Only for desert my meal was almost $200 and my filet was dry
Birthday dinner it was awesome. Great food and service. Nice views of downtown Indy
Trace was our server and was excellent. Really made it a special occasion for us. You guys owe him an exotic sports car of his choice (he told me to say that) lol
Our server mya was great, so friendly and caring, they were always coming back to collect plates and prepare for the next course. The food was average, not worth the price. Feel like we paid for the ambiance which overall was great.
The best view in town. A great place for a romantic dinner. The food was perfect and the staff were friendly.
Everyone was amazing and attentive. All the staff were friendly and always made sure our needs were met. Our glasses were never empty. There was a sweet girl from India interning and was very kind and friendly! Our waitress was the best and she was attentive the whole evening. Thank you for a wonderful birthday celebration for my son! Good job to all the staff!!!! 😊😊😊
Entrees were generous in the serving, I was only familiar with one wine on the list, 14 hands was only offered by the bottle.
Maya treated us very well and gave us her recommendations and was on top of things. Thank you for making my girlfriend 21st birthday amazing .
My server Maya was very nice and friendly, thank you.
Fantastic! The view was incredible and my filet mignon was the best steak I’ve had in a long time!
This restaurant is very impressive. I love the unique design of the restaurant and the food was amazing. Our service was great and our waiter was very amiable and quick. I would recommend!!
The food was very good and the wait staff very attentive without being intrusive. We had a late evening meal on a cool, clear night and the view from the rotating restaurant was wonderful. When we go back to Indianapolis we will definitely eat there again.
Amazing view and even better food. The service was as good as it gets.
We celebrated our 45th anniversary and had a great time.
Great place to unwind and enjoy a fantastic meal.
My mother thoroughly enjoyed her birthday dinner. We were treated like royalty from the time we pulled in. The food was delious. Our server was excellent! We didn’t have to request anything - she brought everything right in time. Thank you so much for making Momma’s day special!
Perfect establishment for fine dining in Indianapolis!
Beautiful ambiance, perfect for an upscale date night. Only cons were lack of choices for desserts and chicken was dry/under seasoned.
Really disappointed to be seated on the 2nd level which has a worse view than the lower section of seating right next to the windows. My steak was overdone. I asked for water with no ice and got charged 5$ for a bottle of water when all I wanted was regular water just no ice. Our waitress was rude. Also there was a group so loud that my table couldn't even hold a conversation. VERY OVERRATED RESTAURANT.
Loud drunk lady was near us but she was funny to listen to. Food and service was amazing!
Our first experience was amazing! We had no wait time and were treated so sweetly. Every staff memeber was tremendous. Our waitress, Renee went above and beyond to make our experience wonderful. I would highly recommend this place for a perfect date night.
Great concept and atmosphere. However, very overpriced for decent at best food. I wouldn’t mind the prices if the food was top notch. Also, the rotating floor puts a unique/pleasant twist on your dinning experience because you get a 360 view of the city. Would recommend for the experience, but not for the food or service.
Had an excellent time.Food was great as well.Waitress was very nice and helpful. Was a great first experience.
Wonderful night! It was a great experience, food was amazing, and service! Thank you so much!
Great atmosphere. Food was amazing. Waiter was very knowledgeable.
Very nice waitress , great service and wonderful experience.
Overall the experience was great, but the wait time was hideous for the food, and the waiter was really great. The menu was extremely limited, not a lot of options. I had to create my own meal. Needless to say, the lobsters were great.
Sorry this did not live up to the hype! We came into town to celebrate our 16th wedding anniversary, to which I mentioned when I made the reservations. Our waitress never mentioned it. She barely even talked to us. Never even told us what or if their was a special nor did she ask if we had any questions about the menu, or what brought us in tonight...nothing other then have you decided . There was no salt in the salt shaker, you'd think they would check and fill those nightly. I finely had to go get one from another table myself. The food was not really anything to brag about. My chicken was dry and my husband who LOVES beef couldn't finish his prime rib because it was not great. Brussel sprouts were cold. I mean for what you are spending this meal should of been outstanding. The best of all was the fact that my husbands chair broke..the entire back of the chair laid flat out. And NOBODY offered to get him a new chair. Even after we pointed it out to our waitress. And yes my husband might be a little over wait but not breaking a chair over weigh!!... We are just average people, we really do try to find the best in things and I hate giving a bad review like this, but hopefully you'll see it and make the necessary changes. The only reason I even gave 2's on some of it was because I feel bad rating it a 1...Sorry
The view was great and the meal was delicious. Pretty much all you need to know.
Great service and great atmosphere
WAITRESS DOMINQUE WAS AWESOME. HAD A GREAT PERSONALITY AND ALSO SHARED FACTS ABOUT THE EAGLE NEST THAT WE DIDNT KNOW. SHOWED US A GREAT TIME WILL BE BACK AND ASKING FOR DOMINQUE. SHE WAS GREAT !!!!!!
We went for my son's 9th birthday because he wants to be a chef, and we figured he would love a fine dining experience. During our visit he was able to meet the chef and was allowed to help make an appetizer for our table. It was a great experience for him. They were anazing and it was a better experience than I could have imagined. Chef Dakota is an artist of his craft and the entire staff helped to make the night magical. Trace, our waiter had a personality made for his work. I couldnt have imagined a better person in that role. Thank you so much to everyone who was part of my son's evening. He will never forget it.
There's not a wide range of selection on the menu.
Should have had more options and more vegetarian options too. There was just one option for vegetarian entry.
I took a guest to the Eagle's Nest mainly for the view and for the novelty, as one of the very few remaining revolving restaurants in the USA. The ambiance was quietly pleasant, with well maintained decor and good linens and tableware. The meal was adequate but not outstanding. A crab cake aappetizer was excellent, but the seafood chowder was rather bland, with a pasty texture. Prime rib steaks were of good quality and nicely cooked but, at this price point, I expected real mashed potatoes not the thin textured paste with a chemical aftertaste that was served. The waitress was attentive without being obtrusive.
In summary, the Eagle's Nest is an expensive restaurant with the price mainly justified by the view. The ambiance was very pleasant and service was excellent, but the food was not outstanding. Prospective customers should be warned that the car park under the hotel is exorbitantly priced and the Eagle's Nest does not endorse tickets for a discount. I was charged $28 for around 3 hours. Unless money is no object, I recommend parking in one of the several nearby lots and walking to the hotel.
This place was great! Service was excellent! Food was delicious! & the view is breathtaking! I would recommend this place to anyone looking to celebrate a special occasion!
Food was fabulous and our waitress Christina was awesome. She was friendly, attentive. It was a wonderful treat!
Other than slower service at a non busy time everything else exceeded expeditions. View and meal were amazing.
Not to impressed with my crusted sea bass for the price. But the crusted prime rib my wife had was very good. Service was good and lighting was excellent.
Wonderful evening celebrating our twins 13th birthday, watching the city of Indianapolis go by. Our server, Dominique, made our special night perfect! She was wonderful, thank you, we’ll be back!
