We celebrated our anniversary at Eddie V’s last night, and it was truly a special experience from start to finish. We were touched to find a thoughtful anniversary card and a rose waiting for us at our cozy booth — such a lovely personal touch. Our server, Catherine, was exceptional — warm, attentive, and knowledgeable. She made fantastic recommendations, especially the crab fried rice, which turned out to be a surprising favorite! Every dish was delicious — we started with fresh oysters and the heirloom tomato & burrata salad, both beautifully presented and full of flavor. The scallops melted in our mouths, and the crab-stuffed shrimp were rich and satisfying. We felt genuinely celebrated and cared for throughout the evening. Eddie V’s made our night memorable, and we’re already looking forward to coming back.
