Great Food 🥘👍 nice atmosphere 😊 Excellent Drink 🍹
Best sushi in Naples.
Awesome! Great food, great atmosphere, great service. My favorite sushi place, hands down.
The service and experience at the Ritz Carlton Beach Resort in Naples is always superior. We had an excellent server, Lisa. Love the food and drinks. All were delivered at the right pace. The chocolate cake was great too - a perfect birthday celebration!
The waiter was beyond terrible. We placed an order of 6 sushi rolls and a few appetizers. Told him to space it out. Since the table was so small. He placed the order for 2 rolls and then forgot the rest. We had to flag him down and he was completely unapologetic about it. Super slow on drinks too. Bad experience
Best sushi in the area. Wonderful atmosphere inside and outside on the terrace. And great place to watch your favorite sports team
Wonderful sushi, service and atmosphere. Always love the overall experience just wish it was a tad bit more affordable.
Quite unexpectedly Dusk has the best sushi in Naples by far. I'll keep coming back for more. The service is fabulous, and the table arrangements cut down on noise.
Best sushi ever
We have eaten there for years. Best sushi in Naples.
Super martinis, nice servers, and we love the nyc atmosphere
Delicious fresh sushi!
We loved the food and the staff is amazing! So happy we chose Dusk to celebrate our friends birthday!
Nice food and vibe but omg they MUST stop that awful, very loud music they start at 9pm. Desperately in need of a new playlist and volume control. It’s not Studio 54, folks.
Excellent date spot and the sushi is amazing! Definitely recommend.
Tyler was our server. He was very helpful and very attentive. He always made sure that our drinks were full and that we were enjoying our meal.
Great food, nice relaxed upbeat feel. We would go back
Freshest and most delicious sushi in town.
The best sushi I’ve had in Florida! Must try!
Food was delicious and our waiter Fernando was awesome!
Overpriced and not very good
Poor ambiance for a New year Day !
We have been seatted into the main corridor and closed to be forgotten despite we have booked our dinner a month in advance. Very disappointed !
Sushi was excellent. Portions were small but that is fine. Service was great and the cocktails were outstanding. It is expensive but this whole hotel is expensive so you walk in prepared to pay $$$$.
We were somewhat disappointed in the limited menu. If you don't particularly like raw fish-- and spicy stuff at that--you're in trouble here! Also there was almost NOTHING green (I mean vegetable-like) to eat.
Also $19 for a glass of wine is a bit steep!
Amazing experience at Dusk. The food was incredible. We were there for date night and it absolutely had a romantic feel. We had such a good time there.
pros: beautiful setting, greeted warmly throughout the hotel, the rainbow roll was very high quality fish
cons: everything else... at first romantic, then uncomfortable couch tables near thejust too loud bar, we didn’t get menus when seated and then only one, the sake menu neither listed flavor profiles nor sizing like my favorite restaurants with sake do...and the waitress couldn’t really advise, the dinner arrived with the appetizer still on the table, staff poured my soy without asking and left with it (he meant well but the other tables still had them) ... too much soy! had to literally go to the bar and chase down staff for a new bowl and a new soy pot ... there was too much soy in the first to fix it with wasabi and the sushi tried to drown itself... the waitress didn’t bother coming back until the check...the tempura was flavorless meh... I could go on... so after the shortest (45 min) dinner I’ve been to in as long as I can remember we went elsewhere for more food, drinks, and dessert. lame.
Exceptional service at bar and then seated. Yellowfin tuna great, but spicy salmon missed the mark and California rolls bland. Inconsistent portions and quality on a few appetizers we had. Still hungry after meal, ordered some sliders at the bar and they were overdone. No other choices as kitchen and sushi staff closed at 10 pm. Beautiful environment but below Ritz Carlton expectations we had.
Great evening! Just very expensive
Great sushi, great service and attentive service, relaxing ambience.
Overall we had a good experience. The food was excellent and prepared well. My issues were very weak wine list as a very poor Saki list. They may not have been totally ready to reopen after reconstruction. Also, the price! $300 for my wife and myself. Included 4 apps, 2 rolls, $60 bottle of white and small bottle of Saki. Yes, I realize it's the Ritz, but come on. Atmosphere was wonderful, but for $150 less I'll take Sushi Thai all day.
The food was really fresh and. Amazing the service was great this was our 6th time eating here and we will be back
Sushi was well made and the fish were very good. Service and cocktails were excellent. Very nice experience all around. TVs detract from the otherwise lovely/unique decor, which gave the place more of a bar than upscale lounge feel, but where we were seated they weren't always in view.
We have lived in Naples for 9 years and we love the Ritz. From the valets to the dessert they got it going on. Great food at Dusk if you like sushi and lite fare. Lamar served us a great wine we have never had before. The food was out of bounds. The service was excellent.
It was my wife's birthday. Dinner at around 8pm.
Disappointing because :
1) Received our main dishes before the appetisers..!
2) One main dish after the other: I had mine first and when I finished (or almost) she received hers... Finally the appetiser... We are used to 5 star hotels but this is below everything
3) Seven to eight male adults came at the bar. Despite their distance to one another, not over 1 meter, they shouted to one another (as if they were at 50 meters) during an hour. There was no music or other background noise and reason to speak that loud. They were the background noise. Someone should have told them about "savoir vivre". Our table was at 1 meter from them and we were furious. We changed for another one at 10 meters but no major improvement. Their voice and conversations made it a miserable experience to many other guests.
4) The dish made of 3 small hamburgers was not great: each contained bacon. The thickest piece of bacon I ever saw : 1/2 an inch. Disgusting.
All in all the menu is very very limited. We expected a professional 5 star Japanese restaurant and menu.
Sorry to say but we will not return
Everything wAs perfect. From ambience to service to food and drinks. Best experience ever! Billy our sever was really on point. Billy took such great care of us! Server really made our 2 year anniversary dinner never be forgotten. Manager on duty Matt Dinicola and Jennifer Piccone also came by the table and made us feel special. Dusk has great staff!
Food and service great, but for us, found it so dark we could barely see what we were eating! Dont miss the hamachi, especially the roll with jalapeno and cilantro. Wish they would open for lunch.
Very cozy, quiet, romantic. Some tables were set with cozy L shaped benches, and curtains for some privacy. Candlelit. Really liked the ambience more than anything.
Looking forward to come back!!! Stephanie (waitress) is simply amazing!!!
Very good sushi and service but felt rushed.
The sushi was very average. Not a lot of flavor. Selection small and usual. Prices very high as expected because it's the Ritz. I have no issue spending a lot of money on good food. This was not worth it. However, the ambiance was fabulous and the drinks were great.
Great atmosphere, service , and the sushi was great!!
