   The overall experience was pleasant that was until the ticket was brought to our table. So I added tip and signed. Waitress returns with my signed original merchant copy, a customer copy, and another blank merchant receipt. But my card was swiped for another tables order for almost $300 (which by the way was wrong for the other customers) I explained the wrong amount was taken out my acct but the staff ( incl MGR - Mr Vincent) was more concerned on explaining to me that I still had to pay my $215 bill even though the first total for almost $300 would not return to my acct until Mon (which is a holiday). This was totally unacceptable and a horrible experience I will not forget. I remained very calm after being told I had to pay both my bill and another tables bill but nothing pleasant was done to resolve immediately. They were more concerned about charging my card again (for the correct) rather than making the customer happy in that moment. Even the patrons next to us were like wow you handled that better than we would. They actually charged you twice. I was told to wait for my funds to be returned to my bank over a holiday weekend. Thanks Edgar’s Grill! The meal was delicious. The ribeye and NY strip were cooked tenderly. The marinated chicken was flavorful. After receiving the bill everything was a landslide after having to wait an additional 30 min and leaving after being charged $500 for two meals. It was terrible and unacceptable dining experience.

    Have eaten lunch there several times and enjoyed the meals tremendously. Service at those times was excellent. Been a long time since I’ve had dinner there. Reservation was easy, had place set on time. Food did not seem up to par. A baked potato was served cold, lost waiter for awhile. Was just not as good overall as I hoped

    Food was amazing. We made reservations for the Mother’s Day brunch at 4pm. We did end up arriving about 20 minutes early and they were able to seat us. However, I felt rushed and it was hard to relax. When getting food from the stations, the man working the carving station kept saying out loud several times that he was shutting it down at 430pm no matter what to other employees. You can tell he wasn’t happy. It really made our experience not relaxing. Even the waitress told us she wasn’t told til she arrived that brunch was til 430pm. Usually it is over at 2pm. I don’t understand why they would give us a 4pm reservation if we had to be done on 30 minutes.

    We have eaten here for the Mother’s Day brunch before and enjoyed it but this year it was not the same. Out of the food, the omelette was the only thing I could eat. The food was room temperature at best. That could partially be our fault because we went at 3 and brunch was over at 4. Maybe we got there too late but I don’t think my family and I will be back. The waitress we had was polite but she was not attentive and often missing in action.

    Waited 30 minutes for a table although we had a reservation. Only got a table after complaining to the manager. Waited two hours before we were served food. They were long waits for beverages and only received refills once you were able to get the attention of the server. After complaining to the manager that it had been extremely long wait and suggesting appetizers we received a complementary appetizer that arrived with the dinner. The quality of food was good once received. The service was extremely poor

    I celebrated a friend’s birthday today at lunch. I’ve dined here before and wanted to taste their steaks. We were told it wasn’t on the lunch menu however whoever was in charge made it available to us so we had an enjoyable meal. Thank you for going above and beyond!

    The food was amazing and the ambience was very nice. However, it was a bit tacky that they asked for a donation to the college at the end of the meal, despite being priced at a five-star restaurant.

    Very poor service. Waiter forgot items and ignored us. Entree came while we were eating starters. Had to get up to find waiter for boxes. Recommend food items were so so. Very expensive for food. A shame because it’s affiliated with a school. Would like to support them but will never return.

    Excellent dinner! We had the shrimp with pecan crust appetizer and it was delicious as was the rest of our dinner. We sat at the bar and the bartender was very attentive and informative on recommendations.

    Food and drinks were very good. Unfortunately there was a large party of 10 celebrating a child's birthday which made it a bit noisy. Our server was attentive but didn't seem overly enthusiastic. Overall, we love Edgar's and the experience is always a positive one. We'll definitely be back!

    Our waitress was Steffie, and she gave us good recommendations. Very attentive to us and atmosphere was very romantic. Place was also very Clean. Quality of food was everything. Also Manager keep checking to see how our experience was.

    Our meal here was absolutely fantastic! Try the ribeye, you won't be disappointed. The creamed spinach was to die for. And the drinks -- love 'em! So stuffed, no room for dessert. Great value for the money!

    I hate having to leave bad reviews but I wish I would have known what we were going to experience before selecting this restaurant. They were not busy, so there is no excuse for wait times. Unprofessional is the best way I can describe this place. Waited too long to for everything and the prices were set for good food and good service, which we had neither. The dessert was frozen from a grocery store. They charged us for a full bottle of wine instead of a glass and the waitress hovered over not giving us time to look at the check before paying, causing us to have to get the manager to do a full refund situation to correct the mistake. The whole situation was unprofessional and not the fine dining that we were hoping to experience. Will not be back. I hope other out of town people reading reviews trust this review more than the “stars” because we were mislead.

    I found it quite interesting being that I was seated first but had to ask for management. I sat there for 28mins with no service. However I found the most interesting that the customers around me where. I had no water no service. I know it was busy but I only got service after I had asked for a sever. Honestly I’ve eaten here a few times and this I would say is my most worst experience. I feel because of my skin color I was ignored. The side porch was full of the lighter skin complexion but I and my evening company was bypassed. It would be different if I hadn’t watched it for practically 30mins of nothing. I paid my bill of 180$ plus tip well over the 20% moat in that very room did. I don’t appreciate it and for it be as that I live in this very city it would be such poor service because of a week of visitors but more about the skin who may pay better. Sad

    The food and service were exceptional. The only negative was there was a duo singing and they were too loud. We could not carry on any conversation and our server could not hear us. When the duo took a break it was like a breath of fresh air! We could eat and enjoy each others company.

    An unexpected excellent experience, ervice from the staff and our waiter Esteban was excellent. we did enjoy our dishes I da de Rib Eye very tasty an cooked to te right term for me. very good valuefor the price we paid. we tried other restirants in Agusta but Edgar´s was the best.
