Amazing food and service.

Love this restaurant, the prices are great, food was perfect, service was terrific!! We never had to ask for anything during our dinner!! You have the friendliest staff from your hostess, busboy to your wait staff!! Looking forward to dining with you on a regular basis!!

Welcoming staff

The dinner was excellent, although I must admit their 8oz tenderloin seemed more like a 6oz... But we definitely both agree that it was one of the best steaks we have ever had.

Waiter was not accommodation

This place has some of the best steaks you will ever eat at any price point despite only costing around $30. Nobody else is offering cuts like Bavette, skirt, etc. The sauces are outstanding especially the mushroom sauce. The sides are excellent. Echo and Rig is a well oiled machine with perfect service.

The chips on the plate were a bit underwhelming and not necessary.
Steaks were not quite what I’d expect at a nice steakhouse.

Ordered the short rib hash. Taste was excellent though the poached egg on top was over cooked. Expected a runny yolk but it was hard boiled.

Overall terrific. Top three best steaks I have ever had. I had the bavette kobe.

Great food great service and great inviroment inside

It was excellent but it felt a little rushed not to the point not feeling uncomfortable but it was there.

Food was delicious, had the skirt steak and salmon. The portobello fries are yummy too

This has been my go to place for brunch for 5 years and the last 2 times were terrible. The service is slower than slow and not up to fine dining standards. Any request took forever to be handled including requests for coffee and refills.
I always order the Prime Rib Hash and they have definitely changed the recipe. The potatoes resembled freeze dried and did not taste fresh. I’m not sure I will be going back.

We are never disappointed at Echo & Rig. Wonderful food, friendly and knowledgeable staff, perfect atmosphere.

This was our second time eating at Echo and Rig which of course was much different this time since Covid. Food was amazing but the waiter was not attentive at all and did not give the customer service one would expect when eating out. I recommend for fantastic food but it could be a coin toss on the staff.

It was amazing. We felt we were vip. Our waiter was amazing and the whole staff. Our waters never were empty, our meal was spectacular. All in all it was an amazing experience

Echo & Rig has made lemonade from lemons in regards to the pandemic. They have had to reduce their seating capacity, which means they have removed tables from their dining area. This is actually a plus. Had dinner there recently and it was outstanding. Without the usual crowds, dinner was relaxed, the food was very good, and the service was outstanding. And as usual, it's a steakhouse that is very reasonably priced.

I was very impressed with this steakhouse, food and service were outstanding, extremely friendly staff ! Only complaint and it’s minor , was the cocktail I had was very weak , otherwise the restaurant was outstanding and I will definitely return next time I’m in Las Vegas.

Just moved to Summerlin from Southern California and we hadn’t had a filet mignon dinner since the restaurants shutdown in Ca. (at least 6 months ago). After reading the positive reviews for Echo and Rig, we made reservations.
Everything from the ambience, meal, staff and service was perfection and we will definitely return!

Considering this is usually our go-to spot for a nice dinner out we expected more. Unless staffing and management improves and they become more conscious of how they operate we will not be returning.

Beautiful ambiance on the balcony tonight. Crisp and cool but heaters were nearby and made it a perfect temp to dine outdoors. I’m a steakhouse fan. The filet was on point but the chimichura sauce was bland. Stuffed mushroom served with steak was good. Had lamb stuffed egg rolls with a tzatziki sauce for appetizer (delicious)!

We sat outside with the heaters on. It was very pleasant. The service was excellent. They were right on top of everything. The food was fabulous. We tried the pork belly burnt ends and thick bacon. Yum!!! Both our steaks were great (ribeye cap and skirt steak) and the charred onion sauce was off the hook!

Honestly the steak was lackluster, nothing about it was exceptional. Lacked seasoning, wasn't prepared the way I asked. Presentation was non existent. No sear marks , no char.

This was our first time dining here and we will definitely got back. We went for Valentine's brunch. I won't say the food was flawless but, it was enjoyable and high quality. It feel like the food lacked salt and the crab cake was lukewarm. The shrimp cocktail was perfection, though! I was a little taken back that there weren't any steaks on the brunch menu but when we asked the server about it, she mentioned some available steaks. We ordered the Spencer cut and it was fabulous!! My only true disappointment of the meal was the dull steak knife.

The service was impeccable and the food was exquisite. Just perfect for any occasion. Hugo was an amazing and attentive server as well as all the staff. 10/10 !
