When I got there I told them I had celiacs and they said no problem. Well once I sat down and ordered a drink, they let me know all of their rice was made with gluten. So my options were edamame and extremely expensive sashimi. We asked if the chef could do a roll with no rice. Our server said she would ask and then disappeared for a hour while others brought us food. Finally she came back to check on us and we reminded her and she said just no. We won’t be back.

I have dined here multiple times. The sushi is the best available locally by far. There is none better! I have to complain though about the wine list. There is a very limited wine list on the restaurant menu. In the past, I have requested the broader extended wine list available at other points within the resort, and have always been accommodated. Despite 2 requests to our server, she indicated they no longer do that, and I was limited to the menu list. Not wanting to make a scene, i dropped the request. I am very surprised though, that this Ritz Carlton location is taking that position. Ritz generally prides itself as the gold standard of customer service. I live locally and dine all over Naples and generally most dining requests are handled expeditiously. This one was certainly an outlier. Go here for the sushi, you won’t regret it, just don’t expect a wide selection of wines, if that is something that interests you

So Im definitely very disappointed in this place at the Ritz. The inside is amazing, reminds me of Nobu! However, thats where they diverge. The menu is so weak, its no different than your off the shelf sushi parlor. 2 appetizers (yes, 2) edamame and miso soup. Then about 8 different rolls, and about 3 different sashimi, give or take. Thats it. Good, sure, but wont blow your socks off. Staff was naturally great, service good. 4 of us were done in 34 minutes. Felt like fast sushi food place back home but 3x the price. Cmon Ritz, you need to up the game there. I want an experience when Im there.

Drinks were terrible, we ordered a Moscow mule and a margarita and they both were done horribly. We had to return them and order beer instead. The sushi was warm and everything seemed cooked inside, then we ordered chicken skewers and only the outside layer was tasteful, the inside had no taste at all. Very bad food unfortunately, expected a lot more from Ritz.

I am usually a big fan of Dusk. My husband and I went there for our anniversary and a friends of ours dropped off a gift certificate for our anniversary that was supposed to be given to us while we were there. We were never given it and wouldn't have known unless our friend had mentioned it. Our friend had to call Dusk and supposedly it was credited to my credit card (I have yet to check) BUT the moment was lost on a lovely surprise. No apologies from Dusk.

Extremely good sushi, staff & service was wonderful. Probably the best valet service in Naples with Dave and the team. I guess the only negative is probably "hotel/resort" pricing is a little out there, however who isn't expecting that at a Ritz Carlton.

Sushi was very good and fresh. Not a huge selection but we tried almost every roll on the menu and they were all fantastic. Service was wonderful. Exactly what you would expect from a high end restaurant in the Ritz Hotel. The seating was interesting. Almost like being in a private section of a night club. Very elegant and classy. Not the most comfortable way to eat but this was a minor inconvenience. Overall a very good experience.
