Loud, food cold, chicken on salad dried out, service just OK
Great food and service. Had a group of 6 for girls-night and was happy we could make reservations so we didn’t have to wait. Everyone ordered something different to both eat and drink - all were pleased with the food and cocktails.
NYE dinner with friends. we were seated immediately and received very good service. Food was good and experience was very pleasant.
After seated we were not greeted by anyone for at least 15 minutes. Manager came and said the wait person assigned to our table felt sick and left. We ordered the dry rib appetizer and it was still raw I cooked meat. Had to send it back. Order a Cesar salad to split and neither of us could finish it because it tasted so fishy. I will say the blue king steaks we ordered were fantastic but it was a rough start.
My Waitress was so awesome!! It's so great to eat where the staff , and the food is great!
Decent happy hour selection for food, drinks not so much for beer. Coors light on draft is only selection? Not really a happy hour but food is good.
We went to Earl's for Christmas Eve, service was very good, and food was excellent. Large portions and very delicious. My guests wanted steaks and all the steakhouses (Flemings, Shanahan's, Del Frisco's) were sold out during the dinner hour, but fortunately for us, Earl's had one spot available for us! My guests got delicious steaks for a fraction of what we would have paid at the traditional steak houses. The BBQ ribs were the best I've tasted.
I love the service and food at this place. I ate here once when Seasons 52 was booked and found that both the service and food were much better.
Waitresses aren't well trained compared to the past, they reach all over the table rather than moving their feet to an appropriate spot.
Food was pretty good but not excellent. Had a nice evening. It was not very crowded.
