Service was average nothing special. Server did not check on us often as we found ourselves looking for him most of times.

Michelle and Judith are the perfect faces for Eddie V's. Professional, gracious, and just super nice.

Our server had couple mistakes in our food order, they brought a different main course and different dessert that we ordered, we ended coming home with the right dessert that we ordered the but the ice cream was melted by the time we got home. Other that that everything was great

Our waiter was Joel who provided a flawless dinner! We enjoy Eddie V's tremendously and this was our 5th Anniversary - important point- We had our wedding and reception on the patio and private dining rooms here at the Citycentre Eddie V's. They have always been great.

This was a wonderful evening and we were well taken care of,; We started with oysters on the half shell, Caesar salads and both of us had the Surf & Turf special cooked to perfection of our individual likings.

We don't just do special occasions here but especially for anniversary it is a must go!

Went here for our anniversary. We were seated at a nice table by a window overlooking Citycenter. The service was excellent and attentive. I had the sole any my wife had the scallops. Both were outstanding. For this quality dining the total cost was surprisingly reasonable. The anniversary card and desert were a nice touch. I’ll be back again.

Always a amazing dinner at Eddie V’s

Everything was perfect from the cocktails to the complementary dessert and rose! Only one thing bothered me. I asked the hostess a few questions about happy hour and she barely looked up from her phone to answer! I was shocked

We celebrated our 1st anniversary here. Daniel was amazing, he knew everything about the menu and he had great recommendations. We definitely definitely will be back.

Eddie Vs always delivers on quality and service. They made our dinner with friends on NYE great! The food was superb and the staff was extremely friendly. What you’d expect from a quality restaurant.

We are regulars at Eddie-Vs. On NYE, with reservations well in advance we were seated at the very back corner of the back room by a door to which I requested main dining room table (30% occupied). The hostess looked at me as if I committed the cardinal sin and said "huh; I have to check" and walked away. My family and I were left hanging and as we walked towards the main dining room, she came back and with a pointed attitude said "here" showing us a booth. I felt like I was begging for a better table - go figure! I said "thanks and maybe you can say it with a smile, Ma'am; it is going to be just fine". She looked at me and said "you just cannot see my smile because of my mask" and walked away...hmmm! Not a good way to welcome any guest let alone repeat guests and make them feel appreciated and welcome on a special evening. I chose to rationalize her unacceptable actions due to lack of experience or training to handle customers' requests that may be not straight forward. Our server was excellent making up for the negative start to our evening. However, my wife's bone-in filet special came well-done (requested medium) which spoiled the taste. While my wife chose to not return it due to timing, one of the floor managers made up for that by providing a to-go replacement at the end of dinner. A nice surprise and gesture.

Overall, we like this place but it seems like every time we dine at Eddie-Vs City Center, we hit a snag of some sort. The managers always make up for it somehow, but at some point, we expect to just have a normal near-perfect experience. The NYE interaction will certainly make us think twice about coming back... If you are looking to drop a few hundred dollars on a steak dinner for you/you family, perhaps you need to consider alternatives which we certainly will do.

We came in for our anniversary and new year celebration and our food and service was beyond fantastic. Our waiters were very friendly and certainly focused on service first. Eddie Vs is first class all the way.

This was a lovely experience for a small get together with friends. It made for a nice treat to have such a high end experience. I loved it.
