Spectacular service, spectacular menu. Would definitely return for special occasion!
The food was wonderful, and the service was outstanding. I highly recommend this restaurant. It is expensive; however, if you are looking to celebrate a special occasion, it's perfect for you.
Beautiful restaurant in the Four Seasons hotel. My husband and I were traveling for business, staying at the hotel. We decided to try out Edge. Phenomenal service, good food and a relaxing atmosphere. I would highly recommend trying the desserts, we tried four different ones while at the hotel. Delicious!
Excellent service - quite personalized. Food was good.. mac and cheese hasn’t been so good the last couple times.. overly burnt. I recommend a different side.
Our waiter, John, was excellent in every way. He was knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. The food was excellent and the atmosphere beautiful.
Consistently good pre symphony menu. Great service.
Had the 3 course Theatre / sporting event menu. Excellent value, the Filet was excellent. Great service and ambience. Will definitely return.
Pre theater Dinner with family, excellent experience with dietary restrictions, we had sword steaks, salmon, tuna all excellent! The lamb cheek appetizer was over the top tender & well seasoned over creamy polenta. Service superb & we could actually converse & hear each other. So glad we used the valet with complimentary parking. Pricey but well worth it!
A lovely room, smiling employees, upscale feel. Daniel was an excellent server. My drink was comped since I couldn’t eat the chocolate dessert presented. So pleasant to be in a professional environment where you know that the customer will be accommodated. Noise level rose too much by meal’s end due to wood floors and high ceilings, and this has become less appealing to me, having to yell at my table mates. Early dining would be a solution.
The waitress forgot to place our appetizer order. Our entrees were delivered and we asked where our appetizer was. They took the entrees back and sent us the appetizer no charge followed with our dinner. All were amazing.
Love edge although the wine selection has changed so we were a bit disappointed not to see our favs
This place was awesome! We celebrated a special occasion and the atmosphere, arrangement and layout was just right. We had a bLAST!!!
Ordered 3 appetizers, only one ever made it to the table. Waiter rarely appeared. Ordered the waygu NY strip, med rare...came out rare to near raw. They said they'd throw it back on the grill, they bring out the wrong steak and sauce and yet again raw! Waiter must of not notified management, because no manager ever presented themselves . Regretfully worse upper end restaurant I've been to. Bad service, bad food.
Excellent service, Allen was our waiter,he explained any questions we had about anything on the menu. Took care of my wife and myself. Our 22nd wedding anniversary and my 60th birthday
Great food, we had the theater package and it was a very good deal. The steaks where cooked perfectly and the brussels sprouts where amazing. Toby is the best waiter at Edge and we ask for him by name.
We dined at the Edge prior to attending the theater. Our waiter asked us if we were going to the theater, confirmed the time, and then ensured that our food were served in time for us to enjoy the meal but had sufficient time to get to the theater. I had a petite filet, which was cooked exactly right and was excellent. My spouse enjoyed the red trout. Great service, great location, excelllent meal !
The filet mignon is outstanding! Impeccable service. We come here for special occasions.
Great setup in the back to celebrate a special event.
My wife and I enjoyed dinner at EDGE Restaurant before attending a play at the DCPA. We appreciate that the wait staff cared enough to ask if we had post dinner plans, and armed with that knowledge, kept our meal on schedule. The table service was attentive but not overbearing, and the food was delicious. Well done, EDGE! You will see us again.
Attentive and friendly service, warm ambiance. Some creative dishes, combinations, flavors. Lovely hotel as well. I especially enjoyed the dessert - save room!
We love dining at The Edge! It is our favorite restaurant because the service is impeccable!
This is a wonderful place to go on during holiday because it was not very busy and very enjoyable. I would highly recommend to anyone that wants a delicious experience.
Great food and service. Always a great time. Nice atmosphere.
Always a great meal and great food.
Pricey but delicious
Excellent Christmas Day brunch! Food and drinks were excellent. Festive desert bar was fantastic! Great service as well!
Excellent in every respect.
I dined at the Edge for Christmas brunch today and though I did enjoy my meal it was definitely overpriced for the offerings. The brunch was a 2 course menu with a dessert bar that was heavily carbohydrate centric making it difficult to get the value of the pricy meal. That being said, the service was great and the overall experience quite enjoyable. Perhaps closer to $50 a head rather than $80 would be more appropriate. I would like to give it another go but at that premium I am not convinced it is worth it.
Toby makes this an outstanding experience every single time!
Upscale and great decor, waitstaff, ambiance, and food. If you are from the east and looking for a Maryland style crab cake must try the appetizer. It is small but mouthwatering and worth every tiny bit. It is main a steakhouse and is in the same category as Capital Grille and Guard and Grace. The lobster Mac and cheese and truffle fries are also top notch. It is $$ but the quality of service and food lives up to it. I would recommend for any special occasion or a nice dinner out on the town.
We had excellent service and great food. They provided excellent wine choice.
Great dining experience. Matt's service and sense of humor a pleasure. Would come back for crab cake & sprouts/asparagus sides alone. Expected steak to be cooked as requested and was not disappointed. Pre-theater menu - a great value. Overall, far above and beyond an overrated tech center steak restaurant (don't settle for mediocre at outrageous prices).
We always enjoy Edge for dinner before the theatre. My wife had the Salmon and I had the Bone-In Filet. Both were excellent.
We had early reservations at the Edge before a show in the performing arts center. The Edge offers a quick menu for those under a timeline for such an occasion, but we did not have a time crunch. The ambiance of the restaurant, the service, the food and the drinks were all excellent and exactly what we were hoping for. Highly recommended.
Fun Lunch prior to family tradition of Nutcracker matinee.
Delicious food, great service, sublime ambiance. My mom and I had lunch here before seeing the Nutcracker. Though we were there for about two hours we never felt rushed. The wait staff is very friendly and observant.
Toby was one of the best servers we have ever experienced. The food was excellent. Only downside tonight was the kitchen was extremely slow which I have to assume is not the normal situation.
Great ! Excellent steak.
We were not acknowledged for at least 15 minutes after we were seated. We waited for another 15 minutes to get our drinks. $25 for a small and sub par seafood Cobb salad. This is not Four Seasons quality. Very disappointed.
We ate at Edge Sunday evening before going to the theater, as we always do. Great location just a block from DCPA. Celebrated our 10-year-old grandson's birthday. Food great, service great as always. They brought him a special awesome birthday dessert. Highly recommended!
