   I am a waitress myself so I think my opinion of appalling service must accout for something! The place was alms empty and the 3 waiters between them managed to miss half our order, leave our finished plates sitting for ages, be incredibly slow etc. It was quite amazing how bad they were, which was a shame because the food and decor was nice! Sort out your staff!

   Lovely setting, well laid out, friendly staff and vibe and an exceptional and varied menu. Only thing letting it down was the use of slate and wood instead of plates. Hate that.

   I had been to this place for lunch twice the food was average but the service BOTH times was awful. The food took ATLEAST 45 minutes to arrive after ordering. Both of these times the Resturant was NOT busy what so ever, so that can no have been an excuse! We then decided to go for dinner, maybe the other two times were just by chance that it was slow. WE WERE WRONG-we ordered are food, we then sat for 1 hour before the food arrived. The food arrived cold and tasteless! When we told them about the long wait and that the food was cold, they did not seem to care and brushed are comments off, which i found disgraceful. They said 'you came in after a busy time' - that is an absolutely rubbish excuse and the fact it has happened three different times is very strange! The kitchen management is awful - it's a real shame. I do NOT recommend this place unless you don't mind waiting for ATLEAST 45 minutes for food

   We've eaten at Earthy on a few occasions and always thoroughly enjoyed our meals. The food is organic and delicious and there are lots of vegetarian options. We look forward to going back.
