Was a wonderful experience for a couple getaway. Great taste, very friendly service. Will definitely go back.

My wife and I got married in Banff and we wanted an unforgettable dining experience after the ceremony to celebrate. Eden did not disappoint. I called ahead and was able to speak with the manager Chad Greaves. He and the rest of the staff took great care of us and made our evening a truly special one. The tasting menu + wine pairing was phenomenal. You’re not only paying for the food and wine; you’re paying for the experience. It is well worth it.

Love eating here when we travel to Banff! 10/10 recommend the service is exceptional everytime.

The food is amateur at best, none of the 6 courses blew me away. I found them to be lacking a proper flavour profile. I waited 10 minutes to be greeted and had to ask them to explain how the menu works as it was not completely clear. Only thing that got 5 stars for me was the wine selection.

This is definitely one of the best restaurants I’ve been to in terms of food quality and service. Definitely an experience! Would highly recommend the tasting menu.

Great food, great atmosphere, and a beautiful view of the mountains (while the sun was still up of course). We thoroughly enjoyed our meal and the wine pairings.

This place is simply outstanding. Yes it’s expensive, but with all the little extras, surprises, amuse bouche, palette cleanser, it’s worth it if you want a special experience.

The food was amazing and the wine pairings were on point. We had a semi private table which was nice and the view was great. However, for $700 I wish there would have been more food. The servings were small. At least the food tasted great but I don’t think it was worth the value.

I appreciated the kitchen accommodating my vegan preferences. My husband enjoyed the regular tasting menu. All around phenomenal experience. Absolutely no complaints. Came for the Sunday Fall Special. The food and the service was completely worth the price. Their version of the crème brûlée absolutely stole the show.

Celebrated an anniversary here, and out of the fine dining experiences I've had in different Canadian cities/provinces, Eden was special. The staff is extremely friendly, not pushy and pay attention to detail. They are also extremely knowledgeble about the food and beverages, but answer questions in a very approachable manner. Special highlight goes to the desserts and the seafood appetizers, probably the best dessert I've had in my life (the crème brúlée) and the scallops were excellent. I paid for the overall experience, and was not disappointed.

The food at Eden is divine, literally everything was perfect. The service is impeccable as well.

Well worth it. We visited this restaurant once a year and have never been disappointed.

The new Tasting Menu is excellent. Loved the Lobster Bisque, and the cheese plate was innovative with the mushroom surprise. The wine pairings were exceptional and we felt great the next day despite pairing five courses! The staff are like old friends. Thank you for making our Anniversary special.

Went for our 25th anniversary. The service and food was amazing. We tried the chef’s tasting menu and each course was fantastic. They make you feel like you are the only people in the restaurant. They even include valet parking with your meal. As we left they even gave us white chocolate dipped banana bread. Great experience. Would definitely return.

This is our third time at Eden and we keep coming back to celebrate special occasions. We’ve always done the tasting menu with pairing and we were again impressed by the well matched tastings and the quality of the food. The service was excellent and personal once again and made the experience much less stiff - a change from the uncomfortably formal atmosphere usually created at fine dining establishments.

Excellent experience celebrating our anniversary

It was a great experience, everyone should have that experience at least once in their lives. The food and atmosphere were great. The staff were warm and welcoming, we had a great time with them. The view from out table was beautiful.

Went for the super affordable Fall Menu and the service, food and ambience was all outstanding. I think the staff were quite amused as me and my friend raved about the truffle bread they made in house, and we were super excited when they gave us another roll to have with dessert. I also got the wine pairings and each wine was matched perfectly with my meal. I can certainly reccommend Eden as this is the 3rd year I have come for the Fall menu. Get a reservation now!

We had dinner there on Sunday and was absolutely the best dinner we have ever had.
We had the tasting menu (outstanding) along with wine pairing. The wine was beautifully paired for each course. The service was what you would expect from a 5 Dimond restaurant.
Can't wait to visit this amazing hotel again. Spent 3 nights and was greatest part of our trip. Highly recommend.

My husband and I enjoy fine dining for special occasions and Eden truly exceeded our expectations. From the moment we walked in, we were treated like royalty. The hospitality was top shelf from every single staff working. We chose the 4 course dinner with classic wine pairing option. No regrets! Every single flavor was impeccable and paired to perfection. The staff made us laugh and were so helpful/friendly. The grass fed beef was the best entree I’ve ever had, and my husband said the same about the duck. The hazelnut dessert was like a giant ferrero rocher and was incredible. The whole meal was an experience I will never forget. Worth every penny!! Highly, highly recommend.

This past weekend, we celebrated my husband's 50th birthday. We truly enjoyed our dinner at Eden. Everything went smoothly, the food was incredible and the pairing was fantastic. Other than my husband complaining that his scallops were a tad salty, everything else was fantastic. This is our second time at Eden.

Truly outstanding. Food, wine, service. It is expensive but you get what you pay for.

Eden is truly a hidden gem. We forget how lucky we are to have Chad and his team turning out Michelin Star quality food...even in this time of Covid.
