Dyrons Low country
Joined by Executive Chef, Randall Baldwin, they opened Dyron’s Lowcountry Restaurant in Mountain Brook to share their love for the culinary offerings of the region. It’s a place for those who have been to revisit their memories and refresh their pallets and a place for those who have never been to get an authentic taste of the unique foods.
As always, Dyrons was excellent! The food and service were outstanding. Everything was thoroughly enjoyed by our party of 5 that ranged in age from 13 to 77. Thank you for a wonderful evening!
The food was fabulous but the service was terrible. I will have to say it was the worst service I have ever received at a restaurant.
Delicious food and we were able to have a conversation. Moderate noise level.
superb. Food is delicious, service is outstanding. All you do is catch your server's eye, and he or she is there! all tables full on a Wednesday at 7pm....still felt like a VIP
Our entire evening was spectacular. The food was delicious and the service superb. Everyone should try the grilled fish over grits with the green beans. And. The White chocolate bread pudding. It is my my favorite.
Everything was excellent!!
Consistently good service and great food. Not a place to rush thru a meal.
Food was delicious. They have the best burger I have ever eaten. The meals are expensive. This restaurant is a great place to take your friends for a special occasion.
Our snapper and steak were cooked to perfection. The waiter was very attentive.
We had never been to Dyrons before and we went to the Sunday brunch. I had the crab meat omelet and my wife had the cheeseburger and both were outstanding! The Blueberry/Peach Cobbler was soooo good! Tommy our server was fantastic! We are now planing to go back and try their dinner menu.
Great Brunch! Our first trip for Sunday Brunch with the family.
Excellent dinner and service. My husband and I will make this one of our regular restaurants to have our dinner dates.
First time eating at Dyron’s and I’ll be back. Tom was an excellent and personable waiter, the iron skillet red snapper was the best fish dish I have had in Bham, and the white chocolate bread pudding was great.
Dyron’s is one of my favorite dining locations! I recommend it!
Very good food. Was pretty noisy- had trouble hearing each other talk at times
Sautéed red snapper so over cooked it took a knife to cut it. I complained without satisfaction.
There were 6 of us for Sunday Brunch and we had 4 different entrees Cheeseburger, fried chicken, crab meat omelet and the Southern Breakfast. Everyone was thrilled with their choice. We also had crab claws and baked oysters for appetizers. Service was also very good. We will go back.
Friendly, timely service and great variety on the menu. Everyone in our party had something different and all were pleased
No Bloodys before noon on Sundays, what's up with that?
Appetizers, Entrees, Deserts & Service were All Outstanding !
Best restaurant in Alabama. Fabulous service fabulous food. My brother is a chef in another city and I haven't told him yet he's now in 2nd place.
My problem the night I had dinner there was the menu. You had too many of my favorites! It was a tough decision, but I was very happy with my grouper and succotash!
Great food and drinks!! Try the basil martini
We were 4 friends having a casual dinner. The food was all great, and the wine also good. Service is dependable and reliable. I do believe the entree prices have become pretty pricey, but for this caliber restaurant (and neighborhood) I guess it's expected. We will return.
Fresh twist on classic southern dishes with local ingredients
Dyron’s never disappoints. It’s our favorite neighborhood restaurant. My husband and I each enjoyed delicious fish dishes, followed by the scrumptious chocolate bread pudding!
Food and service was great. Only complaint was the timing of course servings. Salads came before finishing appetizers, ok. But main course was delivered soon after starting the salad. Made things feel a little rushed.
Maybe the best restaurant in Birmingham. Outstanding food and service.
Food was great, service was great, we will return!
NICE, Enjoyed. Guest from out of town liked oysters and fried chicken. I would have liked more vegetarian options. Nice to see them trying to use locally grown products. RRC
Overall great experience. Food was phenomenal and service was great.
Awesome local gem with local menu. The Summer succotash was perfect except for the okra (slight slime). Great wine, food and service - we go their often. Known for shrimp & grits and West Indies salad.
Family night out
Fathers Day. We will never come again on a special day. We love the menu, but they always seem understaffed on days like this.
Food was excellent. Service was a bit slow. Menu was pricey but not really overpriced for the quality.
Table was ready right on time. The service was fantastic and the food was on point. The menu has something for all and the ambience is really nice without being stuffy. What else could one want? I look fwd to making another reservation.
Dyrons never disappoints
Loved having Sunday brunch at Dyrons! Food and atmosphere were wonderful!
