One of the best restaurant experiences I have had. Staff was attentive, friendly, and extremely focused on making our evening special.
From the hostess to the complimentary chocolate at the end, our evening was fantastic. Definitely recommend this place for the atmosphere and the staff!! Five stars.
Awesome people. Chase our waiter was above and beyond all expectations.
Went there for a birthday brunch with girlfriends. Service and food were absolutely amazing!
There for brunch prior to a show at DCPA. Food was very good (seafood cobb), our service was not good. Had to ask repeatedly for a napkin and our server was MIA basically the entire time.
I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again. We love the entire Edge crew and we enjoy every single visit!
Toby is the best server I have ever had. I will continue to return to EDGE as long as he is there.
Another great dining experience at EDGE! As always, the food and service were as good as it gets. We ordered from the Sport and Stage menu before a show. We loved the warm, crusty bread and the soft butter with pink sea salt. The Caesar salad had generous amounts of shaved parmesan, but could have used a bit more dressing. The creamy squash soup was fantastic. My husband's filet mignon was perfectly cooked, and my salmon was totally delectable. The brussell sprouts and bubble and squeak sides were generous and full of flavor. For dessert, we had the sticky toffee pudding and milk chocolate bar, both superb. With two glasses of wine, it was still on the pricey side, but well worth the splurge. We always appreciate the little extras that are provided. This time it was two dark chocolate lollipops made to look like cows. We love EDGE and only wish our budget could allow more frequent visits!
Service was fantastic. Food was great. We had oysters salads and the 32 oz. Porterhouse. The steak was cooked perfectly. The staff Was So friendly and the Som took great care of us. You can’t miss with the Edge for a special dinner.
Our server, Chris, took the time to make sure that our meal was memorable and far exceeded our expectations. The service was exceptional and the food was delicious. We will definitely be back.
The food was delicious and the service was outstanding. However, I think the food was a bit overpriced in my opinion. Overall, it was a great experience and I highly recommend EDGE for dinner or special occasions.
The food, the ambiance and the service make The Edge a great place to enjoy a leisurely lunch/brunch before the matinee at the DCPA.
Great food. Great service.
I love Edge! Great food with a bit of an Asian flair, plus the usual steakhouse options. Excellent service, great wine list. Valet parking at the Four Seasons is free with restuarant validation - another big plus. Great spot for a quiet lunch meeting, or for a pre-theatre dinner. Definitely not "hotel food." Nice bar/lounge as well, if all you want is a drink. It is not cheap - but you get what you pay for. Personal favorite on the menu? The Miso-glazed black cod with bok choy and shitake mushrooms. Yum!
The service was incredible. We had theater tickets and our waiter made sure to ask us if we were in a hurry but we never felt rushed. The food was amazing and our waiter was attentive to our dietary restrictions. This was our second time at this restaurant and I can't wait to go back again.
Great dinner at the Edge! Our server, Chase, was incredibly sensitive to my food allergies which really put me at ease. The chef made some great substitutions so I wouldn’t get sick- I felt great afterwards which I can’t always say when I eat out. (I’m celiac and intolerant to nightshades.). What a big relief and it allowed me to enjoy the evening completely.
I just have to say our waitress, Chrissy, who we’ve had twice now is absolutely fantastic. She is so attentive and so nice! She’s really great at her job and she makes us feel at home. Every Edge employee does honestly. Thank you guys so much for everything & we will see you again very soon!!! :)
We had an excellent meal with great service. It is expensive $$$
Terrible, terrible experience. Waitress took over and hour to get around to taking our order and bring us bread. She completely forgot our drink orders, and forgot half of the appetizer order.
Asked for a drink, then she promptly forgot again.
Had to ask a manager for help and only then did anything arrive.
Took 35 mins between appetizer and main course to arrive, then a further 30 mins after our main had been served for dessert to arrive.
Will never return.
Meeting Executive Chef, Simon Purvis, was such an exciting experience for me! Alike the first time, everything was outstanding. My new favorite restaurant and my boyfriend agrees. It’s truly an amazing dining experience! I think we’re going to have to get our own knife next time :)
We went for Restaurant Week to check this place out. Heard really great things, and the entrees did not disappoint! Really tasty steaks and appetizers, and overall a good value. The restaurant week included 3 courses. Appetizer course we had the Squash soup and the crab cakes, both very good. Enjoyed the Beef Tenderloin for the second course, also a smash hit. The third course was the dessert, and we split between the chocolate option, and the lime option. Both were mediocre. Kinda sad because we enjoyed everything up to that point. Overall would definitely visit again.
Delicious! We visited Edge during restaurant week. The meal included an appetizer, entree, and dessert for $45. I had the squash soup and my friend had the crab cake for the appetizer, which we shared. They did not cut corners. Both of these were incredible. For my entree I had the filet mignon which was served with potatoes and carrots. My steak wasn't quite cooked enough so I sent it back for a little more heat. I had eaten a piece of it and some of the vegetables while waiting to get the attention of the waiter. When they returned my plate with my now perfectly cooked filet, they had re-plated the entree and given me a full order of new vegetables. That's the difference between an ordinary restaurant and an extraordinary restaurant. Edge is definitely the latter. My friend had the trout for her entree which she said was very good, although I didn't try it. For dessert, we ordered one of each of the two selections and shared these as well. They both had a little taste of several desserts such as chocolate molten cake, key lime pie, ice cream, etc. We didn't leave even a crumb. I can't wait to eat at this restaurant again. It was a delight!
Our table was not ready at our reserved time, but the restaurant provided us with glasses of Prosecco while we waited and a free appetizer once we were seated.
We made a reservation for Denver Restaurant Week at The Edge and had a FABULOUS meal! We started with an optional add in of a scallop appetizer which the server described so well we simply could not pass it up - and were not disappointed. The flavor combinations were delicious. I had the crab cake appetizer next which was large, full of crab not fillers and crispy on the outside. My husband had the squash soup which was another appetizer choice and it had maple flavors and pecans, incredibly tasty. We both had the beef tenderloin which was really indescribable! It was so incredibly tender, perfectly cooked and served with yummy fingerling potatoes. Best beef we have ever had. Dessert choices were also very good. At the recommendation of the server, we did not have the wine pairings offered with the Restaurant Week menu. Two of them were sweeter wines which we do not prefer. Perfect choice for Restaurant Week and we would recommend going for the tenderloin regardless of the week!
As always, our waiter - Alex - was phenomenal. I actually think he makes the experience. Alex is always attentive, can cut through the menu and wine list to make excellent suggestions, and knows how to pair everything so well. We started with the sashimi topped with thin jalepeno - great mix of flavors! Then we had the scallops - so tender and cooked just right. On to the lamb cheeks, which was almost decadent. Then finished with creme brulee, which is becoming our favorite go-to for a dessert. Wines were incredible (white burgundy and a Sancere). Then Alex suggested a Malbec, which was fabulous. Topped off with a taste of Grandfather port. Our highlight of the evening was dinner (the show later was somewhat disappointing). Thanks again! See you next season!
We were on our way to the symphony and Kami our waiter did a great job of getting us out in time. The food was excellent!
A spectacular steak dinner with excellent sides. Salad and soup were great, veggies amazing, and desserts to die for. Expensive but worth it!
We eat here a lot and is consistently good. Never really had a bad experience out of about 50 meals.
Rachel was an excellent server. Loved our experience
Had such a blast celebrating our anniversary here! Over the top service couldn’t recommend it enough! Everything was so delicious!!!
Awesome dinner at Edge on 2/17/18. Outstanding service (John). We had a group of five and the black cod was exceptional, the chicken was excellent and the sides so delicious (carrots, Brussel sprouts and mashed potatoes). And the sticky toffee pudding did not disappoint (we liked it with vanilla ice cream).
My only suggestion to the restaurant is that the side of mashed potatoes is too small for the price...consider changing the serving dish and adding a little more potatoes - you will hear positive feedback on all fronts!
Overall, we would absolutely go back! Expensive, but worth it.
Very nice place to eat and relax Awesome food. Great wine list
Food was delicious. We were hurrying to get to the theater and the staff couldn't have been more helpful in seeing that we were served on time.
We love this place! The food is incredible and the service is wonderful. Toby was our server on our most recent visit and he was a very knowledgeable and fun. He helped make our evening special.
The Edge provides a fine dining experience! Simon and his crew always deliver!
Job well done
We got a reservation for EDGE at the last minute for Valentines Day because it was close to the Buell and we were headed to see Stomp. It was absolutely one of the top 10 meals I've ever had! I chose the Grass-Fed Filet medium rare which was flawlessly cooked with their signature rub (which they gave us a tin of upon leaving!). The meat was lean, flavorful, and melted in my mouth! The waitress was incredibly attentive and asked if we were going to the theater and promised that we'd be out in time by letting the kitchen know our schedule. And true to their word, we had plenty of time to get to the theater!
Their wine selection was incredible not to mention the amazing wine cellar on display with what seemed to be about a 15' tall glass walled cellar with creative racks displaying hundreds upon hundreds of bottles. We asked for a recommendation for the pairing and instead of going to ask, the waitress herself recommended a German Pino Noir to match not only my filet but also my wife's Cod. I love most reds but the wife does not usually but this was the most perfectly paired wine she'd ever tasted and we both loved the paring so much we got the bottle.
It's pricey. 2 cocktails, a $64 bottle of wine, salad, entree, and a shared appetizer brought the check to around $220 but it was well worth it!
Excellent food and impeccable service. Chris and the rest of the staff were friendly and professional! We'll be back and ask for Chris to wait on our table. THANKS!
Food quality spectacular as usual! Perfect for theatre night!
Valentine’s Day, it was amazing
The steaks were phenomenal as well as the side dishes. We ate there before a performance at the theater across the street. The server was very professional and knowledgeable and friendly.
