Horrible experience, expected more! Service was terrible, it was u comfortably cold limited menu & food quality was poor and not worth it at all plenty of other options in Naples wish we hadn’t wasted our time or money. I do not recommend!

The fish was fresh and delicious. While the menu isn't extensive, the quality is very good. Rolls are well prepared and excellent. Service is very good. Lion was our server and he was attentive, courteous, and friendly. Room is comfortable and well designed.

Dusk is the best Sushi restaurant I have eaten at in Naples. Chef Peter, Chef Boyd and Chef Mano go out of their way to accommodate special requests, as do the rest of the staff. They are always pleasant and very attentive!

I've been dining at Dusk for years and only wish I remembered to go and dine there more frequently! They are consistent in every single way. As an add on- it's an amazing place to watch the Super Bowl, especially for couples or groups of 4. Highly recommend!

The food is good, whereas the menu is woefully inadequate. Both the Beach Ritz and the Golf Ritz have recently remodeled and changed their restaurants. I live in Tiburon and love it! However the restaurant changes, the ambience, have all deteriorated in my opinion. They need to improve or they will lose quality clientele to the new construction downtown. I have never written a negative comment about the Ritz in the past twenty-five years, and it is very dismaying.

My husband and I had a lovely time dining at DUSK. It was a fun, inviting atmosphere; with all sorts of different types of seating! We enjoyed our cozy booth with low tables. Our waitress was wonderful and the sushi was delicious.

When I got there I told them I had celiacs and they said no problem. Well once I sat down and ordered a drink, they let me know all of their rice was made with gluten. So my options were edamame and extremely expensive sashimi. We asked if the chef could do a roll with no rice. Our server said she would ask and then disappeared for a hour while others brought us food. Finally she came back to check on us and we reminded her and she said just no. We won’t be back.

I have dined here multiple times. The sushi is the best available locally by far. There is none better! I have to complain though about the wine list. There is a very limited wine list on the restaurant menu. In the past, I have requested the broader extended wine list available at other points within the resort, and have always been accommodated. Despite 2 requests to our server, she indicated they no longer do that, and I was limited to the menu list. Not wanting to make a scene, i dropped the request. I am very surprised though, that this Ritz Carlton location is taking that position. Ritz generally prides itself as the gold standard of customer service. I live locally and dine all over Naples and generally most dining requests are handled expeditiously. This one was certainly an outlier. Go here for the sushi, you won’t regret it, just don’t expect a wide selection of wines, if that is something that interests you
