Echo & Rig Steakhouse & Butcher Shop
AMAZING food, atmosphere and service! If you love unique experiences and top notch service, you’ll be amazed!!
Tomahawk steak was great, customer service and price is amazing! We definitely will be back when we come back to town.
Great food. Great value. Kind of loud.
Friend visiting from out of town
Amazing service and food. We will be back! From the moment you walk in the vibe, service and food is top notch.
Always enjoyable, always delicious, Service today was fantastic and Beth is amazing
Only complaint is asked for medium steak and got rare. Service was great
I took a chance with E&R and I’m sure glad we came for our anniversary. The staff was very professional , friendly and made us feel like gold. We will definitely come back , the food was majestic!
Always a great experience and awesome food!
If I could give the establishment more stars I would. If it’s worth the trip away from the strip. Best steakhouse in Vegas. The staff is exceptional. I don’t know how many times the manager came to our table. By vegas standards. It is extremely affordable
We LOVE going to Echo and Rig, and usually do a couple times a month. We normally go for brunch and their amazing french toast, portabello mushrooms and avocado toast...oh, and the mimosas! 😊 We do go for dinner occasionally and be aware that you can bring 1 bottle of wine per person with NO CORK FEE! That is unheard of. We love this place!
The ribeye cap was absolutely perfect. I had the blue cheese sauce with it and it was a yummy combination. The macaroni and cheese is the best I’ve ever had! Everything was delicious and the service is amazing there! Our waiter was nice and on top of everything.
Out first time visiting and it was AMAZING. Hugo was our waiter and he was easy on the eyes, ears, and service! We will be back, new favorite date night spot. Fried spinach salad was the best!
What more could one ask for. Delicious perfectly cooked wood fired steaks, huge variety of sides and appetizers AND unlimited no corkage on wine. My absolute favorite restaurant.
Insider tip- try the grilled cheese as an appetizer. It’s incredible
Food was very good. Price was on the expensive side, but worth it, especially for a special occasion. Compared with Ruth's Chris, Morton's, etc, I would say the menu choices are more numerous, more unique, and definitely worth a try. The Prime Rib Cap is not an item found on many menus, but it was outstanding. Found out after dinner that there is no corkage fee, a great deal. Wine was expensive there, but bringing your own bottle makes the overall cost and experience repeatable ( min 2 people / bottle). Dinner sundaes are definitely worth sharing!
It was empty upstairs for dinner. It took forever to get 3 salads. Were they waiting to grow the vegs? The server must have been on something since he spoke so fast that nobody could understand him. Just like pharma ads when they read side affects. The steak salad was disappointing since it has just several pieces of frisée and good steak. That is no dinner salad.
My husband and I were looking for a good steak away from the strip. We could not have found a better place. We both got the ribeye and everything we had was fantastic. Our waiter, Hugo was superb. We got a seat on the balcony which was nice. It is loud inside but the atmosphere outside was great. Will definitely eat there again.
The service was top notch, the locals keep this secret very well. For a visitor it was hard to find. The link from Open Table sent us to the wrong location. Once there, everything was amazing. The cuts of meat are the best I have seen. The prices were very reasonable also. Our server Shane made solid suggestions. The Director of business development Tim O’Conner, provided details how the restaurant’s history and philosophy. This was delicious meal.
Food is excellent and menu has a lot of variety. Prices are in line with the quality. Service was prompt and attentive without being intrusive. The only downside is the noise level. We were on the patio and it was still loud. Inside it was louder than some dance clubs.
Outstanding food, great service, awesome vibe!! Would definitely come back Echo & Rig.
Excellent all around. Great cocktails, great food. But the one thing that really stands out is the service. The best I have experienced in Las Vegas.
Our sever was wonderful and had a great knowledge of gluten free offerings. The food is always cooked right. It was a great meal.
This is our favorite restaurant! Hugo our waiter was very good. The steaks are fantastic, cooked perfectly! All around great customer service. Thanks for making my husband's Birthday a perfect night!
Enjoyed brunch with my girlfriends. We always have a wonderful time. Incredible service and the food is always good.
Always great food and friendly, gracious service. Their brunch is the bomb!
I have been here many times before, however very disappointed this time! 6 people in our party and l asked them all what they thought, 2 of them said never again? WOW coming from my guests and it was free to them because we were treating. Must have been a off night? I can’t even justify giving them a one star. I’m also on the fence, don’t know if I will go back, to many great restaurants here in Vegas. Respectively submitted. MB.
Great food and amazing service!! Nice steakhouse that doesn’t cost a fortune!!
Great place, tasty food and good service. Loved how quickly service was
As usual great food and great service
One of the stakes came welldone insted of medium we didn't get any attention from the waiter to fix this problem
Wonderful experience at Echo & Rig! Establishment clean and bright, tables spaced apart nicely, complimentary valet parking! Our waiter, Austin, was very friendly and explained how things work, ingredients and answers to our numerous questions. Manager Nicholas stopped by our table several times to check on things and even thanked us for stopping by! Water glasses always kept filled, appetizers had great flavors, steaks reasonably priced, done right and delicious! When we first arrived, the place was fairly empty, but by the time we left it was packed and alive with noise! Enjoyed it very much and certainly will return again!
Initial service was fine, towards the end of the main course, the service became scarce, hard to find anyone who was avalible to come to our table, finally flagged down a bus person for assistance. Other than that, everything else was outstanding
We were there early for brunch and were eating inside, is the room was a little dark and somehow not as appropriate a room as I can see it would be at dinnertime. Plus, as someone whose go-to wake up drink is a Latte, I’m also saddened to see my latte arrive in what is used for a regular coffee cup rather that a big mug or, preferably, a much larger bowl shaped ceramic cup. We had egg dishes rather than meat, and they were both pretty good, but not the amazing dishes friends had led us to expect. The menu was priced better than infrared, but still a little pricey if one considers you have to pay extra for toast, etc. We usually go to Leoné Cafe if in the Tívoli area, which is a brighter, more bustling breakfast experience, and I’d recommend that for breakfast over this if you don’t mind ordering at the counter. Though I can see how the large outdoor second floor patio could be nice if the whether were neither too hot or too cold.
Our experience was excellent from the arrival greeting to the good night wishes!!
Pretty much my favorite steak place in Vegas. Worth the drive from the strip. Service was excellent, steak was excellent and my wife who is a vegetarian found something on the menu that she enjoyed.
Have been here many times and always had excellent food and service.
Great food, value and service. Food not over seasoned rather more subtle and just right.
I know this is a minority view but this was our third and final time eating dinner at Echo once it was great, once it was cold. This time it was served warm but very rare when I had ordered medium. No problem, they took it back and cooked it some more and it was a nice medium when it returned.
Once the table behind us was occupied my wife and I both started getting bumped regularly by the servers. I physically moved our table so as to avoid this bottleneck which did solve the problem for the most part.
A major issue was the noise level in the restaurant. There are no soft, sound absorbing surfaces so if there's a loud group, and there was, the decibel level in the restaurant reaches painful. We were trying to visit with out of town friends and the noise level made conversation a challenge.
Our friends seemed to enjoy their dinners and my wife's hamburger was fine. But the overall experience was such that we felt it necessary to apologize to the other couple for the recommendation we had made.
There are a lot of restaurants in Summerlin, next time we have guests we'll try one of those; we're done with Echo & Rig.
Service was excellent. Extremely noisy inside so we sat outside so we could relax & talk without screaming at each other. Food was delicious. Bread was very good but not warm...even a bit cold in the center. Water served without ice so I asked for some. Luke warm water isn’t appealing or thirst quenching for me. Spinach salad unusual & delicious. Butterfish a hit & pork chop very good with the baked apple. Dessert sundaes were ok.
Service was on the next level. We wanted to dine on the patio but it was a little chilly. They brought us a patio heater so we could enjoy the evening.
The meal was amazing. Steaks cooked to perfection.
