We have been many times and this time was different, loved the new Brunch menu and food was great.
We had a lovely meal for our 20th Anniversary. Toby is the best server and always takes wonderful care of us. We love the Edge!
Wonderful food, staff and service.
Expansive wine list with a knowledgeable sommelier.
Taking the kiddos on a “pastry tour” to make their own sundae is the “cherry on top” to a truly lovely family dinner.
We had a very nice dinner at the Edge restaurant. The menu changes seasonally. That night we ordered a salad, filet mignon, scallops, and a trio of sorbet for dessert. Everything was prepared well and tasted delicious. Service was excellent. Our waiter was attentive and checked on us regularly at the right intervals. Parking with the hotel valet was convenient and is complimentary if you dine at the Edge.
There is much less noise in the restaurant than in the Edge bar, which lends to a more pleasant atmosphere while dining. I would highly recommend the Edge Restaurant if you want a good dinner with a nice atmosphere.
The food was amazing! The servers were helpful and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!
Excellent service and food, try the shared experiences...you won't regret it
Outstanding food and service. Great round table for party of six was perfect for great conversation.
One word: Waygu
We enjoy the refined atmosphere in the dining room at Edge. The filet and Scottish Salmon are phenomenal. The hot stone appetizer is always fun and delicious. The Caesar and house (farm) salad are fresh and nicely sized. We absolutely love the service and attention to detail provided by the wait staff and the astute managers. Josh always remembers us and makes us feel welcome. We definitely recommend Edge Restaurant any time you are near downtown Denver.
Our server Matt was gracious and accommodating. Always a great time dining here.
The food at Edge is AMAZING!! It is quite expensive, but we expected that from a high end steak restaurant. The service was good, but nothing to write home about. All the servers were friendly and obliging. They were pretty attentive at clearing away dirty plates and refilling drinks. The ambiance was not quite what I was expecting. The space has very high ceilings and not a lot of noise dampening, so it gets loud. Surprisingly, there were a lot of children (who brings kids to an expensive 5 star restaurant?) who made quite a lot of noise. We were seated next to a couple who had 3 very rambunctious kids who were jumping around and making a lot noise. Luckily, they left about halfway into our meal and things quieted down a little bit.
The Wagyu steak is to die for. Order it. Don't think about it, just do it. We started with the Edge Signature which is several slices of Wagyu and tuna steak that you sear yourself on 900 degree rocks that are brought to the table. It was delicious. Next, I ordered the filet mignon and my husband ordered the Wagyu filet mignon. Note: the steak options do not come with sides, all sides are ordered separately and are for the table to share. My filet mignon was really good, but did not hold up against the Wagyu filet. We also go dessert because it was our anniversary. We ordered the Chocolate Pot de Creme. It was awesome! Their pastry chef is quiet talented.
We will definitely be back for our special occasions.
We LOVE Edge, it is our go-to restaurant for special events and for dining before shows at the DCPA. It strikes the right balance of classy elegance without stuffiness. Our server Alex was super friendly and knowledgeable about the menu and wine. We enjoyed our delicious dinner which included the salmon and scallop entrees, asparagus, Bubble & Squeak and the restaurant's signature, amazing chocolate truffles. We look forward to dining again soon!
Alex, the server, was the best server that I have ever encountered. It was a great surprise see a server know the smallest details of each item on the menu.
Loves this place! A pleasant surprise before walking over to the symphony. The hot stone plate is a must try!
Went here to celebrate my husband's birthday. Our reservation was for 830 on a Weds evening. We ordered appetizers, salad, wagyu ribeye and wagyu fillet mignon along sides lobster mac, Brussels and truffle fries. The service between meals was poor. We waited 30 minutes after our appetizer for our salad, and then waited again for our cold steaks and burnt brussel sprouts to be delivered to our table. I unfortunately, would not recommend this place to anyone. Such a disappoint.
Our waitress Lonnie was very attentive and provided great service.
Our waiter, Toby Hurd was terrific, he hit all the right notes, the scallops were prepared to perfection, the wine he recommended was an excellent compliment to the scallops. His engaging personality made the evening a memorable experience, just as he did Monday night. Toby is a valuable asset to the Edge. When we are in Denver next we know where we have dinner, the Edge. My wife and I are still talking about the experience. Toby thank you, we look forward to seeing you again.
Toby (our waiter) was terrific , the Sea Bass was exceptional - exceptionally prepared by an exceptional chef and served by an extraordinary waiter.
Excellent place with an exquisite menu... ask for Toby...
The server was amazing and very attentive. We started with a crab cake which was fine, but not superior. We both ordered tenderloins which were cooked close to ordered temperature and very tender. My wife ordered the Oscar topping for the tenderloin which is where it goes south. The bearnaise sauce was thick, almost gelatinous, and lacked flavor. The crab was plentiful (3 nice chucks) but also lacked flavor. Overall, the topping made the whole steak subpar. We didn’t complain because we believe it was served just as it was intended, it just wasn’t that good for us. The server was amazing and sent us off to the theater with some house made truffles which were amazing. Overall, we would go back but steer clear of the Oscar.
We've been to many high end restaurants and, over all, The Edge measured up. The service was outstanding. The steak was one of the best I've had....cooked to perfection! We ordered the truffle fries and noticed right away that the portion was much smaller than other places we've been to. I ordered the kale salad and, although it was fresh, it was very dry. Kale is a drier green, anyway, and there wasn't near enough date paste to hardly taste it. I appreciate that you offer gluten free bread....I think most restaurants are finally catching on to that! I do know that there are some good brands of gluten free rolls that would be more appropriate for this caliber of restaurant than toasted sandwich bread. The food, over all, was delicious!
Right up there with the best steak I’ve had. As good or better than Del Frisco’s or Capitol Grille.
Like always chef Simon and his team delivered above our expectations
We have been to the EDGE many many times, this time it was very disappointing. Service was non-existent from the front desk to the servers. Wine took "forever" to be served, no chiller offered,
waitress must have just started and did not have a "CLUE"!!
We had one of our best Denver meals here! Our server Chrisy was fantastic. She was definitely the best I have ever came across. The filets we to die for. My new favorite spot.
If you go, don't go on a theatre performance or concert night. Food took over an hour to come out; steak was barely warm (and fairly poor cut compared to other steakhouses). Atmosphere was nice, but seemed understaffed and not prepared for what I'm assuming were mostly reservations (so they knew that many people were coming). Disappointed in what should have been a bigger part of a special night out with my wife and parents.
Love this place!! We were in town for a concert and staying at the Four Seasons. Our plane was delayed getting in Fri night -missed our 845 reservation-got to hotel at 955 and Edge still seated us and served a full course meal with great service and delicious food. The food and service was so good we ate here Sat night as well. Again, exceptional service and delicious food! The chef even prepaid the previous nights special not on Sat nights menu for our table. Highly recommend Edge for great service and food-fun vibe as well!
Prefix dinner. Always good.
Ordered many of the appetizers and 4 different main courses and 4 desserts and everything was outstanding . I couldn’t say one bad thing about the night . Best meal in Denver.
Outstanding food and service. Truly enjoyed the entire experience.
This is a great bar to enjoy delicious bar food before a play or concert. The valet parking is free although I Always tip so that you do not have to go into her The awful garage at the DCPA.
Our server was amazing.
The steak here is excellent. I had a bite of her fish, and that was tasty as well. I have ordered the seafood tower starter previously, and while it’s pretty good, it doesn’t really justify the price tag - an FYI.
Our server was a pro.
The lobby bar is evidently a Saturday night hot spot, as it was crowded, and somewhat noisy, but it did not disturb our dinner and we had an after dinner drink with the twenty somethings!
Loved it! The food is delicious! Will definitely be back.
Father’s Day- delicious Wygu strip steak.
The food was out of this world delicious- the Wagyu beef? To die for! Our sever Gordon made the night special with some extra touches in honor of our celebration. Before and after drinks at the bar started and capped the night perfectly. The overall experience from valet, bar and restaurant is exactly the perfect date night experience you could imagine.
As always, phenomenal! A wonderful place to spoil oneself with incredible food while also being spoiled by the impeccable service!
Service ehh, steaks not cooked right. Restaurant did nothing. Did nothing for a birthday either. Blah.
