It’s okay for a steakhouse. Nothing to get excited about based on the long time between courses. Steak was Luke warm as it sat under a warmer. The best part of the food experience was the chocolate crunch dessert we took back to the room. Our server Leslie was awesome though. She was great and I am sure she couldn’t control the kitchen!

As usual, the food was excellent. Tried the lobster Mac n cheese and it was also great. 12oz wagyu filet, top notch. A must try for all steak lovers

We have a meal or at the very least cocktails at Edge every time we are in Denver. Fabulous place with delicious food and top notch service.

A perfect place for lunch or brunch before theater or symphony at the DCPA just across the street. The Free parking that comes with the meal justifies the higher price of the food, although if if we paid for parking we would still go because it is so lovely. The service is perfect, the ambiance wonderful and the food perfect. As good as it gets.

Good food and service as one would expect from a restaurant in the Four Seasons. Steak was good but certainly not best in Denver. Sides are smaller than you see eat other steakhouses.

I was disappointed in this restaurant. I had been here three years ago for lunch and was very impressed at that time. A big change! Service was unattentive, didn't follow through on two separate easy requests (bring the wine to the table and open asap, bring rocks for my mixed drink), they brought out our food and it was luke warm and finally they brought out the wrong dessert that we ordered. This is NOT a cheap restaurant, and I am fine with the extra cost , if it's worth it. This was bad diner service, not a four star, Four Seasons hotel service that I expect (although they had those prices!).

I have really enjoyed The Edge in the past. We come before the matinee performance at The Buell Theatres. We have always enjoyed the special Quartet Menu item. We were very disappointed that it was discontinued.

We have typically had very good service-- but it was marginal last Saturday. I'm not sure if we will return.

Review is based on eating/drinking at the Bar and not the restaurant. Wait person was attentive and personable.
Side note - had a reservation in the restaurant but opted to sit at a bar table (World Series game). Told hostess at the restaurant what we were doing and she said "No problem. Thx for telling me." I then get a note from Open Table stating that I hadn't honored my reservation. Replied to Open Table with above statement and stated my displeasure at being listed as a "no show". I'll blame the hostess/restaurant for not following up but don't really know if the error was Open Table or the restaurant.

I took my sons for my Birthday dinner on Sat. night, while staying at the Four Seasons for the weekend. Overall, this was a good dining experience. A couple items which reduced my rating a bit were the wine markups and the wait for drink refills.

As a avid wine purchaser, I know that a bottle of Jordan Cabernet is about $60 at most stores in town. However, on the menu, this is $30 a glass. I don’t want to sound like a rube. Of course, I know that many restaurants add a 100% or more markup on wine. Personally, I just consider those who choose to keep this at a 50% or so a better value. Although, I did appreciate the fact that they offered some of these better wines by the glass.

There were also several times we had to wait quite a long time for drink refills on soda and ice tea. Granted, I was out with two teens who probably consume more than the average Edge patron. However, when three people are spending over $300 for dinner, I’d expect them to be more on it. Just saying.

It was very convenient to dine without leaving the hotel. This was a big plus. But, in a city with amazing steak houses, I wouldn’t make this a destination.

I love EDGE. If you're in the mood for a steak at a place downtown, look no further than this wonderful restaurant. The food is amazing, with even such commonplace sides as mashed potatoes having incredible flavor. Try the Creamy Tomato Soup, which has an intense flavor and a lovely little parmesan puff on the side. My wife and I split a 16-ounce dry-aged buffalo ribeye, and it was perfect for the two of us. The service is genuine and friendly, and you'll definitely be back in the future.

We have dined at the Edge several times. Had this been our first visit, we would not return. Waited for a server for 15 minutes after being seated. Waiter disappeared after dinner. Told bus person he could find us in the bar to pay the check. Just an overall disappointing evening for our wedding anniversary.

We were there for dinner before the Saturday evening performance of Frozen. We were delayed by traffic coming up from Colorado Springs and called to let them know we would be late. The staff was very accomodating and we were seated promptly. We used the special pre-performance menu selection which was absolutely awesome. The idea of the boxed chocolate truffles for dessert to take to the theater was a nice touch. We loved the service and quality of the food! Great cocktails too!

High end restaurant in a convenient location to the Denver Center for the Performing Arts. Great pre-theater spot. Valet parking helps you avoid the theater crowd. Special feature during the Frozen run was a "Build your own snowman" table for kids (OK and adults) to add various sprinkles and sauces to three scoops of ice cream.

The food at edge was pretty good I had the wagyu New York strip which wasn't bad but I wasn't blown away, my wife had the wagyu filet which was amazing. On the bad side when we sat down and ordered our wine the server immediately started acting like he was ready for us to leave because we did not order expensive glasses of wine and for the rest of the night we felt very judged for not ordering more food and spending more money.

The fixed price pre-theater menu is terrific. It is four courses, and there is no time for the fourth (dessert) course, so they send you off to the symphony with a small box of truffles. A very nice tough.
