This is a top notch place. I cannot wait to go back. The Waygu was quality, the service was beyond compare! Toby was exactly the type of person you want to serve you. Amazing.
Amazing food and service!
You have to order the hot stone appetizer! Its great and my buffalo ribeye was delicious! Overall a great meal and very nice place!
We always dine at Edge when we visit downtown Denver. The food is always fabulous (read on) but what makes the experience is our waiter, Alex. Alex can guide anyone through excellent choices with insight on what is the best and what could use some work. Don't just go there and order a meal. Ask for advice, sit in Alex's section, and let him direct you to the best food and wine pairings.
So, I ate my way through several items - heirloom tomato salad with fried capers to add that special salty finish, white gazpacho - made from peaches and white grapes with lump crab pieces (sounds horrific when I describe it, but I guarantee it was one of the most delightful gazpachos I've ever had), and then split a twice-baked potato with beef broth (for lack of a better word) mixed in and then topped with fresh mozzarella cheese. I know, potato sounds so mundane, but it was to die for! Had La Val Albarino to accompany the light dishes.
Husband had a new, fall menu dish made with sea bass over a minestrone base. OK, so this is soooo good and it is new for the fall menu. Get this in your mouth!
Dover sole was over cooked, and expensive.
Ceasar salad had no taste and dry.
Will not eat there again.
I never give bad reviews, ever, but the service and food were so bad that I had to let others know to choose somewhere else.
Noise is loud because we choose to be in bar area when folks were getting out from work. Hot stone is the bomb and Erica too.
We were lucky enough to get to have our favorite waiter, Scott! He makes us feel like VIP's and we have such a wonderful experience with Scott at the helm.
Ordered Wagyu 12oz strip steak, a carpachio app' and sides of mushrooms and brussels. Steak cam out too done (ordered medrare), sent back. Came out again, same temp...too done, hot pink center. For a place that touts their steak expertise. Ate it anyway - too disappointed to battle more...
Our server was super nice and very helpful he recommended the dessert and I told him that recommendation just made up your tip. He had forgotten to bring me ice for the lukewarm water but the girl helper brought it for me because I requested it from her. I still tipped him very well. About the noise we were seated next to four gentlemen talking business that were a little loud. Thanks for asking. Our special ocasión was we are house hunting in Denver from Arkansas. Thanks for asking.
Excellent all around
excellent service and food! Matt and his team made us feel so special on our anniversary. wonderful evening!
Nice place but not outstanding. Steak were good, but sides very average. Was supposed to he valet parking but we couldn’t find it. Very noisy even when only half full.
Everything was as expected from Four Seasons - fresh ingredients perfectly prepared, excellent service and very professional sommelier. For steak and seafood the place to go in Denver.
This is an outstanding restaurant. It is expensive and worth it. Lively bar scene. The restaurant is quite noisy—no soundproofing in the ceiling.
We had a fabulous pre-theater dinner. Superb food, cocktails, wine and service.
1. It really is noisy as I mentioned. We visited on a Saturday night and there was a large raucous group at the bar. The noise spilled over to the dining room, so people at the dining room tables needed to speak louder so their table mates could hear. You get the idea.
2. Our view through the big windows gave us an unobstructed view of members of Denver’s large and largely ignored homeless community. Denver taxes its citizens heavily and its leaders see fit to make foreign policy pronouncements. Yet the city and its leaders have utterly failed to deal humanely and effectively with the thousands of homeless who live downtown in parks, sidewalks and other public spacers. Best to ask for an interior table so dinner is not marred by the city’s failures.
Again, this is a wonderful restaurant. We’ll be back!!!
One of the best restaurants for pre and post theatre meals, special occasions, or simply to enjoy high quality food. Edge will be sure you are not late to the theatre. We've taken our grandchildren there, everyone is so kind to children (but note, it is not a venue for kids to run around). Beautiful restaurant, terrific bar area, great for any occasion. "Denver casual" to dressy (evenings) but not dressed down, this restaurant is in the Four Seasons Hotel and guests of the hotel dress nicely, as do the theatre attenders who dine there. Quite conducive to quiet conversations, and it's a wonderful venue to linger over dessert and/or coffee. Valet parking at the door to the hotel, and Edge will validate your parking so it's free, but appropriate to tip the person who returns your car after you dine. The lobby of the Four Seasons is always beautifully decorated during all four seasons, and it's a wonderful place for family/friends photos any time of year. During Christmas season the lobby area decor is truly magical.
We had a great pre-theatre dinner on Saturday - this restaurant has their early Saturday evening pre-show routine dialed in, and the Theatre Menu is really a value. Our server Lonnie was exceptional - despite slow drink orders from the packed bar, and getting in the weeds a few times with a demanding table in our section, she took great care of us. The food was wonderful - the Caesar salad was fresh, light and full of flavor, the elk is outstanding, and the brussels sprouts are among the best in town. The dessert menu is an unexpected treat, with lots of variety. Looking forward to our next visit already!
Michael was our server. He was attentive and personable. Our dinner was very good and my steak was excellent. Desserts were a wonderful way to end the meal.
We eat at the Edge quite often before we go to the theater. This is the first time we had a less than perfect experience. We had to remind our waiter to bring the wonderful bread they serve, he forgot my husband’s second glass of wine, my Dover sole was overcooked( there was no time to send it back as we had to go to the theater) and we never got our little suckers that they give you at the end of the meal. I know they were busy but I don’t feel like that is a good excuse. Of course we will be back.
Wonderful evening, my wife had their special on the Chilean Sea Bass, she loved it, just wished it had been a little bigger. I had the Dry-aged bone-in Rib eye med rare, cooked to perfection. For sides we got the Brussel sprouts and the mashed potatoes, both were great.
Our waiter, Alex, was awesome, very knowledgeable and attentive!
It’s a little expensive, but I think worth it, we will definitely go back!
Great as usual, and got us out in time for theater. Thanks!
Our waiter, Gordon, was awesome, and the food was as amazing a always... great to see so many A5 and Wagyu options on the menu!
This place is my go to for a business lunch or a nice dinner with my wife. Scott (day) and Toby (night) are two of the best servers in the business. Managers, like Saurika, are very welcoming and attentive. A class operation from top to bottom. Do yourself a favor...GO!!!. The steaks are great and save room for the sticky toffee pudding.
Great atmosphere but slow service. Meals were excellent but a bit pricey.
One of the best brunches I've had in Denver. I highly recommend the Edge Rancheros. It was phenomenal! My husband had the sliders and thought they were good. My son had the Power of 3. A ton of food and all tasty. One of my daughters loved her Banana Bread pancakes and the other enjoyed the french toast.
Service was amazing. Definitely a new favorite!
Phenomenal! Good, drinks, service; it was just fabulous! They surprised us with anniversary wishes and a special dessert!
We had an incredible experience at EDGE for my boyfriend’s birthday. Gordon took great care of us and was helpful in recommending menu items and answering questions we had. We loved how interactive the 900 degree hot stone appetizer was with the Wagyu beef and our filets were cooked perfectly. It was an all around outstanding experience and we’ve already highly recommended it to our friends and family.
Great service! Wonderful ambiance and entrees.
Excellent food! Excellent service!
Wonderful menu and choices
Amazing food, and the service was spectacular! Great place to take someone for a date or special occasion
It was amazing, the food is so good .... the the wine , the decor , the ambience..... and Alex our server was perfect. It’s definitely worth coming here
Always wonderful and a great date with my sweetheart.
It was our 44th anniversary and we decided to return to the Edge. We hadn’t been there for 3 or 4 years. If anything, it had got better. Alex, our server pointed out that the menu now was reflective of seasonal availability and also showed plates that were new that day.
Both my wife and I choice the filets and a side of gently fried mushrooms and green beans. All excellent choices. Both steaks were cooked exactly as requested - medium and medium-rare.
We had a nice Malbec with dinner and chose to split one of their Sticky Toffee deserts. When it arrived it had “Happy 44th Anniversary” writes in chocolate on the plate. As we were enjoying coffee the Executive Chef came to our table with a small box of Edge chocolates and a small tin of steak rub as gifts.
Truly an excellent and memorable evening and dinner.
The wife and I went before a comedy event and the staff was sure we were able to make it to our event in time. The ribeye was amazingly well executed, perfectly cooked and my wife got the fillet, also perfect. Try the brussel sprouts were the best either of us have ever had.
We have been many times and this time was different, loved the new Brunch menu and food was great.
Amazing food, we both loved it!
We had a lovely meal for our 20th Anniversary. Toby is the best server and always takes wonderful care of us. We love the Edge!
Wonderful food, staff and service.
Expansive wine list with a knowledgeable sommelier.
Taking the kiddos on a “pastry tour” to make their own sundae is the “cherry on top” to a truly lovely family dinner.
