All our food was very good, started with Shrimp cocktail and short rib appetizer, disappointed because they were out of the lobster dumplings, I had the ribeye which was excellent, wife had the filet which was super tender. Our waitress was very good she was working a lot of tables and very busy which made our service very slow but we understood as it seemed like everywhere else they are short handed. We will for sure be back
Double date. The crab soup was exceptional
Cocktails were very good but the sangria was watered down.
Service was a bit absent , but we’re low maintenance.
Always excellent food and service. Our place for special occasions.
Good was great, they were very accommodating to us coming early and a good request. We come from afar Just to go to Earl's!
Although I wasn’t aware the ambiance was not the same as Earls Steakhouse which was mildly disappointing, the service and food were outstanding.
The staff were very accommodating and didn’t rush us, which is always nice when meeting with friends. The food was delicious and the menu diversified, something for everyone. Nice specials also.
I went to Earl's to have another Lavender Lemonade. They were out of the lavender simple syrup, so I had the ginger pear drink instead. It was very good, although the lavender lemonade remains my favorite. My companion enjoyed the blueberry margarita. We had the calamari appetizer, and the lobster dumplings. Both were outstanding. For the entrees, we enjoyed the ceasar salad and the beet salad. Both salads were made with fresh ingredients. Despite being very busy, the wait staff was attentive and quick.
Glad to have Earl's back. Food was very good and staff was very friendly and attentive even though they are going through the same shortages as everyone else. They have indoor and outdoor dining areas and both are very nice. Prefer indoor in the heat, but that is a personal choice. Menu has the return of their regular lunch items with special items for this time of year (blueberries) highlighted. Enjoy.
Earls is a great restaurant but we noticed inconsistencies in the same meal we had 3 weeks prior (short ribs). For $32 the meat should be consistent on each plate and I feel the “potatoes and butternut squash” should have more substance to them. It was pretty much just meat in a sauce. Tastes great but needs more of a starch and veggie balance. However, The she-crab was AMAZING along with the salads. Highly recommend those. Only other complaint was that we all had $11 glasses of red wine and they were very inconsistent. Mine was about 3 sips where everyone else had okay pours. It definitely could be improved to be more in line with other restaurants but overall a decent experience.
Celebrating our anniversary, everything was very nice and they brought out a muffin with a candle for dessert—in honor of our anniversary. Wait staff was sweet, hostess who seated us was distracted even though we were one of only 4 parties in the restaurant. My wife loved her meal which was scallops, with a beet and arugula salad to start. My meal left something to be desired—the shrimp were very small and the grits were surrounded by some kind of sweet and sour sauce which was not so good.
Atmosphere was nice and place was very clean. Would go back, but order differently.
Food was good and so was the service even though there seemed to only one server on our side of the restaurant.
Lovely lunch! Enjoyed the specials and service!
Delicious but service was slow in the beginning. Took one hour to get our salads but then it was smooth delivery. Food delicious and interesting. Waiter was great.
Food & Service were superb! Side note: Tables were a bit sticky & could use some refinishing.
Delicious food, a bit noisy and expensive for ambiance
This restaurant was amazing. Loves the vibe there. Staff was so friendly and amazing from the greeter to the waitress. The food didn’t take long at all and it was so delicious. Definitely going back soon.
The cleanliness wasn't up to CDC standards crumbs on the floor seem like they just wiped the tables down and not spray them.
Great food and great service! Definitely going back next time I’m in the area.
Menu was limited this visit, items were missing that I planned to order. We waited quite a long time for dessert but the other service was fairly good. The cost was a bit over the top. My g’son’s steak was fatty & grisly (NY strip)
Good food options. Very enjoyable.
Absolutely , great service , good food and nice seating . Prices are fair for the quality of the service and food .
Earl's honored my reservation time and was seated immediately. Server was polite, helpful and provided great service. He checked often on me and made sure I was comfortable. Food was fantastic. I don't normally eat fried foods, but the chicken thigh slider was absolutely delicious. The fried tomatoes and burrata was light and delicious as well. The ambience was relatively quiet for small children being present and the decor is attractive and conducive to either fine or casual dining. A great place to eat. I've been to Earl's several times and never had a bad meal. I recommend Earl's to anyone visiting the New Hope/Peddlers Village area.
Amazing food. Amazing drinks. Amazing service.
Outstanding dinner at Earls yesterday… ordered the pan seared scallops over quinoa and creamy corn base with fresh mushrooms and bacon bits… what a terrific combination.. hubby had the short ribs and raved about his entree… delicious clams casino for an appetizer, warm , crusty bread… a shared cheesecake dessert… delicious Pear Tree cocktail.. highly recommended
Beautiful place. Quiet and comfortable. Great service! Food was good. Great appetizers and salads. Steaks were cooked well and juicy!
Our waitstaff was very attentive personable and knowledgeable
The food was fab!
Food was delicious. Scallops and short ribs were excellent.. Service was perfect. Restaurant decor is modern, however the pendant lights over the booths were charming with crystal baubles. The restaurant was filled (on a Monday too). The bar looked like a happening place.
Food here is always great, and service is friendly. Wish the bar area was bigger, but overall one of our favorites.
I'm not one to write reviews but had to for this place. The food was amazing! My husband and I decided to go for our wedding anniversary. We started with the Lobster Dumplings which were delicious. I had the 5-Hour Braised Short Ribs and all I can say is WOW! They were the best short ribs I've ever had. The flavor was amazing and the butternut squash puree was the perfect accompaniment. My husband had the Steak Frites. He said it was good but liked mine better. For dessert we had the Vanilla Creme Brulee which was also good, just wish it had more. Our waitress was amazing as well, she made great suggestions. The ambiance was nice too, not too loud. I like how they were still socially distancing the tables inside. I will definitely come back!
Lunch on the terrace was excellent. Food was delicious and service perfect.
Earl's never dissapoints and is my favorite restaurant in Peddler's Village. I had a nice quiet dinner with my husband recently and enjoyed the Filet Mignon with truffle mashed potatoes and a seafood chowder. I ended the meal with a delicious cappucino for dessert.
Everything was delicious and it is every time we go. My only suggestion to the restaurant would be to get oyster crackers on hand to serve with the chowder and always ask if guests want another coffee before bringing the check.
We ate outside on the patio, which was lovely. Our waitress was excellent and the food was delicious! I go to Earl's often and highly recommend it to anyone who would like a special lunch or dinner. My husband and I went for dinner and they were very accommodating regarding his shellfish allergy, even to the point of making him a special dish. Earl's is definitely a five-star on my list.
Have dined there before and it was fantastic but was disappointed in the burger on this visit. Too well done, greasy and the topping was dripping in grease. I was a bit surprised but will try something else on my next visit.
Always a great dining experience. We had arrived too early for dinner menu but were encouraged to have a cocktail and wait it out. It was Father's day and I thought that was most generous since they were very busy. Food was excellent!
Excellent service and delicious food. Portions were generous and reasonably priced
Great service and good food at reasonable prices. Worth the drive.
I went with a friend to celebrate her birthday. I found the hostess aloof, mainly because she said good night to my friend but didn’t respond when I said it to her. The rest of the staff was very friendly and the food is excellent.
There was a mix up with my confirmed reservation that was resolved after a few minutes.
Enjoyed it so much, we went two nights in a row while visiting Peddlers Village. Food was great especially the filet mignon. Service was very good. The bartenders were all top notch. The manager was especially helpful and friendly. We will go back when in the area.
