    There were 4 of us for our dinner reservations. Renee was our server. This is the 2nd time we have chosen The Eagle's Nest. We brought our daughter & her boyfriend for a nice night out with awesome views of Indianapolis. Have them experience of viewing Indianapolis from above. We had Mya last time. Renee is equally awesome!! Great customer service and intiviness. She really makes you feel welcomed. When we go back, I don't know who to pick! Lol Thank you Renee for making our night so enjoyable! You are very appreciated!! 🤗🤗🤗🤗

    It was an amazing experience for our first visit! Our waitress, Rene, made it so special for our one year wedding anniversary, and the manager Ruby came to visit our table, the sweetest lady! Can’t wait to go back!

    Celebrated my 20th birthday here! was a little late but the crew was understanding and amazing! Unfortunately we did sit behind a group of children that were extremely loud but after they left the night was amazing!

    The place is a special event kinda location like anniversaries, etc. where the view of the city and ambience really make the night feel special but for my personal experience the ancient grains that were part of what I ordered were super salty, almost inedible.

    Our waiter was awful! Didn't get drink order correct (daughter ordered lemonade, heard her say lemonade and he brought her sprite. I ordered tea, he asked if I wanted sweet or unsweet then he never brought it), didn't get a plate order correct (mother asked for grilled onions on her steak, he told her the kitchen was out of onions that's why her steak didn't have onions but then when she sent her steak back to have it cooked more - she ordered medium and she got her steak rarer than rare, when it came back it had onions on it. We were there for a special occasion. When you make the reservation they ask if it is for a special occasion, I said it was for a birthday, waiter asked if for a special occasion and i said birthday but then I had to ask and remind the waiter we were there for a birthday, can we order dessert? He treated us like we had never been to a fancy restaurant. I have been to plenty around the US and outside of the country. My money is just as good as anyone else's. I left a low tip - I should've left a lower one. I expected much better the rating of the restaurant and the prices. Clearly the only thing good about the restaurant was the hostess, the view, the refill water guy who were all awesome!!! Food and waiter aweful! Don't order the Almond Butter noodles - aweful and no flavor!

    Special, fantastic way to celebrate our anniversary. The ambiance is unmatched with its quiet, unique set up with its slow rotation and city backdrop. Food and service were just as wonderful. Thank you for a truly perfect evening!

    Very nice atmosphere and view over looking downtown Indy. The service was excellent. Our server Abby made our anniversary a very nice experience! It was topped off by the mgr, Ruby who stopped by to offer her congratulations and engaged in conversation!Great place to dine if you’re in downtown Indy!

    Atmosphere was quiet, peaceful. Our servers were excellent, assuring our needs were met. The food was excellent. I had the chicken breast, which was flavorful & moist all the way through. My husband had the prime rib which was tender enough to cut with a butter knife. Our daughters had filet mignon which was tender & flavorful. Thank you for making our daughter have a wonderful 18th birthday! We will be back.

    Our server delivered the wrong entree to our table. When advised of this she admitted she had inadvertently switched dishes and delivered my entree to another table. I presumed the incorrect item would be removed from our tab, however, when we received the check it was not. When I drew her attention to this, she said she would not remove it because I had already eaten some. I advised her that both were fish and I could not tell until I had tasted it but still she refused to remove the item from our bill. I asked to see her manager and she said she would asked but doubted her manager would speak with me. When I spoke to the manager, it was evident that the server had lied to her, telling her she had delivered what I had ordered and the manager resisted but ultimately agreed to remove the item when I advised her I would pursue the matter with Hyatt. In a half century of dining out at some of the finest restaurants in the U.S., France, Italy, Portugal, Mexico, Belize, Costa Rica and Panama, we have NEVER encountered such dishonesty. We LOVE Hyatt but we would never dine at this restaurant again if this waitress' behavior is indicative of the character of its employees. Check your meals and your tabs very carefully should you dine here.
