We went for Father's Day and the food was delicious!
Awesome food as always- going to miss this place!
Always a great vibe there! Food never fails!! 😊
We enjoyed brunch very much. Everything that we ordered was delicious (I was especially impressed by how perfectly crispy the tater tots were; we got the plain ones with cola ketchup-who knew?!). The thing we were most satisfied with, however, was our server. I feel so awful that I can't remember her name, but her station was outside, and we were there for a 1:45 reservation for brunch on Sunday June 12th. She was extremely attentive, and had a very sweet demeanor; she gave us great descriptions of the dishes, and was spot on with her recommendations.
I would definitely recommend The Eating House to friends (as a matter of fact, a friend recommended it to us), and I plan to return when my daughter is next in town.
Amazing pancakes delicious food
Excellent as always! Restaurants in Miami hands-down. Had to go at least one last time before they close in July
Food & service is always great. Sad they will be closing!
We had a great time. The food was amazing and so was the service! Super sad that it’s closing :(
I love this place but I got to say this last time was my fourth time there since the first time and I didn't find the food to be exquisite like all the other times
It was good but not excellent,
Food, service is excellent. Highly recommend. Very cozy place. Will surely come back.
Very average, their pancakes are pretty good. But that’s about it.
Amazing food, amazing service. Well worth it
Went for a date with my boyfriend- made a reservation and then tried to move it to an earlier time. I called the restaurant and they were very accommodating. We arrived and were sat right away inside ( next time we will sit outside) we ordered drinks and apps right away. The server was knowledgeable and just the right amount of attentive. The food was delicious. We had the arancini croquetas, we shared the pasta carbonara which was out of this world and the guava bread pudding. Overall our experience was very pleasant. The restaurant is small and it has an open kitchen so you can watch your food as it comes out. We will be back!
Excellent dining experience! Friendly staff and delicious food. The Pasta Carbonara is a must. I loved the Dirt Cup presentation, super cute and yummy.
Very accommodating service! The burrata salad and arancini were delicious
Amazing food , & service
One of my favorite spots in Miami. The food is always amazing and the service is on point!!!
Chicken wasn't seasoned, waffles were flat. Pork and rice want seasoned. No one asked if we needed anything. Toilet wasn't working
‘‘Twas a general date kind of afternoon and couldn’t think of a better place to go
Loved everything about Eating House! The food, the service, the ambiance. We were there for Mother's Day and enjoyed the 7-course brunch with lots to take home for later. Our server Ned was really on top of things. I also appreciated the sound-muffling aspect of the bookshelves as well as enjoying perusing the cookbooks and checking out all the cute knickknacks - so many restaurants in Miami are all hard surfaces with blaring music - Eating House got this right. The music was enjoyable but not so loud that we couldn't have a conversation (as is sadly true in so many other places). Have been wanting to try Eating House for quite some time now and it didn't disappoint - will definitely be back!
In the last couple of months we have eaten here and everything from their unique drinks like white guava sangria to their dirt cup dessert . In between their main dinner offerings include the best carbonara with an egg yolk and the most tender and flavorful beef short rib with truffle risotto and oyster mushroom that is out of this world. We’ve also had their family style dinner that includes about seven dishes of their best brought to the table in orderly and well paced fashion. Their dirt cup and bread pudding desserts are also to die for. Top it off with great and very personal service makes it a favorite go to place to indulge in creative dishes.
First time eating at this restaurant. Recommend getting a reservation in advance and we also had to wait a little to be seated even when we had one. Food was great drinks could use some work. We ordered the Guava Sangria and it tastes like a bitter lemonade. Also the Red sangria had a bitter taste to it as well. Caprese salad was bland needed salt and should have more greens for the price.
We did have to wait about 10 min or so since we were a party of 7. However, service was great, waiter were attentive , and overall food was great.
Had to wait 30 mins for a table despite showing up on time. Outdoor setup is underwhelming; they could definitely use more fans in the heat, but the food was outstanding!
Our party of 12 went for the 420 menu, and we absolutely enjoyed it. Such a fantastic experience to try seven different unique and delicious dishes.
We went for my husband’s birthday and dinner was amazing as usual. We shared one of everything on the menu and each plate was tastier than the other. Our server was very attentive and food came out quickly. It is by far one of my favorite restaurants and the food is always on point. We will definitely be back soon.
Only thing better than the service was the food. Wish I could eat there every day! Hats off to the chef!!
Their brunch plates are all incredible!
We had the 4/20 menu and it was creative and delicious
Food was amazing. Cauliflower and Chicken and Wafflea both highly recommended. Staff were outstanding. Will definitely eat here again next time we are in Coral Gables.
This has been a frequent spot for years but we had not dined there since the pandemic began. One of our favorite dishes, the Brussels sprouts, were not very flavorful. The Carbonara pasta was overpriced at $29. We had a small Ceasar salad that was very good and the mushroom anticuchos were delicious. Overall, way too expensive for mostly vegetables.
Classic 420 eating house style 100! Gotta come check this place out if you haven’t been here
The service we received was elite! Our waiter was awesome, but the food for the event was simply “okay”. Out of the 7 course meal, our group probably only enjoyed 2 dishes. :(
The service and food was amazing as always, even on a very busy day eating house never disappoints and this what always keeps me coming back for more.
420 menu was amazing. Love this place.
Eating House is always perfect. Food is special. Ned is one of the best servers I’ve ever had.
Amazing meal. They never disappoint. The 4/20 menu is amazing but so is their regular menu. One of my fav places
Eating House is always amazing. The food and the service are top notch! Highly recommend!
We absolutely love the food and service! Went out of their way to find our favorite bottle of wine.😀
