    Extremely loud. Could not have a conversation. Then live music started and it was even worse. Someone else in restaurant complained and they lowered the volume but the acoustics overall are just loud.

    Issac was a terrific waiter. He was attentive and met all of our requests. The food was excellent as always. Filet cooked to perfection. Sole and sea bass was moist and tasty. Hope Diamond drinks were excellent. Great evening with friends from out of town for their anniversary.

    Our 4th visit this year , a regular date night experience. Over the last 6 years our visits have been faultless . a real 10/10 experience. Im sorry to say last night wasn't up to the usual standards . Seated in the bar area , My lobster bisque soup arrived before our drinks, I finished the soup and stood in line for a manager and returned to my seat before the drinks arrived 25 minutes after ordering. Our experienced waitress took a further 20 minutes to take our order and I requested ketchup when ordering. Our food arrived , all was average as it had been siting on the pass and the heat lamp had dried the food ...but having waited so long we kept quiet. My filet did not have the normal char and was almost soggy own the outside , When the experienced waitress ask was everything OK , all I could ask for was my ketchup. To which the experienced waitress said "Have they not bought that"? She returned with the Ketchup with one piece of the steak left. We were given our drinks for free and a free dessert on top of the free birthday dessert but it was all very underwhelming . Writing this feels like scalding your favourite child , but I suppose it may help the next victim of crap service!!!

    I travel to Orlando a lot both for business and pleasure Eddie V’s never disappoints It is the best spot in Orlando for a business meal
