Ate outside and the service was horrific, server came back to tell me that they had a nice sell me a blank that was still was not chilled and asked if I still wanted it? She then dropped off fried pickles and half of them made it on the table.

only thing i would say is that there was to much horse playing around the bar with some of the waitress,
And a guy throwing F Bombs .
We’re was the manager??
The other thing is that i made a reservation and when i got there they didn’t have me down!!

Other then that our waitress was very professional about here job ..and i would comeback great pizza 🍕!!!

Durbin's was better than expected. I have usually dropped by for bar-ish food and a beer but we were meeting friends and wanted to reserve a place last minute for a sit down dinner. The veal parm was the best I ever had. The only drawback was that there was a larger family party in the dining area and their kids were yelling and running amuck. The parents should have controlled their kids, but the waitstaff, hostess, or manager on duty should have also said something to them like, "we are glad that you are enjoying your get together, but please have your kids behave so that the rest of our patrons can also enjoy their night out too."

I have always liked the food at Durbins. That's never been a problem . The problem is having inexperienced servers. While dining there last week I was given a drink in a cracked glass, when I brought it to the servers attention she had no clue why that was a problem and actually asked me "if I wanted a new glass". I surely hope that glass was thrown away . I am a server myself and that glass would have never been taken to anyone's table!!

Food was good but seemed as though it was the server's first day....didn't have answers to our simple questions and had to keep going back and asking. Also advertised draft beer special but ran out of the beer we ordered. Service was fast which was good because we were on our way to a concert.

We had a terrible experience
The kitchen lost out ticket and we only received a portion of our order.
The place was a hot mess. Both the hostess and servers all seemed to be in a state of confusion.
We will never return.

This was a planned friend's dinner with 4 couples. Some of us have been to the one in Manteno, IL so we thought to try this one in Tinley. Upon arriving we were greeted immediately and sat down within minutes. Our waitress was down to earth and friendly. Our only complaint was that she didn't visit our table as often as she probably should've. We waved the nice bus boy over to us a couple times to get something we needed. Food was GREAT. From the appetizers, to the soup to the filet mignon I had.

Would go again in warmer weather to get a feel of the outside area. Looked neat.

Steaks over cooked. Broccoli literally all stems. Server did not offer second glass of wine or desert. We won't be back

Good was really good last time, but just fair this time. Good bar food is what I'd say. We both had steak sandwiches. The pizzas looked really good, although we haven't tried it. Our waiter was nice, but incredibly slow and inattentive.

We went to Durbin's for a pre-concert dinner Friday, and couldn't have been happier. We shared an order of the sweet chili wings and I had the ribeye steak sandwich on garlic bread. My dinner buddy had a salad, and stole some of the wings. All of the food was delicious and our server was attentive and fun. If I have occasion to go back to Tinley Park, Durbiin's will certainly be on my dining list!

The restaurant was fine. Can't comment much on food since we only had pizza. Would like to try other menu items in the future. Friendly staff. Love the make-your-own Bloody Mary bar. Seem to have good specials.
