   Saturday was a disaster at the bar for bar service n food service. Extremely slow but employees said they were very shorthanded which is a management issue . This is far from what we are used to at EVs

   Great anniversary dinner at Eddie V. Marcus (our server) was excellent and made some on point suggestions. My wife loved the sea bass and I enjoyed my filet mignon. Manager wishing us Happy Anniversary was a nice touch. 2nd time there and both times have been excellent. No complaints. They are the best!

    Really excellent restaurant! We had dinner in the bar area with a great jazz band playing. Mat our server was excellent, helpful and knowledgeable and the food was superb! All in all a great spot to enjoy any occasion.

    This location appears to be struggling to retain top notch servers. This is the third time eating here in the past year or so and each time it appears the waitstaff has turned over. The level of service has dropped off too. The food on the other hand has been consistently good. The wine selection is very good and the prices are reasonable for a restaurant of this caliber.

    Had a very low-key birthday gathering with friends and the oysters were wonderful! Our waiter kept our water glasses full, drinks coming from the bar & was very personable. The food was on par for our expectations and we enjoyed the famous bananas foster, which to our delight, was spectacular. Kudos!

    The food is always so delicious ! I love the mushrooms and warm goat cheese salad and their crab cakes are the best! I put them up against any I’ve had in Boston or Maine. Our server Lindsey knows us by name and goes out of her way to make sure every dining experience is delightful. That’s the kind of personal attention you get from their amazing wait staff!

    I entertained an out of town guest there and was blown away with the professional service, the ambiance and of course, the food. This was not my first time and I can say Eddie V's always delivers. Kudos to our waiter - Christopher and the entire staff for making it a special over the top evening.

    I recently dined at Eddie V's Restaurant location in Fort Worth, and I must say, their oysters and salmon dish was absolutely outstanding! The combination of fresh Gulf oysters and perfectly cooked salmon was simply divine. Firstly, the oysters were incredibly fresh and briny, with a subtle sweetness that perfectly complemented the richness of the salmon. I loved how they were served on a bed of ice, which really accentuated their freshness. As for the salmon, it was cooked to absolute perfection. The flesh was tender and flaky, with a delicate, buttery flavor that just melted in my mouth. The seasoning was spot-on, too - not too heavy, but just enough to enhance the natural flavor of the fish. Overall, I was blown away by this dish. The quality of the ingredients and the skill of the chefs really shone through, and I can confidently say this was one of the best seafood dishes I've ever had. If you're a fan of oysters or salmon (or both!), I highly recommend giving this dish a try. Five stars all around!
