I would like say it was wonderful. My husband and I was celebrating our 18th anniversary and the eagles nest topped it with the delicious meal we had. Thank you Eagles Nest for your great service.
The Eagle’s Nest is our favorite restaurant! We love coming here to celebrate, and Mya is the best! The best Indy restaurant!
Food was awful
If you ever need a wonderful place for a night out, here is the perfect place! The city view is absolutely outstanding and the food is delicious!
Food and and Service was outstanding. The only thing my date would have preferred was a few more upscale wines on the list. :)
We drove 2 hours to stay at this hotel and eat at this restaurant to celebrate our daughter's birthday. Right away the staff made us feel unwelcome. We didn't ask for children's menus but the server informed us they don't have children's menus and that "fine dinning isn't for children". I would not call this food "fine dinning" as it was mediocre at best, but service was worse. At one point I spilled a glass of water (it was me not the kids) and the busser hurried over to refill the glass but didn't help with the spill. All I had was our napkins with which didn't full soak up the spill. I placed the soaked at the end of the table, where they sat for the entire meal. We were never given new napkins. Empty plates sat for a long time. They never refilled a wine glass-that is not fine dining. There are a lot of nice fine dinning options with in blocks of this restaurant, I suggest any of them but this one. I especially don't appreciate the on going comments about the kids. They were very well behaved and have dined in plenty of nicer places then this.
The view was great and I love their waitresses. They are kind and gentle.
A romantic setting with excellent service. Excellent wine last and cocktails. The prime rib is outstanding.
A great dinning experience.
Very professional service. They wished my girlfriend and I a happy Anniversary multiple times. Excellent food and view of Indianapolis. I would love to go again sometime.
This was a repeat visit; had not been here in several years. Happily surprised by the service (thank you Mya), the quality of the seafood, and the general low-key ambiance. Fare is on the pricey side, however, the view is first-class and a dinner here makes for a lasting memory.
Steak melts in your mouth. Everything just delicious. Very friendly and pleasant staff.
Always great to have dinner with the best view in Indy. Felt very safe with COVID precautions. Had excellent service and the meal was perfect beginning to end.
Our dining experience was impeccable. The service from the time we entered the hotel to finishing our last bite was professional yet warm. The well done steak was the juicy and full of flavor.
I look forward to returning!
My wife and I enjoy eating here in the fall. Although due to the pandemic, date of visit (Tuesday) and early reservation (6) the entire facility was eerily quiet, our experience was better than ever. The service is always good and did not disappoint this time. The real bonus was the food. I had the prime rib and lobster and my wife the filet and both were prepared perfectly and with excellent flavor. Better than we have experienced here. The only drawback for us was the limited wine list although the wine we chose was very good.
Overall, two forks up and we look forward to returning.
Ambiance is great and customer service is great but the food needs more work. Bland, nothing special
Great food. Great service. Romantic location. 10/10
The service was great! And the view was beautiful!
Romantic, elegant, cozy, Great place for an anniversary was able to see the sunset, the food was exceptional, proportions word desirable an flavorful
View was great. But I think that is all we were paying for at this restaurant. I've had much better prime rib at Texas Roadhouse. The state was good, we were treated well, I was disappointed with the food quality.
Wow! Awesome experience! 10/10 Would recommend to anyone.
Great place for Anniversary me and the wife had a Great time would definitely do it again.
My son and his girl friend had a wonderful meal on Sun 10/4. My son said the bacon appetizer was excellent and that his strip steak melted in his mouth. He said his gf filet was very good too. They enjoyed their experience and it made for a very memorable end to his girl friend’s birthday weekend.
The experience and ambience was great. Food was excellent and seasoned well. Drinks were top shelf.
The wife and I enjoyed a nice meal there! Will go back.
The soup and bread was good. Ordered a filet, medium rare, it came out medium well. It was chewy and not very flavorful. Spoke to the waitress and manager. They offered a free dessert. We did not order a dessert, just wanted to leave. We will not return.
This was definitely an amazing dinner date. I was blown away by the quality of service, quality of food, attention to detail, and the amazing view of the city. I'm very observant when it comes to taste of food and this place knows what they're doing. Having a small menu means that they are focusing on those dishes and it is obvious when you take a bite. The staff was very friendly and showed up at the right times, while being sure to give the guests room to talk and enjoy each other. I will definitely be back. This place made a lasting impression.
IT WAS JUST OK. I WASNT IMPRESSED AND THE FOOD WAS MEDICORE. I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED CAUSE THE HYPE OF THIS PLACE TO LIVE UP TO WHAT EVERYONE TALKS ABOUT IN INDY.
It was an awesome experience everything was great.
Amazing view, service, and food! A little bit of a wait for food.
Crab cakes and Mac and cheese are the best I’ve had. Pork chop tender I’d suggest bringing your own to go container cardboard ruins it all had gastric bypass so most of my meal ended up in the trash which is a shame would have enjoyed even leftover
Great food! Took an hour to receive our food but it was good.
Our family had a delightful time Sunday evening at the Eagles Nest. There was only one other table being served the entire time we were there. We enjoyed the food and the attention that we received from the staff.
For our first time visiting the experience was great. Im positive in the world of Covid we didn't get the full experience and comfort but it was still very enjoyable. Our server Renee was fabulous, friendly and attentive.
Service was terrible. Very slow and management did nothing to correct the issues.
I love this restaurant! Pleasant employees very clean and prompt! We arrived early for our reservation and were seated early!
Nice view - many roofs to look at. Menu is a little limited; but, good. Good service; but, at the end of our meal I looked at our ticket and we were charged for three meals we did not get. The waitress instantly took off the added meals; but, If I had not looked at the ticket I would have paid about $150.00 I didn't owe.
The view was amazing but, i was highly disappointed with the food. Not that the food was bad just most definitely not worth the cost. The truffle mac & cheese was the best part!
Angel our waitress was awesome as well as the food!
Absolutely enjoyed ourselves. Everything was amazing can’t wait to go back!
Renee did a fantastic job and really helped set the pace for our anniversary dinner! Food and drinks were also great!
