Have been there three times. Ordered steak twice. Both times the steak was over cooked and served cold. Are they making the steak ahead of time and bringing it when ordered? How else could the steak be cold? The meat tasted OK the first time, but was bad the second time. Another thing: They provide large portions, but the food is not at all elegantly presented. The plate looks disheveled.

This restaurant does not offer fine dining, it is an average diner.

Good food, service, and ambiance for a dinner out on a special occasion. Our special request for a chosen seating location made with our Open Table reservation was happily accommodated.

My kids and I enjoyed everything except the pork belly and grits. The 2 lobster apps were especially noteworthy. Even the little ones cleared their plates. Filet was perfect. Fried chicken was delicious and a huge portion. Took some of that home and had waffles and fried chicken for breakfast!

We just had our anniversary dinner here on a Tuesday night. A couple of parties were being seated before us, so I was wondering if they also had reservations and worried that the room with booths would be filling up. Happily, we were soon seated in the last available window booth - the same one we had in the summer! Our server Sal was very prompt in greeting us but never rushed us through our time there. First we ordered drinks, then appetizers - clams and shrimp cocktail. After that we put in our order for dinners - the largest lump crab cake, pan roasted and accompanied by haricot vert and mashed potato and a filet of grilled striped bass on a bed of crab and farro risotto. Both were absolutely delicious! Our shared dessert was an apple cobbler with vanilla ice cream and was the only speck of the evening that wasn't absolutely up to par but was still good. (It wasn't crunchy on top and needed some cinnamon.)
We also enjoyed a table-side visit from the manager on duty who seemed to be very sincere in checking in on our status that evening.

Earl's is a lovely upscale restaurant with fine dining and very creative specialty drinks. Delightful ambiance and many options for seating (variety of booths and tables to choose from). The caliber of food and service were excellent. Highly recommended for a special occasion or just for fun. Plentiful parking and easy walk to restaurant. Because Earl's is a popular destination be sure to make a reservation.

Came here for my 30th birthday. We had a really nice booth all the way in the back of the restaurant and I got to look at the Christmas lights which was a plus. Downside was that there was a REALLY loud and talkative group of women next to us, so it made intimate conversation difficult.

the bread here is PHENOMINAL! We got two rounds, which really did us in with our meals. My boyfriend got a sausage soup, and we shared the calamari for an appetizer. It was lightly fried, but quite salty.

I got the salmon with sweet potato hash for dinner - divine! Just wish that I hadn't eaten so much bread. The salmon had a nice crunch to it. My BF got the prime rib - it was HUGE and he really enjoyed it.

One of my top 5 fave places to eat. Service is always outstanding, and the menu is changed regularly. We had 3 different fish dishes at my table, and each one was different and delicious.

It was my first time at Earl's and I hope to go again for the delicious crab bisque. My friend thought her meal was excellent, too. Hostess was friendly. Waiter, Nico, was pleasant and helpful. Also, it was easy to make a reservation.

I have been to this restaurant several times and it is always good. My only complaint is when I tried to make reservations they told me they only had 830 pm. When I arrived the restaurant was totally deserted and I was fairly sure I could have easily gotten it at least an hour earlier

This restaurant used to be a lot better. Our party of four share dan appetizer of the calamari. It was very good, but the portion size was definitely smaller than we had at past visits. This restaurant is a bit over priced, but that is expected considering the location. What was not acceptable was my meal of seared scallops. There were only 4 scallops, and only one was a proper size. One of them was about the size of a quarter, and only about twice as thick. It looked like they cut a scallop in half to make the dish. Normally I would have sent it back, but I didn't want to disrupt our outing. With so many other restaurant choices nearby, I will avoid Earls in the future.

What a delightful dinner. Everything was perfect, from the oysters ( 36 for our table of four! Many thanks to the shuckers! ) to the striped bass and the salmon and the ribeye.
Great service, excellent drinks, lovely to see the Manager Terry.

This is my second visit to Earl's. I love the modern farm decor with handcrafted wood. I had the pleasure of Aaron as our server. His attention ( giving us enough time to settle and view the menu with allowable time between courses), recommendations and pleasant attitude is one of reasons I returned. We started with Hot toddies, and a bar creation called winter white that was as much a pleasure to look at as well as drink. The food was perfectly cooked. I had a wonderful fried chicken that was crisp on the outside and juicy and tender on the inside! Perfect comfort food on a cold day. My companions ordered the salmon pastrami which was raved about, and the sliders that did not disappoint! Dessert rounded us out with wonderful white chocolate mousse, and a signature dessert of warm miniature doughnuts with dipping sauces. I will certainly be returned to Earl's.

We had a very nice dinner at Earl’s. When I asked for a quiet table, the hostess said “there are no quiet tables here”. She said it with good humor, and did find us a very nice table at the opposite end of the restaurant from the bar. But it is a lively sounding place, so keep that in mind.

The starters and entrees were all very well done. Service was almost excellent. The only flaw was in the wait staff removing two of the empty starter plates when the others in my party had not finished theirs. A classic and unacceptable mistake in wait service. Plates should not be cleared until all the diners are finished. The same thing was going to happen during the entrees, until I said we’ll wait until we were all done before the table was cleared.

Apart from that I’d say Earl’s is a nice place in Lahaska. The food is well prepared. It is a little pricey compared to the surrounding restaurants, but it should be on anyone’s list if they’d like to try something that’s also a little different from the surrounding restaurants.

Evening dinner after holiday shopping at Pedlar’s Village. Earle’s has a nice bar and the refurbished restaurant has a very pleasant ambience that we like. On this occasion however, our choices left something to be desired. The chefs interpretation of steak frites was a a large hunk of meat - a steak with little flavor or marbling, served up with huge potato wedges! A distant cry from the classic steak and fries found in French brasseries. The cashew prawn offered something a little different but was over salted and under spiced.
On previous visits we’ve enjoyed the place so perhaps this was just an off night.

Made reservation for two and arrived approximately 20 minutes early. We were told we would have to wait until our scheduled time. At the scheduled time we approached the hostess and were told a few more minutes. Immediately after, another couple walked in without a reservation were immediately seated. We were seated about five minutes after and half of the tables were empty. The service once we were seated was also a bit slow. Food was great though and really enjoyed the ambiance inside and outside restaurant.

Had the stripped sea bass for dinner. It looked and tasted like cardboard. It was remade for me and it wasn't much better. My meal and my wifes meal was removed from the bill. The most disturbing part of the night came when I returned home and received an e mail from open table that the restrauant had cancelled my reservation{ Maybe so I couldn't leave this review}
Opentable corrected the mistake of the cancallation so I could leave the review.

After a few glitches at the start, thanks to Steve the general manager, it turned into a most memorable evening. Service was excellent, food was prepared perfectly. The only problem are the tables. Reclaimed wood with high and low spots not conducive for setting glasses of drinks. Need to go back to white linen table settings on smooth tables. Cowboy Ribeye was special.

The best steak ever! I like my steak medium well, which a lot of places frown upon, but they did it perfectly. It wasn’t dry, wasn’t bloody it was just right and delicious. Even my husband who like his steak medium rare had to admit it was delicious. And Sal, the server was great, very informative. Highly recommend

I had been to Earls several times prior to the fire and closing of the restaurant. This was my first time in the new Earls. I found the menu limited as compared to the choices on the original menu. The entree was very salty , I ate the shrimp but couldn’t eat the Lomein. My husbands steak was fine. We had heard from family and friends that it was not as good but it has a nicer ambiance than the other restaurants in peddlers village so we were looking forward to it. Out dessert was the chocolate cake , good but not fresh , could be because the holiday was the day before. All and all, it was unfortunately not as good. Sorry to say.

Took my family to Earl’s after visiting Peddler’s Village. First time there since they reopened. Server came over right away to greet us. We all had salads that were just fine. But the dinners were 2 good 2 bad. My wife and daughter ordered the filet mignon. One medium, one medium well. The first came out rare and the second was well done. They tried to recook the rare one but it still came back medium rare at best. At that point my daughter just ate some of it. The other two dinners were good. Crab cake and a pasta dish. Also, our server forgot to bring the glass of wine my son ordered. It wasn’t a very busy time that there should have been a subpar experience.
