Excellent waiter, Shane. Really knew the menu and gave us good suggestions. My husband had the New Orleans Grill with steak, sausage and mixed veggies, while I had the filet mignon. Also ordered asparagus and the brussel sprouts with bacon, pancetta, caramelized onions and Parmesan cheese...ended up taking the sides home along with my birthday creme brulee!!!
Nice to have bison as an option. Wonderful Carrot Cake.
Our experience was fabulous. Kim H was our waitress (requested) and she provided stellar service throughout the evening. We had another couple with us who had never been to Eddie's before. Well we now have a new supporter of the faire!

It was a very nice date for me and the wife . Been to several restaurants like this one and it was a great experience. The shrimp was amazing and the way it was served was awesome! My server picked my wine and it was a great choice!
The food was good but the service was extremely slow we were there over three hours after being seated just waiting for our waitress to keep coming back and to take our order or give us our bill it was very frustrating.
We had Harry as our waiter and he was very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu items. I have to eat Gluten Free and he help give me recommendations. I did feel that he was a little pushy on purchasing alcohol and desserts but we don't drink and were too full afterwards. Overall though it was a great experience and we'll definitely return.
We went there with friends because we are all steak lovers and wanted to give Eddie Merlot's a try. The wine list was very nice and the server was very knowledgeable. The food was very disappointing. Our steaks were unevenly cooked and didn't have a lot of flavor. Most of the side dishes were overpriced for the portion sizes and were served lukewarm. We will not be returning.
