Manon, our waitress was incredible. The entire staff were fantastically attentive. The food had impeccable quality throughout the meal.
The bread was delicious. The crab cake was good. The shrimp cocktail was good. The other two appetizers were not very good at all. Our main courses were, well. Awful. My steak was raw, the fish tasted weird the guys steak were okay but not great. The broccolini tasted weird. We don’t sent our food back once we are served.
The restaurant is beautiful but will never return.
We had a very nice dinner , our waiter Ari was very pleasant and professional, also we were greeted by a manager. We would recommend this place to our friends
Very disappointed in our most recent as well previous dining experience. We hope that this is not a trend in a downward direction. Food really not the same quality.
Once we were seated our experience was fantastic. We arrived 5-10 mins early for our reservation and three groups that arrived after us were seated before us. The person could not answer me as to why we were still waiting 15 minutes after our reservation time other than maybe they had a reservation time before us. That was frustrating as it was our anniversary and we made the effort to arrive a bit early. The dinner was excellent.
Been here at least 15 times... Food is still very very good, and understanding that service maybe slow due to hiring shortages but this was nit good.. Sat doen 10 to 15 min before anyone came. Made request but said cant do that, which I understand but said no cheese and came loaded with cheese. Wanted to say something but after food was delivered, ni one showed up until I as helper for the check. No one. Not to ask how was everything or if we need everything else. Again understanding situation but went when everyone left and not much was really going on... Mught be a while before try again nit to say the menu alsochanged a lot.. Again thats understandable... Service was quite poor.
Made a reservation for brunch and still had to wait around 20 minutes. Service afterwards was fantastic, very attentive. We sat outside, downside was the other customers were incredibly loud and boisterous which was disappointing for such an establishment. Food was good, mimosas were good but would have liked larger juice carafes.
As always, a very popular place to enjoy a meal with friends. Patio dining is a little less noisy than sitting inside, which is great if you want to converse.
Champagne with brunch is such a nice add on, especially with your choice of different juice flavors. ( breadfruit is my favorite).
All our dishes chosen were delicious, except that the brioche roll on the burger instantaneously dissolved, making it a knife and fork dish. Not one soul, checked on our table to see if everything was all right, which is not the norm for the restaurant…usually over attentive.
When we finished, paid the bill and stood up to leave, our waiter rushed over, apologized and served us a delicious birthday desert! Very glad we all sat down again, cause it was amazingly good and large enough for four to share.
Of course, we will be back, food is way to good not to return.
An excellent meal with excellent service! We can't wait to bring our family here when they come to visit!
The server was good, seem they were under staffed. The person serving us are drinks spilled a bit on the table and did not seem to care, just walked away.
The service was great like always just tonight the cook was not as good as what we had in the past
Wonderful dinner. Complementary dessert for our special occasion. Excellent recommendations. Very good food.
Hugo was phenomenal! We enjoyed dinner very much. The entire staff was very welcoming and pleasant. We appreciate that they acknowledged our anniversary and our friend's birthday.
Girls night out did not disappoint here! Food was cooked as ordered. Service was amazing! Great night and loved sitting on the patio!
Great steaks and cocktails! Love that we get to bring our own wine!
Sadly, we were not impressed. We thought it was a nice touch to have the assistant manager come by and great us, but our service went down hill from there. Our server, an older gentleman with gray hair, paid little to no attention to our table. Worse, when my husband informed him that his medium rare steak was barely cooked (bloody raw), he never even apologized. We had to call him to the table, because he had not even checked on us. There were numerous servers in the building, so his neglect was not because he was over-whelmed. My husband did not want him to send it back and cook it for two reasons. One, the rest of the group had almost finished their meals by the time we got his attention. and two, We've all heard stories about sending food back - no thanks. To make up for the raw $40 steak, he brought him a scoop of ice cream...really. Take it off the bill and apologize!!
With the exception of the mushroom fries, which were delicious, the food on the menu was just ok. I would pass, especially with so many wonderful choices in the local area.
Great steaks at a reasonable price, side dishes big enough to share.
Augustine our server was knowledgeable, personable and accommodating during our dinner. Great meal looking forward to our next dining experience at Echo and Rig.
Both the food and the service was excellent.. the ribeye was melt in your mouth good.
Great service. Awesome server. 5 stars all the way
Echo & Rig is a great place to celebrate a special occasion. Hubby & I both had the filet mignon and shared a serving of the garlic mashed potatoes. The steak was PERFECTION! Afterwards, I stopped at the butcher shop and picked up a container of bone broth.
Staff was very friendly, polite and attentive. Very nice dining experience, not a flashy place where you purchase huge steaks by the Oz. Was perfect to take my mom out for here Birthday.
Great staff and excellent meat. The guy we were entertaining from Charlotte NC said best filet he had ever had. Additionally, they serve an outstanding Old Fashioned with Iowa Legendary Rye. Very smooth with crafted ice.
Very attractive restaurant with nice option to sit on second floor patio. We were dissapointed a bit with the service. We never received the soup we ordered and were given "brandy mushroom sauce" instead of bearnaise. Food was good but not exceptional. We're glad we tried the restaurant but are not sure we'd return.
Steak was amazing!! The sides where also very good.
Served me raw ribeye (which is not only thinner, it's smaller than the last dozen times we visited) 3 times. I'm not so sure we will be back. Their steak cook(s) need to figure life out
Great experience, our first time dining and we will be back. The filet was the best either of us have ever had!
A very nice and relaxing atmosphere on the terrace. 4 of us had brunch and everything was amazing from being sat until we left. The menu has a lot of good things and definitely great value. Our server Augustine was great and so was the manager Leroy. Thanks for making my friends birthday a great day!!!
Always consistent with the excellent service. Timing is on point, which I appreciate never feeling rushed when I eat here. A gem of a dining destination in Vegas without the hustle and pressures that are present on the Strip. A+ yet again .
With a top end butcher shop on the first floor you know you are in for some special meat. The skirt steak was outstanding. Deep flavor with a smoky oak fired char.
Our server was great so energetic! We love that and so attentive.
Loved how attentive the staff was n made sure we were taken care of…food excellent…I will definitely be returning on my next vacay visit to Las Vegas 👍🏽😉
Birthday and Anniversary
I wonderful experience from Front Desk to Valet Parking
Warmly Greeted at front desk, escorted to our table. Drinks were wonderful and not overly priced. Ordered apps and entrees which were spaced out accordingly giving you time to enjoy them but having you sitting and waiting. Extremely warm and friendly staff were attentive but not in the way
Food was fantastic
If possible I would give more than 5 stars
Drinks and bartender (downstairs) were great. Grilled octopus was burnt - I expect it to be a little "dark," but it was completely burnt and stirred into the salad as if I wouldn't notice. Got a rib eye cap "to go" and it was good, but the horseradish sauce tasted like salt.
Drinks - awesome;
Food - sub-par
Hostess - Awesome and super nice.
Bartender downstairs - Awesome.
Just gotta do something about the food quality - that salad should have never left the kitchen.
We had a great meal at Echo & Rig. Our appetizer was watermelon salad, a great amuse bouche. For sides we had Brussels sprouts, mashed potatoes and cauliflower. All excellent and a good variety of flavors. We had three steaks, Spencer, Bavette and Skirt. Each of us thought ours was the best. And each was stellar. Drinks downstairs were tasty and the wine list is solid and well priced. In face the whole meal was high value for the taste and quality. Service spectacular. Portions of steak 8-12 ounces which helps keep prices in check. No regrets.
Amazing service and food!
Loved that there were plenty of vegan options for a nice dinner on the patio!
Great flavors!!!! Next time I might just get 2 of the Steak and Arugula Salads!!! Yes it was that good!!! Our steaks were so flavorful and cooked to perfection. It was our anniversary and we were treated like family and it was our first time there.
This was our first venture out since the Pandemic. My wife and I had surely suffered from cabin fever and decided we were sick of food delivery, especially on our Anniversary. I went online and did a search. I came across the Echo & Rig website and after reviewing the menu, decided this was the place. One of the major factors was outside dinning and it was fabulous. We are seniors that are retired. I had a career in the hospitality industry (over 25 years) and wanted to experience top notch service. From the time we enter the lobby, we could feel the welcome. Our escort to the table was so upbeat and cheerful. The manager came to the table and we had a very leisure chat as he greeted us and introduced our waiter. The waiter was reminiscent of the kind of positive dinning experience, we have had around the world. He explained the menu and helped understand all of the nuances of the cuisine in a manner that was so enjoyable. Then the food came. Wow! Everything was fantastic and delicious. We will definitely tell others and also return to make this restaurant our favorite.
Food was good, my steak and my wife's fish. Mushroom soup was bland. Service was excellent.
