Eclipse di Luna - Buckhead Ratings and Reviews
I've been to this location a few times and they never fail to disappoint! Amazing service and delicious food.
Great small tapas plates which will allow you to try a variety of food, wine and cocktails are also really good.
They had live music on Sunday night when I went so noise levels are a little more than normal, but you can always sit on the back side of the restaurant if you prefer a quieter environment.
There was an insect in our syrup, however they took the French toast off our bill. Also, the waitress spilled a mimosa on my 12 year old daughter. She took her meal and drink off the bill. She was very apologetic. I frequent this restaurant often and have never had these problems. I guess we didn’t have very good luck this time.
The parking lot was full from cars parked attending a different venue in the plaza, I expressed my concern that the parking lot should be strictly for eclipse de Luna’s customer but I was told it doesn’t work that way which was very inconvenient, it was a busy Friday night , our server was good but another server was very rude when she thought we were trying to get her help and she snapped at us . White girl stocky with tattoos. Overall, we had a good time with each other. We might opt to the sandy springs location next time.
We changed our reservation last minute from7:30 pm to 8:30 pm. They were very accommodating. The tables were close together. So if you want something romantic, this isn’t the place to go. There was a live Latin band and a small dance floor. The tapas came out pretty quick and everything I ordered was really good. Everyone was pleased with their meals. The place has eclectic Latin decor. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend this place for something different to try in the south other than soul food.
We went there for a birthday celebration. food was great except the portions even on the meals were very small for the prices. the drinks are expensive and nothing special about them. the sangria made us sick the next day. overall beautiful place very authentic scenery, but they seriously need to reconsider their portions and pricing. Service was all over the place, 3 different servers brought us food, $283 for 6 people is average for a nice dinner, only problem is we didnt eat, we had snacks lol.
The management on New year's Eve was poor with an inexperienced kid solving simple problems he was incapable of. Won't go back here. They will nickel and dime you to their own disadvantage since they eventually lose business. Everyplace was packed except for them for a reason.
Food was great as usual. Service was sloooooow. We were in early for a work event and were one of three small groups. Food took forever and one or two items delivered after having to ask three times. Since I ordered everything for the table there must have been a foul up between the table and the kitchen. Very unusual compared to previous experiences.
