The meal was good, but not as good as one would expect from a Four Seasons property. The complimentary bread served was plain and ordinary, no better than you can buy at a supermarket bakery. The duck confit appetizer was superb, one of the best preparations of the dish I have ever had. The dry-aged New York Strip was OK, but I've had better steaks at a least a half dozen other places locally. My dessert of chocolate souffle was excellent although the malted milk ice cream that came with it was about two spoonfuls. You would think, at these prices, they would serve an entire scoop.

This was an great experience for this special occasion with my 16 years old daughter. The service was efficient and delicate. They were helpful all along dinner. Our server’s recommendation was excellent.

It's amazing what effect service can have on a meal. We ate here in March and the meal and service were fantastic. This go round, I was staying at the hotel so my son met me here for dinner. We sat outside and other than our table being near the bar trash can it was a nice setting. We started with Foie gras bonbons and the Scallop Rockefeller appetizers. This is the second time we've had the bonbons and they are a fantastic prelude; the scallops on the other hand were so over salted that they were not edible. As the appetizer only came with two scallop shells by the time we each took a bite there wasn't much left. When the manager asked and we told him that these were terribly salty, he said he'd let chef know but didn't offer to remove from check; again one bite and it looks as if you finished. We both ordered the Wagyu skirt steak with chimmichurri and bernaise sauces. The steaks were cooked and seasoned perfectly and quite tender. We also had two sides, the mashed potatoes and the asparagus. The potatoes were topped with cheese and the consistency was perfect. The asparagus were medium stalks and so tender, would order both again. The server we'd had before was working the bar and was very helpful recommending a wine by the glass and bourbon cocktail, I feel terrible that I've forgotten his name but he is fantastic. Our server on the other hand seemed dazed and confused at times and was not very attentive, not what I expect at the Four Seasons or at this caliber of a restaurant.

So disappointed in this dinner, our only night in Miami! While my husband’s Delmonico steak was good, my grouper was seasoned with a weird saffron-tasting spice that made it inedible to me. When we ordered, I asked for my grouper to be grilled dry with very little butter, as I am successfully dong Weight Watchers. When the fish arrived, the aroma was overpoweringly saffron, a spice I abhor. I asked the waitress, and she said it was a dusting of orange peel. She did offer to take it back, but by then, my husband had his steak, and we were going to be pressed for time. My husband took the fish and gave me some of his steak - hardly ideal for either of us. As we left the restaurant, the hostess inquired about our dinner, so I told her about my oddly-seasoned fish. She said she would remove it from our hotel bill—-of course, that did not happen!

Edge has a creative menu incorporating local fresh ingredients to pull off a special place for dining. Take your time and enjoy your dinner. We had the kitchen hold off on our entrees for about 30 min which was perfect.

Good food prepared well. Quality meat. Excellent staff and service. If you are in brickle and in the mood for steak, this is the place to go. Also lively bar scene during happy hour with good drinks and prices to match. One dollar oysters during happy hour cannot be beat. I was very happy with my experience at edge Miami

The service here was incredible. We inadvertently made our reservation too early for Brunch but the manager was immediately able to push our reservation until brunch started. We sat and enjoyed the patio of the hotel while we waited. The food is amazing. There is huge variety of food. The menu items that included in the brunch are unique and delicious. Highly recommend the ricotta pancakes. We indicated in the reservation it was our anniversary and they brought us a cute anniversary themed dessert. Highly recommend!

Nice selection of small to larger plates. Waitstaff was attentive and willing to let us share multiple appetizers for our main course. The plates were variably split in the kitchen which made dining easier. Wine list was average but acceptable wines available by the glass. Specialty cocktails were good to excellent. We dined at 7:00pm with only a few other tables to start. By mid meal the place was full, creating some degree of noise but adding to the energy. Would return-particularly would like to try the chef’s tasting menu.

An absolutely beautiful setting with highly professional service but you pay premium prices. The food was very good, especially the appetizer of tostones and the entrees which were the Delmonico steak and a Pork Chop special both of which were very good and we had glasses of wine that were also very good. We definitely enjoyed our meal and the professional service but given the price point it was not all that it could have been.

One of the best Sunday Brunches in South Florida. Wonderful selection of fresh seafood and salads, spanish dishes and a whole roasted pig. Incredible! They also have an outside smoker with chicken, ribs, and sausage.

Wanted a good environment for a Birthday celebration during the afternoon on a Sunday!
Fantastic Brunch, great raw bar, fantastic whole roast pig, smoky delicious barbecue, unlimited tacos and tasty Tapas with unlimited Mimosas or Champagne for an extra $20.per person. Will return for dinner one evening.

The restaurant is classic four seasons. Always attractive setting. Our server was nice but only ok service. Couldn’t tell us what beers were available and there was no menu for it.
Food was excellent and appetizer portions were adequate. Dinner was excellent but small portion for the cost.

Wonderful dinner- the steaks- we had four-were prepared as requested, the sauces were delicious, and the chocolate souffle was light as a feather and paired with an ice cream and a whipped cream that set off the chocolate flavor perfectly. Steak tartare appetizers were also absolutely marvelous. Definitely a place for a business dinner, romantic date, or a group. Service was absolutely lovely and took obvious pride in all of their offerings, and took great care in not rushing our group.

This is mostly a bar with steak on the side. I had a 7:45 reservation and I could have waked out the door by 8:30. Service was rushed. Food was average and the service was fair. I have stayed at the four seasons so many times but never dined at that restaurant and now I know why. If you are in a bind, or maybe a business dinner, then it works. Other than that there are way too many other great steak options.

We were 4 women getting together for our annual “foodie and painting “ week. Edge sounded fun with eclectic menu.
The tasting menu was off limits to us because only 2 wanted to order, ( entire table order only) very disappointing to us, not enough funky things to order, I had filet of beef, just ok , the other 3 had snapper. They seemed to enjoy.
For the prices charged, we should have had a table cloth. Poor acoustics, very loud even though it was half empty.
We all felt just oh well, it was just a meal. Let’s look forward to tomorrow’s meal.

Our server was great, charismatic and very attentive. Will definitely be visiting again, my girlfriend had the fish and chips and I had the lamb chops which were cooked to perfection (medium). The tostones as an appetizer was a great recommendation as well.
