This was our first time visiting this restaurant while on vacation in Orlando and, coming from a couple that fine dines regularly, we can’t say enough good things! We had Oysters, sea bass, and swordfish and everything was delicious! The service was great also. The wine list is extensive, which I enjoyed. It was my boyfriends birthday and they had the table set with rose pedals, a hand written birthday card, and a champagne toast! Would 10/10 recommend.
Exceptional service provided by Amy along with great food!
It was one of the best meal experiences I have ever had. We started at the bar and the bartenders are extremely friendly and actually asked our names and gave us all of theirs. The service at the table was just as good. We ended the evening back at the bar and their was a jazz quartet playing. It was truly a fun night out. Shout out to Mike JJ and Cam. Thank you for your hospitality. Next time I am in Orlando I will be back.
Best waiter I have had in a good time.
Friends from overseas
Great food and service although it was a little cold in the restaurant.
Very busy, very noisy, service was slow waiter seemed over worked.
Just an outstanding experience and meal at Eddie V's. We loved everything about this restaurant. The Food-Spectacular! The Service-A 10! The Ambiance- Perfection! However, I wish there was one in Minnesota!
The waitress Tiffany Garcia was just simply amazing! She was so happy to serve us. From her smile to her sense of humour, she is just simply an amazing person! She definitely made our night special and memorable.
To whom ever runs Eddie V’s in Orlando, be sure to treat my girl well and hold on tight. She’s a keeper! A true star.
We were not happy with a table for four in the convention area.
Fantastic food and service
Nice dinner or with friends. Steven was awesome.
We had again a great experience in this restaurant>The food was very good and Stephen the server was very professional and nice>We will sure be back there very soon
Friend vacation in Orlando spent an evening at Eddie Vs and it was fantastic!
Veronica was outstanding. She made our experience well worth the price and I highly suggest anyone recommend her as well.
Food was good but not over the top exceptional. My husband had the bacon wrapped petite filets oscar style and said it was good but it had too much sauce. I had the halibut and it was a bit bland. The lobster mashed potatoes were wonderful and the tuna tartar was great. Our server was very nice but very pushy when it came to dessert. When we told her that we were too full to have dessert she kinda made us feel bad that we didn't order it. Even without dessert our bill was over 300.00 for two so if I'm going to spend that type of coin, I expect better. In Orlando we have quite a few fine dining options so I think they need to step up their game in order for me to return.
Great dining experience. The food and service was phenomenal.
Oysters and sides were fantastic. Prime steaks were a bit underwhelming since I make those at home from Snake River farms. Our waitress was a bit lost in space when asking specifics about the menu. We actually got better service from a waitress not assigned to our table since ours would disappear for long periods of time.
Fine dining! Amazing goat cheese, arugula and mushroom salad. Generous order of scallops. Superb bananas foster for dessert.
Outstanding as usual!
Great meal, great service. I always ask for Brittany and was fortunate to be seated with her section. She is amazing at taking care of me and my customers
Great as always, Brittany always provides excellent service.
Birthday celebration, server did nothing. She didn't even checked on us. $480 bill, not even a birthday candle or desert. Will not go again. Food was OK.
they need a dress code. $$ I do not really want to see people eating in Tee shirt. wine price is about triple retail
Seafood specialty ! Enjoyed every bite. Worth coming back!
Amazing!! We had 3 children with us and it was a non child friendly restaurant. Staff could not have been more accommodating to them and us. A lovely restaurant with delicious food and amazing service. Sea bass out of this world. Thank you
Service was terrible. We never got what was ordered and spent much of the evening looking for our waiter. The food was good but 1 guest was served the wrong dish and by the time it was replaced the rest had finished their main course. We ordered 3 sides for the table but only received two sides and those arrived only after 6 requests with long intervals in between and were served almost the same time as desert.
The service was so poor I cancelled a reservation for the next evening and took that group to the Ocean Prime which was a delight.
I thought perhaps this may have been just an unlucky evening and none of the regular staff showed up for work but speaking to several others at the convention it seems it has become common for Eddie V's.
I now consider the Eddie V logo a warning label and will stay as far away as possible
Great food. Great service.
A sure thing!
Definitely high energy/noise level.
Skip the ice cream. Nothing special.
Wonderful. We had bone-in ribeye and Chilean sea bass. Both melted in the mouth. My wife prefers steaks at Eddie V's more than the bigger chains like Morton's , Ruth Chris and Capital Grille. The sea bass was outstanding. Our server was excellent and the ambiance impeccable as always.
Some friends were having a wedding anniversary and we took them out to dinner. There were rose petals and a nice card on the table. Our waitress made the whole night great, I have never had a bad experience at Eddie V’s. This is by far our favorite restaurant.
Jose, our server set the tone for the evening and give him a 30% or more tip. Food was exceptional. Manager came by twice. Perfect and this our 20 or more visit.
I have been to this Eddie V's twice and both times the food and service were excellent. My guest had never been to one and he loved it so much that he is coming back tonight.
I was disappointed tonight. Although the starters were good and our fish was lovely, the waitress was very indecisive and came back to our table on 4 occasions to verify our order. The fish and steak was very good but the garnish really needs to be improved. We asked for our broccolini to be served without any oil and with garlic on the side as the menu stated - it came smothered in oil and with parmesan - it was not great. The potatoes were awful - reheated lumps of potato drowning in cheese. Although we will be back again, overall, we were unimpressed as the prices should reflect the value surely ?
Fantastic meat , tasty and optimal cooking , great choice of very good wines.
Very nice atmosphere.
Some problems during service ... but I will definitively return when back to Orlando !
This is one of my favorite restaurants. It has great food, and the best service anywhere.
Very VERY expensive but worth every penny. Best Filet I have EVER had. And we had a fantastic waiter that always smiled and doted on us and gave us impeccable service. As a matter of fact best WAITER i have ever had.
Eddie Vs is a nice experience.
We were a party of 6 for Easter Brunch with a noon reservation. We were seated promptly, shortly afterwards, our waitress asked for our water preference. She left the brunch and regular menus as you were permitted to order from either. Three warm cinnamon rolls were brought, the one I tried was not cooked through and was doughy and undercooked in the center. After 15 minutes, she took our drink order. Drinks took an addition 10 minutes to arrive. My cocktail glass was removed before I finished with my drink and it was swept off the table before I could protest. She took our food order approximately 35 minutes after we were seated. Four of our party ordered from the brunch menu which featured a prix fixe three course meal with 5-6 choices for the appetizer and entree courses and 3 choices for dessert. Appetizers were served after an additional 15 minutes passed except for one of our party who ordered sashimi, which took an additional 15-20 minutes to arrive. So from the time we were seated until we received our appetizers, almost an hour had passed. They seemed to be understaffed as I could see that our waitress was hustling and bustling but water glasses and soft drinks were not kept refilled and we had to flag down random wait staff and request refills. The food was quite good but the noise level was so high, I could not hear the conversation across the table. Eventually, we all gave up trying to converse as it was so awkward to keep asking each other to repeat what was said. When it was time for dessert, our waitress announced that they were out of their signature Bananas Foster dessert. I thought this was poor form as there were only three options included in the prix fixe menu and it was still fairly early.
I've dined here before and had a much nicer experience. I can't recommend them for special occasion/holiday dining because they simply didn't have their act together today. Check was $375 before gratuity.
