I expected more from a Four Seasons steakhouse. The food was amazing! However, the restaurant felt more like a hotel bar then a steakhouse. The service was very slow to the point we almost felt forgotten.

Food was excellent. Spiced Caesar Salad dressing was a little bland (expected a kick). Artic Char was prepared properly, although it would be better to serve with some additional elements. Al-La-Carte sides are often too much and go to waste. Brined Pork chop was very tender. Gazpatcho was delicious.
Service was excellent, attentive, without being obtrusive.
Background music was screetchy wailing and most distracting, which made us ready to leave instead of staying for dessert.

Unfortunately, our food was disappointing. We both ordered the burger and asked for it to be medium well. We received burgers that were cooked medium (barely). I realize some people like their meat cooked medium, but the point is more that we were clear, but did not receive what we ordered. Our server seemed to notice, but never came over to ask about why neither of us were eating. We ate the fries and mixed greens salad that were the sides. Thankfully, they brought bread to the table so we ate that too. I was super hungry and on a time constraint so not able to order something different. And ultimately, the server never gave us the option to order something else or fix the order. He gave us the check, took my card, THEN came to our table to acknowledge we hadn’t eaten the burgers and took only ONE off our bill. Whatever. I think sometimes servers take advantage of customers that aren’t difficult or complaining. I wish he had acknowledged the issue earlier and tried to remedy it, or taken both off our bill.

Server was slow, but good. The 16 ounce Buffalo ribeye was fantastic, may be the best steak I have ever had. My wife got the 6oz filet, she lover it to. Cheese cake was just as good, she liked her sorbet also

It was extremely loud making it so we had to shout to hear each other and our waiter. We ordered 2 filet mignons that were supposed to both be medium rare. My wifes was rare and mine was medium. The waiter did offer to have the steaks remade, but we declined. He did give us a free shrimp cocktail. The place looks great, our waiter was attentive and knowledgeable about the food. It is a steakhouse so I expected more from the steaks. It is extremely expensive, our total bill was over $400 before tip for 2 people. This includes alcohol I should mention. We have been here before, but will be looking for something else next time we go out for a high end meal. This place is just not worth the money and the atmosphere is way too loud.

This was our first time at EDGE and it was fantastic on all criteria from start to finish. Our waiter, Hono, was completely exceptional on every meaningful dimension one would expect from a high quality restaurant's service. The chef was superb and all of our food was outstanding and presented beautifully - special kudos to the pastry chef for memorable desserts. Finally we found that the service staff functioned as a true TEAM; they were all cordial, responsive and very helpful to each other to ensure the patrons' complete satisfaction. We could not recommend the EDGE more highly........JMG

We have eaten at Edge for many, many years on our way to the ballet or theater, for meeting friends for a special lunch or dinner.

This past Sunday brunch, our food was horrible. I don’t usually write negative reviews but I need to in this case.

Not only has the menu changed drastically, including the prices, but the portions were small. Our omelettes were overcooked and there was nothing in them. It was a Denver omelette. At a Four Seasons restaurant, it should be fabulous. Instead of the roasted potatoes Edge was known for, it came with two little round hash browns (tiny) and one tiny roasted tomato. No toast. That was it. In the past I could barely finish my entree. This time I left hungry, and I’m not a big eater.

Edge was recently remodeled. While it is new and fresh, it is much more casual and there are too many hard surfaces. The carpet is gone and it is so noisy that it is almost impossible to hear fellow diners at our table. We could hardly hear our server to the point that they kept
having to repeat themselves. So did we!

I hope Edge changes their menu to offer some sandwiches or lunch type items on their midday brunch menu, as they did in the past. I hope they bring back roasted potatoes and toast too. Who wants to eat tiny little fried hash browns and over cooked eggs and leave hungry? They need to step it up!

Service needs attention. Very very slow. Took forever to get hot sauce and coffee brought. Food was good, hot and prepared as expected. Service needs work. Bad. They were trying, can’t fault them but mgmt needs to show them the ropes a little better. Waiting 15 minutes for hot sauce and coffee unacceptable. 3 times numerous dishes and glasses crashed down in my 90 minutes dining there. Sounded like a Greek restaurant. Again, unpolished service on display. Won’t be back.

After enjoying dining at Edge for years, I am disappointed with the post -remodel food and ambiance. What used to be unique and wonderfully flavored food and great ambiance is now typical and bland fare., coupled with bright, in your face lighting and new decor that does nothing to quell noise. The steak sauces were lacking flavor and tasted like out -of-the-bottle sauces. The whipped potatoes reminded me of the country buffet, drowned in an uninspiring gravy. Couple all of this with pricing that is beyond other steakhouses featuring better tasting food, Edge has lost me as a long term diner. I have dined at Four Seasons restaurants all over the world, I would now rate Edge at the very bottom of restaurants in the hotel chain. One last parting shot: after spending 300+ on dinner for two people, I also had to pay for valet parking, something I never had to do before... Very tacky.

There are things on the menu that are very good. The Spanish Octopus and the Sticky Toffee Pudding are both outstanding. Then there are items that just totally miss the mark.

The Foie Gras torchon was a weird mishmash of ingredients that didn't work well together. The dry aged bone-in ribeye somehow had no crust/char near the bone while being over cooked and the portion of the steak farthest from the bone had a great crust, but was seriously undercooked.

The wait staff was universally cordial, and pleasant, but they forgot to bring our table our bread and a glass of wine and had to be reminded. Overall, I've had much better steakhouse experiences at Guard & Grace and Urban Farmer.

I hate leaving negative reviews, but I have to be honest and say I was underwhelmed.

We visited Edge many times and it continues to be a favorite. Besides the relatively high price, it provides a great dining experience. The food is good and provides a wide variety. There are many non-steak options and the raw bar is great (although the display is not setup right now). Wine list is ample and I appreciate some moderately priced options. Feels COVID safe and as an added bonus there is a nice bar area for a before and/or after dinner drink.

We ate brunch at Edge and as a vegan, it had plenty of options for me to make have a great breakfast. Good food. Nice restaurant. However, keep in mind that the prices are hotel restaurant prices (overpriced so don't order the $9 addition of berries because it was a tiny little dish). But, yummy.

Will most likely not go back although it has been one of our “goto” places. Remodeling left it too noisy to even talk at table for four. Food has become not wonderful-meal arrived with main course prior to salad. It was cold-sent back for re-heat -waiter took one meal & not the 2nd-had to flag someone to take second persons cold entre & suggested would like salad 1st. Entre-cold upon return. & we gave up. The other couple did not get their meal for 35 minutes after this. Then we got our salad - soggy. Problems with kitchen…waitstaff & supervision appears to have no control.

The remodel is much more casual, yet still elegant. Great, friendly service. The Amish Chicken may be the best we’ve had. Pork Chop was great, but not as good as Perry’s Steak House, where a meal is 2/2 the price.
Food is excellent, but doesn’t quite match the New York prices. Would be tough to have a full meal there for less than $150 per person.

We had a wonderful experience sitting at the back bar last night. The service was great and and the food was fabulous. We got the Arancini, the Cubano and truffle fries. Make sure you get some of the mustard sauce that is served with the Arancini for the Cubano, it took it over the top. The key lime tart was beautiful and yummy.

Sadly, I've rated Edge with four stars. This was our second meal here in its new incarnation. The first visit was simply superb. Five stars all around. Since this is a particularly expensive restaurant (about $150 per person with cocktails, a four-course dinner and tip), we expect perfect execution of simple dishes.

The foie gras was excellent as were the salads, steaks and dessert.

The pricey sides of gratin potatoes and broccolini were inedible. The potatoes were almost raw (we sent the dish back twice and then gave up). The broccolini was undercooked--yes we know that broccolini is best served crispy/crunchy, but this dish was basically raw.

We have eaten there regularly before attending Colorado Symphony. The price increases are very, very steep. Between a breakfast selection, one beverage and parking - out bill was $100!
It is making us think twice about where to eat before Sunday concerts.
