Awesome dinner at Edge on 2/17/18. Outstanding service (John). We had a group of five and the black cod was exceptional, the chicken was excellent and the sides so delicious (carrots, Brussel sprouts and mashed potatoes). And the sticky toffee pudding did not disappoint (we liked it with vanilla ice cream).

My only suggestion to the restaurant is that the side of mashed potatoes is too small for the price...consider changing the serving dish and adding a little more potatoes - you will hear positive feedback on all fronts!

Overall, we would absolutely go back! Expensive, but worth it.

We got a reservation for EDGE at the last minute for Valentines Day because it was close to the Buell and we were headed to see Stomp. It was absolutely one of the top 10 meals I've ever had! I chose the Grass-Fed Filet medium rare which was flawlessly cooked with their signature rub (which they gave us a tin of upon leaving!). The meat was lean, flavorful, and melted in my mouth! The waitress was incredibly attentive and asked if we were going to the theater and promised that we'd be out in time by letting the kitchen know our schedule. And true to their word, we had plenty of time to get to the theater!

Their wine selection was incredible not to mention the amazing wine cellar on display with what seemed to be about a 15' tall glass walled cellar with creative racks displaying hundreds upon hundreds of bottles. We asked for a recommendation for the pairing and instead of going to ask, the waitress herself recommended a German Pino Noir to match not only my filet but also my wife's Cod. I love most reds but the wife does not usually but this was the most perfectly paired wine she'd ever tasted and we both loved the paring so much we got the bottle.

It's pricey. 2 cocktails, a $64 bottle of wine, salad, entree, and a shared appetizer brought the check to around $220 but it was well worth it!

The steaks were phenomenal as well as the side dishes. We ate there before a performance at the theater across the street. The server was very professional and knowledgeable and friendly.

We had to wait an extra 25 minutes to be seated but overall it was OK. The waiter was very nice about it. The food was good, about what we expected. I would have liked a nicer ambiance but overall an enjoyable meal.

Excellent food and service as you would expect at the Four Seasons, in a casual setting. Seafood Cobb salad was perfect for light brunch. The prices are high but not obscene.

We had such an amazing experience at the Edge Steakhouse! The food was fantastic -- particularly, the scallop appetizer. The steaks were just perfect, as was the seafood. A great place to go before taking in a show at the DCPA.

Exceptional meal and wonderful service by our waiter (Toby). Absolutely everyone we came in contact with at The Four Seasons was professional, friendly and delightful, from Valet to Bar to Dinner. Awesome service with a genuine care for my experience and evening.
Would not hesitate to dine here again.
The Edge is an awesome choice for pre/post theater as you an valet park your car at The Four Seasons hotel and avoid any downtown Denver parking fee with restaurant validation of parking.
Was super convenient to us on a snowy Saturday evening.
