Signature Herb-Crusted Prime Rib*
Garlic mashed potatoes, Brussels sprouts, housemade horseradish sauce, au jus
Garlic mashed potatoes, seasonal mushrooms, asparagus
Vanilla-pear butter, whipped sweet potato mousse, roasted cherries
I would recommend the New York Strip. I raise my own beef and this steak still beat it ( First time I've ever said that). My wife ordered it. I ordered the Prime Rib. The outside crust was FANTASTIC but the middle had minimal flavor. The brussel sprouts were outstanding as was the potatoes. The wild mushrooms left alot to be desired. Although I did take the mushrooms and middle of the prime rib home and reheated them in butter, garlic, pepper, and seasoning salt. Had this with some Extra sharp cheddar cheese for lunch and it was very good this way. The ever changing view out the window I sat by made the whole experience that much better.... The shrimp cocktail was subperb and even my wife liked the Hummus. The value is ok as long as the service is good and the atmosphere is pleasant. I would recommend trying the Eagles Nest at least once.
The dinner was very high quality, the service was outstanding. A very great place for a nice and relaxing meal. Highly likely to return
My sister birthday dinner
Great! Everything wonderful
The service was outstanding by our server Renee. She was on top of everything all night. Also, the food was delicious. I would recommend the Eagles Nest for a night out!
Really enjoyed the Filet. We've been to Indy so many times for decades. First time at the Eagle's Nest, and it's more than rotating restaurant. The people and food both soar.
Service was great the food was just ok expecting more out of the restaurant
My boyfriend and I absolutely LOVED the Eagle's Nest. The Food was outstanding and the service was fantastic!
Great restaurant with Excellent food and service.
The food was excellent and the service was great. The only weird thing was when we got coffee, the cup was not even 1/2 way full. They said it saved room for the cream - maybe they ran out of coffee? Other than that - everything was very good!
Ny girlfriend and I were quickly seated and waited on, the view is amazing, especially since you get to see all around Indianapolis. The food is amazing and I 100% recommend the Snickerdoodle cheesecake for dessert!
Our server, Angel, was fantastic! Great food and a wonderful atmosphere! Definitely recommend this place for special occasions such as a birthday or anniversary. This was our first visit and we will definitely be back!
We enjoyed our entire time there. It was great for a special occasion. The service and food was over the top. The view of the city was wonderful , but with some more planning we could have seen the entire sunset and evening lights. We definitely would recommend , and hope to visit again.
Arrived on time for our reservation. Was asked to leave and wait in the hotel lobby so that staff could finish cleaning the restaurant. This made us late for the reminder of our nights activities. Poor customer service.
Service was fair, food was excellent.
MY FRIEND WANTED SEA BASS FOR DINNER AND SAD TO SAY THEY DID NOT HAVE IT THAT NITE , WAS ON THE MENU BUT NOT THAT NITE , SETTLED FOR PRIME RIB WHICH WAS THERE SPECIAL
Absolutely phenomenal, 10/10 recommend. The food was excellent, the views were stunning. Everything about this restaurant is fantastic. I will definitely be heading back to this place!
We had great service and the view was really fun! Food was good but not amazing.
Was a bit disappointed in the prime rib, very bland and rubbery. The shrimp appetizer was great and so was the cheesecake dessert
Service was descent but we waited a while to get the check
Very good place for a date night, food was great !!
The Food was awesome👌....The wife and I Love the 360 view of the city... We're going back soon!!!!!!!
Everything was nice and I will be visiting again. Our waitress was very kind and pleasant. The views were amazing
Amazing dinner with wonderful service. The view of our city was beautiful at sunset.
Birthday / Valentine’s Day. Reduced menu for Valentine’s Day which I had no idea about, it forced you to pay for a 90$ meal each that Included a starter, salad, entree and dessert that two had to share. Might sound like a good deal at first but for a reduced menu where only about 1/4 of the options are available it forces your hand to either try some food you aren’t fond of, skip the meal or be dissatisfied with the food presented to you. Didn’t help that our steak came under done from the medium well that we asked for and was also more fat than actual meat. I feel like if you want to do a somewhat fancy / romantic dinner especially if you wanted steak you’d be better off at St. Elmo’s which isn’t too far from here and I’m pretty sure costs a little less. The Eagles Nest seemed more for business meetings where people aren’t really there to eat.
Incredibly over priced and limited Valentines menu. Will not return.
Great pleasant place to go! Food was delicious. Would recommend!
Service was awesome
Appetizers were weak
Salad was minimal
Steak was average, not much flavor, lots of fat.
Potatoes and asparagus were good
Dessert was OK
All portions were small, but the steak
Price was a joke
.....$90/each + 18% gratuity automatically added??!! I have had better steaks at Texas Roadhouse or Ponderosa. AND, for $180, we had to SHARE A DESSERT. Are you kidding me? I probably missed on your website that you were jacking up your prices for Valentine's Day with a special menu, but this was ridiculous. For these prices, I will go to Ruth's Chris or St. Elmo next year. I have never been disappointed nor robbed there. Doubtful we will ever return to your restaurant. You missed the mark.
We went for our 20th on Valentines Day. It was a limited menu but we Enjoyed absolutely everything!
Did not like the point that it was a undisclosed menu just for Valentine's Day with a set amount to pay and certain items only to choose from. When I made the reservation I should have been told to disregard the menu on the website, and would be very limited on my choices. Also that it was a set amount per person. I could have left but go where on Valentine's day with no reservations any place else on top of covet . The couple that came with my wife ,and I felt taken advantage of. Communication is key to everything!
The experience was delightful. Our server Angel was awesome. The structure itself needs a little tlc there were cracks in the ceiling and along the staircase but nothing too terrible.
Very beautiful and romantic I would recommend to a friend
The food was great; dress code is just casual or dressy. It’s a nice ambience and view of downtown Indianapolis.
The Eagle’s Nest is such a unique dining experience. I highly recommend it for commemorating special occasions or simply just for a meal quite out of the ordinary.
The atmosphere was romantic definitely a good date night the service was very good and very attentive. However the food was very pricey which would be ok if it was worth the price. Unfortunately for the price and taste of the food I would not return We had the filet and NY both didn’t have much flavor the mashed potatoes reminded me of the kind out of a box and the asparagus didn’t have any flavor. The Cesar salad absolutely not worth it It reminded me of something from Fazoli’s.
At what I consider to be a high-end restaurant when I see Sutter home White Zinfandel as a preferred interesting wine that concerns me. I didn’t very difficult time finding a decent wind order. The food temperature was tepid at best and the seasoning was just OK. As someone who travels a lot for work the best I could drink this is a typical hotel chef. The ambience and the service were excellent, But they really need to step up the wine offering and I suggest getting a chef with a pallet
Sweet Sixteen Birthday dinner. Very nice experience.
Waitress was excellent with service and with my playful husband she came back with Great clipsuch appreciated. Very Good I
The service was poor . We waited a long time for the waiter to come back to take our order then when she came back and we had questions about the menu she couldn’t answer and sat there at our table in silence . They brought someone else’s food to our table and we had to tell them we didn’t order that . They got the drinks wrong the second time around and the waiter was no where to be found . I had to ask for the check and a box two times before she could get it right and then never brought the bag like I asked for. She would continue to pass our table multiple times and not even bother to check on us. The steak my wife ordered was cooked all the way like she wanted it either. This dinner was for my wife’s Valentine’s and with the service we got it was ruined . I will not return to this restaurant. There are better restaurants in the area with better service then what we got here.
Had a wonderful time celebrating my sister’s birthday! Great service, delicious food and a wonderful view. Looking forward to coming back again to try the desserts!
Great views of the city, waitress made sure to check up often but not enough to be intrusive. Wife did ask for steak sauce she never received but said the NY strip was cooked and seasoned to where she didn't even need it.
