Eddie V's Prime Seafood is a luxury dining destination known for the seafood flown in from pristine waters around the world, as well as its premium hand-carved steaks. Dishes are artistically prepared and feature an ever-changing array of seasonal seafood, along with critically acclaimed prime center-cut steaks broiled to perfection. The restaurant's award-wining wine list, which has been recognized by Wine Spectator, has more than 300 wines curated by Eddie V's very own Advanced Sommelier. In the V Lounge, guests can sip classic and creative cocktails, and enjoy signature appetizers against a backdrop of live music trios.

    What another great meal at Eddie V’s!! We were lucky to be sat at our favorite table along the windows. Our server, David, was extremely attentive and nice. A bonus was my daughter saw her former co-worker, Noel, and he was so nice. The food was so delicious, as always and we love the Cesar salad and au gratin potatoes! Looking forward to coming in again very soon.

    Our server Danielle was excellent. The service was amazing. ALL of the food was excellent. The mood, setting, crowd, vibe, was excellent . We loved it.

    First Time here Excellent Food and service. Our server Anthony was very nice and attentive. We will be back. It can be pricey

    It was my 55th Birthday dinner. The staff, the food and service were amazing. The Service Manager Chad visited us throughout our time there to thank us for choosing Eddie Vs. Our Waiter (whose name I can’t remember) was amazing.

    ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC! The food was great and the service was beyond great! Our server Jayden did an excellent job! I can't say enough good things about this place. Can't wait to return. This was our first visit but certainly won't bwe our last!
