Never disappointed. Always great!
All in party had the tasting menu with pairing, which was very enjoyable. It was one of the best tasting menus I have had in Seattle are restaurants. Space is small and fairly intimate, worked well for our party sine there where only three tables during our time in the restaurant. This would be a place I would bring my significant other back to for an intimate/romantic mean.
Great tasting menu and excellent pairings. It’s amazing how much they’re doing in such a small space.
Chef Max and his team always deliver a fantastic gastronomic experience! Each plate is thoughtfully and artistically plated with flavors that will blow your mind.
Very inventive food if you like to try different flavor combinations; classy place
Best restaurant in Seattle
If you can understand what is a great meal is, not just dinner, but an experience!!!! Highly recommend. Loved the presentation , the quality and especially creativity!
I can’t recommend Eden Hill and its staff highly enough. We sat at the bar and had wonderful evening. The food was outstanding (especially the short ribs and the cauliflower), the staff were charming and helpful, and the whole night was a highlight of our trip to Seattle. We will definitely be back?
An exquisite, delicious evening for a special birthday- wonderful service and amazing chefs tasting menu.
Incredible experience! The tasting menu was really great. The staff was also incredible.
Chef /owner and rest of crew were awesome!
Food was fantastic and inspiring 😋
We love Eden Hill. The staff is always on point, the food is up there with a fine meal in Paris, and the cocktails are thoughtful and deliciously layered.
We ordered from the ala carte menu (I sometimes find tasting menus to be just too much food) and it was wonderful. Every single dish was perfect and came out of the kitchen with good timing. I love the small size of this restaurant and how convivial everything felt. Portion sizes were also a little more than we expected based on similar types of restaurants (so we didn't have room for dessert, alas.) Especially recommend the waldorf salad (not usually my favorite salad, but such a good version), the korean oysters, and the braised beef. We'll be back.
Service fluid and comfortable combining with exceptional food prep. Thank you
As each course arrived I began to contemplate the large number of unique elements contained in each dish... And the care and thoughtfulness within each element... And the seamless way the elements combined to create a magical, flavorful whole... And I thought how nice to have a meal that feeds the mind as well as the body.
Cute place and love the concept, especially for special occasions, but the food wasn't memorable. The flavors didn't wow us and most of the dishes needed a touch of salt or acid; it was good but didn't meet our expectations at the high price point.
The food was fantastic. I would strongly recomend it.
The food was so, so good. I can be a bit of a snob. My sweetbreads and pork chip exceeded my expectation. It is a small venue, hence a touch noisy and in winter when the door opens you know. The chef rocks, our waitstaff incredibly attentive. Four longterm girlfriends meet for dinner for times a year. We try to go someplace new but we may have to come back.
I am on a tour of Seattle’s tasting menu restaurants. Would not return to Eden Hill. Paying as much as we did for the tasting menu, we were disappointed in flavors of foods. Service was odd and didn’t make me feel welcome. Originally called to make reservation and was told they were too busy and to do it via Open Table. Should have not gone through the trouble. Had a much better experience at Canlis, Vendemmia, Art of the Table and other tasting menus in Seattle.
Worth every penny I spent. Food was memorable. So was the wine. I have never spent this much on food, but I will be going back to Eden Hill again and again. It's that good.
The food and the creativity of the chef and great use of local products is amazing.
This was my second time there. I had the tasting menu both times and both were delightful.
Chef's tasting menu is not worth your money. Food is good, portion is not equal to the price you pay. Ordering a la carte would have saved $100 and we would not have had to stop at Dick's drive in for a cheeseburger so we weren't hungry.
Easily among the top restaurants of Seattle and our favorite place to celebrate. The menu changes daily and we are always surprised and delighted by the flavors, creativity, and imagination from this kitchen. The service was great and everyone on the staff, beginning with Chef Max, work to make every visit a friendly special experience.
Enjoyed with my "foodie" son, Eric. All during the chef tasting, he could not stop smiling and saying "yum!"
Fantastic experience. Cannot wait until we return.
Love Seattle and love this restaurant !!
Eden Hill is a wonderful unique restaurant. The 7-course chef's choice meal was filled with creative presentations and combinations that were perfect gems - pumpkin risotto and shrimp salad; quail and scalloped potatoes; peanut butter ice cream bar on dry ice, and much more. Spreading it out over two hours made sure that we didn't get too full. The waiter was incredibly knowledgeable about wines and all the details of each course. Would definitely go again for a special occasion.
Max, as always, delights the senses with his culinary genius. We had an amazing chef's menu where we tried foods that we've never had before. The artistry is stunning. The service excellent! Thank you so much for another amazing feast!
Always great, we come here about twice a year for a birthday or anniversary. Love the small, intimate space—a perfect space to enjoy amazing food! Flavors you can’t experience anywhere else!
A great fine dining spot tucked away in the heart of Seattle.
Trust the chef and go for the tasting menu!
James Beard award winner, Maxamillian, delivers delicious imaginative food at a level above "fine dining". Deserves Michelin stars if Seattle was added to the list. We will be back!
Phenomenal food. We did the 7 course chef's tasting menu and every course was an absolute treat. Loved the crab salad, smoked foie gras (served over incredible local sourdough), and Wagyu "Wellington Katsu" - fried and perfectly crispy. I never write reviews but I needed to here; the food was that good.
Some dishes we likely wouldn't order had we read a description beforehand - which is perfect, because it made them both unexpected and delicious.
Wine pairing was on point, and the pineapple/rum cocktail we ordered was excellent.
We left feeling perfectly satiated and not uncomfortably stuffed. Tasting menu was well worth the treat for a celebratory occasion. Can't wait to come back and try the other menu items.
What a wonderful meal! The staff was incredibly friendly and the food was out of this world.
We did the Chef's tasting menu and it was a great time. It was fun to see what surprise dish was next for us. The dishes were on the small side, however we left totally full. The foie gras cake batter dessert was amazing and the pineapple and spice cocktail was one of the best I've ever had. Next time I would choose to sit at the bar, but the standard seating wasn't too bad.
Amazing food! Wanted a better dessert, but amazing overall.
Brought my girlfriend to Eden Hill for her Birthday and they made it a one of a kind experience, made her feel extra special, and the food and service was absolutely 1st class amazing.
Our dinner was delicious, and innovative. A nice ambiance and professional and friendly wait staff. We loved it.
We tried the seven-course chef's tasting menu. We loved most of the items. I would highly recommend it.
An amazingly creative and wonderful place. Food is unique.
Can’t believe we waited so long to dine at Eden Hill!! We live on Queen Anne and will make it a regular experience! Food is wonderful and service was excellent!
Chef Max did not disappoint! We celebrated a special occasion, while enjoying the Chef’s Tasting Menu. Chef Max and his team put so much thought and creativity into each dish. I cannot say enough good things about Eden Hill. Simply put: it was amazing and delicious. This was not our first time dining here, and it surely will not be our last! I am already drooling thinking about what I will enjoy next time...
