Server ended up being great, it was pretty busy and there were some issues with food. Many mussels were undercooked, but we still ate them bc sauce was good. Spinach salad wasn’t anything special for that price and quesadillas were truly snack size/tiny and they were cold. Also, the sashimi was very thin, not worth price either. There are better items on the menu.

We loved the ambience if E&O. The service was spot in, our Waitress was attentive but not overbearing. The food was very good and the portions were perfect. We will be going back and will definitely recommend E&O to friends.

The ambiance is great, nice open space and upscale feel, and it sits in Randhurst Village so its not a suburban strip mall environment. The service was also fine and very attentive. I had a few issues, however, that will prevent my return. First, while the appetizers were wonderful (and at happy hour prices), the main courses were not good -- in fact, they were terrible. The skirt steak (which came highly recommended) was impossible to chew and had so much fat in it, my dining mate spit out half of it in a napkin and it was not even chew-able, leaving a pile of unchewable fat on the plate. My hamburger had the opposite problem. The meat was so soft to the point where the texture of the burger was the same as the bun, just one giant soft spongy feel, not what one expects from a burger, like biting into a giant marsh-mellow. Then the bill came, and it was just overpriced and not reflective of the quality of the meal. They did not accept a $10 off coupon because "it was combined with happy hour specials". And the half off happy hour drink was not half off "because it was beer and not a mixed drink" (I missed that detail as the lighting there is so dark). I felt duped. Bottom line: nice place, but not a good value, and the appetizers were great but the main courses (both) were just terrible. It was empty on a Friday evening so not sure how much longer they will be around. Unsatisfying and overpriced.

I love the clean decor and art-like light fixtures. I had dinner with a friend I hadn't seen in a long time and while we enjoyed the staff and the food, the noise level made it difficult for us to hear each other across the table.

We have been to E & O several times in the past — the food is always good, especially the brussel sprout and kale salad and spicy chicken wings. Unfortunately, the service on this night was poor. The food took a very long time to come out and the timing of the entrees was all wrong. Perhaps the restaurant was short staffed that night.

This was my 3rd visit to E&O, and as usual, it did not disappoint. Tried 2 new dishes that I highly recommend — tuna taki and the Brussels sprout & kale appetizer. Delicious!

I was really expecting a menu with a variety of seafood choices....Earth & Ocean. My salmon lacked flavor, was dry and needed salt...which is not on the table. The restaurant was pretty empty, but yet they sat us right next to a very chatty table of four ladies. I had to get up to get flatware from another table because I didn't have any. I won't be back.

Everything, from the service to the drinks to the food was great. I highly suggest E&O remove the smoked mozzarella appetizer from the menu. These are basically glorified fried cheese sticks, only much, much larger. And bad.

I thought that the food at E&O was not good. The menu was difficult to understand, with only the plate's ingredients listed with / between them. The blend of flavors didn't work. The carrots were charred black, the Mahi Mahi was raw in the center, the pork cutlet was dry and the tomato jam on top of the pork cutlet just didn't go well. Neither did the spinach puree on the fish. The fries were good. I had the red velvet lava cake which wasn't even that tasty - I didn't eat it all! But it came with a dish of vanilla ice cream on the side and the ice cream was sitting in granola. Why? It was like getting two desserts. The granola didn't go well with the red velvet cake. Don't understand why the need for granola...
The Merlot was not very good, but the Malbec was ok. Everything was way overpriced, too.
Service was acceptable, but certainly not exceptional. Had to ask if there were any specials. There was only two and one was a sushi special.
I don't understand the hype of this restaurant. Wish I had gone somewhere else and I won't go back.

Met a friend for dinner and had a wonderful time. Stuck to the vegetarian small plates and a salad were very pleased! We had the brussel sprouts and kale (shrimp on the side), pea hummus, beet salad and disco fries (gravy isn't vegetarian) and it was all amazing! Friendly servers and a great social atmosphere, will definitely consider this restaurant for a larger gathering. And will return to try their many seafood options of course ;)

Been several times and actually keeps getting better. This visit had interesting sake (warm) and lively tequila cocktails. This visit tried the crab cake. Yes real chunks of crab like you want and tasted fresh too, but also had a creaminess which sets this apart. Definitely get again. I'll keep coming back!

We started with the signature appetizer (brussel sprouts and kale - love it!) and the cauliflower with cumin vinaigrette (will definitely order again). I had the flank steak with kimchi rice and would definitely order this again. The meal was just bursting with flavor. I was too busy enjoying my meal that I wasn't paying attention to the others in my group, but we all enjoyed out time at E+O. Our waiter, Adam, did a fantastic job with food recommendations. And did I mention about the bread pudding (2 thumbs up).

We came at an off time (2:30 in the afternoon) and the place was very quiet with only a few customers. Service was good, but the food was average. It was a family get together with Grandma Grandpa and some younger kids. The kids didn't care for much except the french fries (which were darn good!) And Grandma and Grandpa found the menu and selection confusing.

I personally thought thought it was ok. Some interesting takes on some classic dishes and also some really unique meals on the menu. I ordered a sandwich that I was a bit underwhelmed by. It wasn't bad, but it was nothing special either.

I would personally go again and give it another try at a more traditional dinning time, but not with kids or people who aren't a bit adventurous in trying things they aren't familiar with.
