   Unfortunately our meal was cold when delivered. 3 of the 8 entrees were served and then 2 more 13 minutes later. The last 3 were delivered 6 minutes after that. The original 3 entrees were cold. I mean cold. We spend $2300 total. Not an experience I would repeat.

   This restaurant would have got 5 stars throughout but we went there on 2 occasions and each time at least 1 of our meals were cold and had to be returned which was a shame as once we got the hot food it was gorgeous.

   Enjoyed crispy shrimp sushi and Mother earth salad. Got Cajan rub but found it was applied with a heavy hand. I should have ordered oven roasted. Otherwise good experience

   It was MOther's Day in the afternoon, the service was very slow. It took a long time to get drinks and apps. Some of our main meals were cold---french fries were cold, pizza was cold which means it was sitting out a long while. For the prices, I would expect that we would not wait 15-20 for each drink order, or that the food would not be cold. Seems the kitchen, wait staff, and bar were all under resourced.

   Poor service but mostly the kitchen sent out food that was inedible. Our burgers were more comparable to hockey pucks, the pizza was similar to elementary school style (cold, tasteless & undercooked) and the price for these items were outrageous.

    The food was very good, and the server was attentive; food took a long time to be served though. To be fair we were a table of 12 and attending a conference in Denver, so the restaurant was busy. Pleasant atmosphere. I would come back the next time I am in Denver.

    I am disappointed, but to be fare, the staff made good. The first issue was a dry martini but a dirty martini was delivered. I would have sent it back but no one came to follow up. Then their signature dish, Lobster ravioli was delivered either the rav filling ice cold. The dinner was replaced. Dinner was good but with too many errors. I was alone so not a big deal and I enjoyed my dinner once replaced.

    Line to hostess took forever, seated at table with a view but blinds broken and wouldn’t open so we couldn’t see anything, server was nice but so busy unable to return frequently. We both had burgers which we thought would be quick since we needed to get to a show at Paramount. Both burgers charred to bits, not exaggerating, it was blackened and crunchy. I ordered a gluten free bun which again not exaggerating was hard as a rock I couldn’t even bite through the bottom bun and had to take it off. My Moscow mule tasted ok but the cup had a weird smell so I wasn’t able to finish the drink. Would have sent the whole thing back but again we had to get to a show so finished what I could and left quickly. Fries were good and my husband liked the peanut lime dressing on his side salad. Probably overall one of the worst meals I’ve had in years.

    I love this restaurant! The servers are friendly and professional. The food is great. It is somewhat expensive, so we tend to go there for special occasions not for just a weekend dinner. Every menu item we have had has been delicious!

    Went there for a birthday brunch and the staff wrote a birthday card and delivered a birthday desert with a candle. The food was delicious including value and quality, the service was great, and the drinks were very good. Would definitely go back!

    This restaurant should review their decision to use papers napkins considering their prices. Food was fine, Nothing outstanding. Service was fine, though, the poor waitress was covering the entire room alone. She still gave us the best service she could. Paper napkins, really!?!?

    Kaelan was the server for our Table. He made our guests very happy and comfortable. He made sure we needed for nothing. He had our bottomless mimosa's full, our Tea glasses full and our water glasses full. He genuinely cared about the guest at our table. We will certainly return for another visit at Earl's downtown. We have frequented Earl's at Park Meadows in Long Tree Co prior. This was the first time at Earl's downtown.

    I love sushi but am very particular about where I eat it. Think Izakaya and Sushi Den. Earl’s is not a full on sushi restaurant, but their sushi rolls are fabulous.

    I love going to Earl's for lunch, but the last two times they have gotten my order wrong. I specifically asked for the dressing on the side for my salads and both times they arrived with the dressing on. Frustrating.

    Our food came out twice cold and wasn’t very good. Our waitress and the manager were excellent. Their customer service was top notch. Their food was less than desirable. I wouldn't suggest this place for a meal but I’d follow our waitress and the manager wherever they went.

    Shrimp on the seafood platter were tough, chewy and tasted like they had been defrosted, cooked, frozen and then defrosted again and then served. Everything else was delicious. Our server was amazing.

    The food took forever to come out because the kitchen was backed up. And our server never came back to check on us. I noticed her cleaning tables so hopefully you were just under staffed. However for the price of the food and drinks, it was very disappointing. All of our food came out cold. We were late to a show or we would have stayed to complain.
