Food and service very good but as we only ordered appetizers for 1st and 2nd courses, the wait time for our food was too long almost 1/2 hour between courses.
Every time we come to Eddie Merlot’s, we love it. It is a beautifully decorated restaurant - Elegant but very comfortable and the service is exceptional. The menu has a good variety of items to choose from and everything we have ever ordered is delicious. The bacon wrapped shrimp and the Burrata with tomatoes appetizers are RIDICULOUSLY good. The steaks are tender and always cooked perfectly. The sides really are big enough to share, but you may not want to. I love the cauliflower gratin and the roated brussel sprouts. My children’s favorite part of the evening is always the desserts made tableside. They ordered the Baked Alaska and it was presented beautifully and was delicious. This is definitely our go-to restaurant for family special occasions.
The food was very good. It was very noisy because there was a party in the restaurant.

Our group enjoyed the crab cake appetizer, one of the best we've had! Steaks and seafood were cooked to perfection. Service was good initially but our waiter seemed to disappear, a few of our guests wanted wine with their meal and he did not check on us until our meal was almost over. Overall we had a lovely evening. Our other two experiences prior to this were great! I would recommend you try this restaurant.
Only complaint is the busboys push you and try to take plates when you are still eating.
The manager was most welcoming. Anna our waitress was outstanding.

I had the bison ribeye. Best steak I’ve ever eaten. Our server was very attentive without being over bearing. Very helpful with suggestions and very friendly. Thank you for helping me make my wife’s birthday special
