First time eating here as a surprise date night. Our server had 3-4 tables + a 10-top of prom kids, and she handled it all with ease and a smile. Great food, great service...will definitely return!
We don’t go here often, but Friday night was a disaster. I am sure they were overwhelmed with many large tables of prom goers, but out meal took forever to come out and when it did it was lukewarm to cold. Wait person knew the night was not going well and comped us our appetizer and round of drinks. I will try them again, hopefully\y with better luck.
We had an exceptional waitress, very nice dining experience. Nice atmosphere just a little too noisy, but overall a nice experience
Great time! Great Tacos! Great Curry!
Great all around.
Great service and the food quality and quantity were perfect. I highly recommend this as a date night or casual dining with a friend.
Emily was very accommodating with our time and allowed to visit and not rush us. Food was outstanding for all in our party.
Great food and service. Hadn't been for a while and was very pleased with my visit
It was fine. Food was good
Wait for food was long. Kitchen was slow. Appeared unprepared for Easter Brunch crowd. They ran out of ham for my eggs benedict. Substituted bacon in the place of ham.
Brunch was great and appreciated the happy hour! Was handicapped accessible for my dad and everyone was helpful and welcoming.
We went for my birthday and purposely went early because we brought our ten year old. First off, their kid's menu is a joke, but luckily our kiddo likes real food. My husband and I got the combo platters: mine was salmon and sushi, his was steak and sushi. Both our non-sushi items, although brought out in a cast iron skillet, were barely warm. Perhaps that was to save the wood board it came on in addition with the sushi roll, but regardless, a bit disappointing. My daughter's sirloin steak was fine as well as her potatoes and asparagus. We did enjoy our happy hour Moscow mules. The atmosphere was nice though the place hardly had any people, likely due to our early attendance. The waitress was slightly slow which is only annoying because it was so empty, but far from worth truly complaining about. It was nice, but not nice enough for us to go again. We'd rather try something new for that price point.
Atmosphere and service were both great. The only thing I have to complain about is that both times I have been there I had the salmon and both times it was overcooked. My friend also ordered the salmon and he said his was dry as well. Having the sauce to go with it helped but would have been 5 stars had it not been overcooked.
Stopped in for a quick breakfast and both plates came out cold and undercooked. The server comped the food and brought out a different meal for one of us - which was appreciated.
Overall an OK experience.
We haven't been to Earl's in quite some time, but we were pleasantly surprised by the menu options and the changes they made to the bar & dining areas. Plus their Happy Hour sounds great too. We will be back!
Love the craft bar bitters setup! You should showcase it a bit more since it so unique!
It was not even busy and we waited over an hour for our food. There was no explanation as to why it was taking so long, only that "the kitchen was backed up" yet food for other tables was coming out and they had not been there as long as we had. They wound up comping our food, but over an hour after ordering is unacceptable, especially without an explanation.
The menu has also changed and was not nearly as good as I remembered it to be. Super disappointed in Earls and we not be returning there. No wonder they weren't busy on a Saturday night.
This place is in trouble. There seems to be nobody working there.
We had reservations for 6:00PM on a Saturday. We arrived at 5:50 and got seated right away.
We perused the happy hour menu and decided on drinks from that menu. Unfortunately, the server did not come to the table until 6:03. We asked if she would still honor happy hour pricing since we were seated at 5:50, she said she would.
It took a while for her to come back with the drinks and by then we were ready to place or food order. We ordered food and waited a long time to be fed. The food that did come was tasty and well prepared.
The server seems to have disappeared but I made a point of finding her and telling her it was my wife's birthday, that we would be ordering dessert and I would appreciate a candle on my wife's desert.
We ordered desert and waited, and waited and waited. Never did see our server again. After 25 minutes of waiting for dessert, I flagged down another server and told her we were tired of waiting, we would like our check.
She obliged and came with a check 5 minutes later and as a gesture, the desert in a to-go box.
I paid the check, ignoring that the happy hour prices for drinks were not honored. As we were leaving, our original server reappeared and mumbled some kind of an apology.
When we got home, we opened the to-go dessert only to find it was the wrong order. Kind of summed things up.
Very good food, excellent service! Wonderful place for anniversary!
Great service and great food, wait staff was very attentive.
Always a good, not heavy (by choice) and more relaxed environment to take clients.
There were several large groups in the main dining room when we were seated, but the night shift manager assisted our server in making sure we were being taken care of. I really appreciated that. The food was excellent, and even though we were seated near these large groups, it wasn't noisy. We will definitely go again!
Good place, good meal, fun atmosphere
Good for lunch not crowded
Server was very patient because we were just talking and enjoying our time. She was very attentive and accommodating !
We had a great night...food and service was spot on.
It was a terrible night for the restruant. We received some of the worst food imaginable. Their head chef was let go and consequently everything was a disaster. We didn't even eat our food. The gm came to our table and explained what was going on and did not charge us for anything at all and I was highly impressed of his handling of it all. He has offered us to give them another go but I would say steer clear of this place for a few months until they get things back in order. Honestly it was so bad they should not have even been open.
I always enjoy dining at Earl's, because their menu and food have never disappointed me. My favorite is the Cajun chicken breast with warm potato salad and coleslaw. I will going back again soon.
Special new food on specials menu sirloin with coconut shrimp and they are out of sirloin than bring out coconut shrimp with only a hot sauce for it??? Some of the food still was good on the menu just felt like they didn’t care specially when you’re promoting a dish and don’t have any of for part of it
This is one of our favorite spots. The menu is always changing !
Valentines Day. Our server Jeremiah was terrific!
Valentine’s lunch with my Bestie!
Took the wife here as we’ve never been...it was good. Nothing spectacular but a decent valued meal with good ambiance.
Really wish they had better dessert options.
Went for an early dinner to celebrate our anniversary. Didn’t really want to have dinner at the bar, but was told that was the only seating. (330 pm). Then before we even finished dinner, waitress was getting off so we were hurried to close out our ticket so she could leave. Didn’t offer dessert, acknowledge our celebration, or anything. Ok for a place for overpriced drinks with friends, beyond that, not sure I would return.
The restaurant had a bad smell coming from the restroom. Service was slow. Food was great!
First we were seated at the back of the restaurant. Immediately we smelled a foul smell. After a moment we smelled a floral smell. It kept coming and going. We asked the waitress what that was and she said they had sealed the toilets and that they were trying to hide the smell by spraying something to cover it up regularly. We asked to have our table moved. We got moved halfway back in the restaurant on the side where we could see the fireplace. We we still smelled it a couple of times but not often. We ordered and the food was excellent. We were told that the manager was going to comp our wine. At the end of the meal another manager came over and wanted to know who said we were getting our wine comped because nobody could find out who and that wasn't normally something they would do. He asked if we have our hearts set on getting the wine comped. I said yes. It was comped on our bill, but we didn't feel too good about the whole experience. We also told the manager that we had been seated back there in the corner and he stated that he told the hostesses not to seed anybody back there...
The minute we sat down, there was an overwhelming smell of methane permeating the entire restaurant. We asked our hostess and server who said they were cleaning some sort of drain, and then they proceeded to spray air freshener all around the restaurant, which wasn't entirely appetizing. Throughout our lunch, the smell kept getting worse and the air freshener kept coming out. Wasn't an entirely great experience. Seems that you could clean the drain another time.
Food was excellent, but service was very bad. The waitress was extremely inattentive—-brought no bread plates or knife for the bread, forgot to bring the salad dressing for entree salad (had to wait until my business companion was almost finished with her meal before I got the dressing and could begin eating), and did not check back in filling drinks. Very disappointing.
Probably one of my worst dinning experiences. We went out for my husbands birthday with a party of seven. We began with adult beverages and 4 orders of appetizers. Even though orders were put in once the appetizers came, an hour later our food still had not arrived. We had to ask a few times when it our food would be ready. When we finally get our food, half of the dishes are cold. After asking the waitress to fix the situation quickly, because we also have our two year old with us and bedtime is fast approaching, we are told the kitchen is slammed and it would take an extended period of time to get our meals again. Finally, my husband spoke to the manager, who comped us with a 200$ gift card. When the bill came it still totaled around 120, so my husband asked to use the gift card to take care of the meal. Not that we will be going back anytime soon, but do you think we saw the remainder of the gift card before we left? Or the manager? Ever? Nope. We did manage to get a fresh order of fries for the kiddo... because that’s a reasonable meal for anyone!?! So after spending almost two hours at the restaurant, we filled our bellies with a few appetizers and a handful of fries. Majorly disappointed since we’ve used this location for all sorts of family functions.
Our drinks took forever to come to the table from the bar, which were eventually taken care of by the restaurant. The tables were sticky and dirty when we sat down and there was food all over the floor. Food was quick to come out of the kitchen and was good.
