service was impeccable and the steaks were divine. Cooked at the right temperature and seasoned to perfection. This is a great place, great value and fantastic ambiance being in the Four Seasons Hotel....yet, nothing too snooty about this place. Enjoy!

Beautiful location, food was good as well, the service was okay. The only bad part I would say was that they took a long time to bring the food, 1hr and 30 min for an appetizer...
We waited over 1 hour for our food. The steaks were of poor quality. They were all over cooked. Two had to be sent back TWICE and they still were not up to snuff. The other two were burnt instead of well done. Truly burned.
It was a celebration and a special desert was asked for. The congratulations on the desert was forgotten. SO we reminded the waiter and so another desert was brought with congratulations on it. This occasion was supposed to be an engagement celebration. It was not a celebration at all, quite the opposite because of this restaurant!
Asked for Lamb chops to be cooked so there would be no blood. They came out almost raw.
One of the greatest dinners we have ever had! Can't wait to go back!
Overall enjoyable experience. We did the tasting menu on Valentines day and were left a bit underwhelmed. The final dish was a surf and turf, and was disappointed with the quality of meat (especially for a steakhouse)
We had terrific service, great drinks at the bar, and the steak's were both perfectly cooked and amazing. The tostones with guacamole were on point, and the lamb meatballs were just ok in my taste. Everything else was just great!

Fabulous steak. Great hostess. However, near the end of our meal the server removed our entrees very quickly without asking if we were finished or would like a box. I still had most of my steak left so this was a big disappointment.
The staff here is always the friendliest. The Sunday buffet brunch is totally worth it as there's more food and Chef curated. I always recommend Edge to friends and family traveling to the area and I will continue!
Paid $66 for a steak that looked and tasted like it was from
Denny’s. Order a curry dish that was supposed to have shrimp fish and clams. Came with 4 clams and a piece of fish but no shrimp. When I asked the waiter he just walked into the kitchen without saying a word. When he came back asked if the manager came over which he never did. The wine bottles were over priced. Horrible restaurant, bad service and completely overpriced. Ruined my daughters 24th birthday dinner
