   We never ate. Our party of 3 were seated at a table for 2 with no menus. I had to get up and get our own menus. Large private event was happening in the middle of the restaurant. Noise level was deafening. We had a reservation but the "host" asked us if we would mind sitting at the bar (no seats by the way) so he could seat a reservation that was earlier than ours. How incredibly rude. We were already seated at the table and looking at the menu. We left. Won't go back

   Had a 6:45 reservation for an indoor table, which they gave away even though we were early. Sat outside at a table with holes on the surface. This is important as they serve their pizza on mesh trays, so any liquid or oil in the pizza leaked through the table onto my pants. I contacted the restaurant after I left on Friday evening and heard nothing from them.

   What an amazing find 5 minutes from the Garden! We were able to get in 15 mins early and served right away! They were so friendly and accommodating! We were in and out in about an hour, enough time to make the show! Definitely recommend this restaurant the next time you’re in Boston for an event at the Garden!

    Awful service. We were seated promptly and although the restaurant was empty outside of 3 other tables and two servers available we were not served after 30 minutes of waiting and left without purchasing any thing or even placing an order.

    Second time in a month we were not able to eat here. Ordered, after waiting 45 minutes told there still was no ETA on food so we left. One time is understandable with current staffing but something needs to change or they need to stop offering dining in if the kitchen is going to be tied up with takeout orders all night leaving diners with no food. Have been going here for years and food was always good but it's been very disappointing recently.

    I recommend Ducali. My son and I both had the chicken sandwich which were very good. The place has a good beer selection. It is small but I liked the atmosphere. excellent service!

    They were only focusing on online orders. We sat there for almost 3 hours. They didn’t come to our table after the first round of drinks for another hour. We had to go up to the bar to ask for our server. Once they came over she wrote down the order and then never brought the drinks. We had to get up and ask again and she finally brought them over but it was incorrect. The bar tender was also hanging and chit chatting with friends- not behind the bar. Our pizza was Luke warm and not cooked all the way through. I’m disappointed as we were really looking forward to this place. We still tipped 20%. I know it’s hard to find workers but maybe turn your online ordering off while you take care of those that came in or only do online.

    Sat down for a reservation at 8pm. Took 15 minutes to receive water/napkins/etc. After putting in an order for 2 pizzas, our waitress told us the kitchen was little backed up after waiting for 30 minutes. No big deal right? Then another 15 minutes later our waitress came out and told us the kitchen refused to make our order. Never seen anything like this. And they still charged us for the two drinks and app we got. Asked to get the drinks taken off the bill for our our almost 2 hours of time, said manager would call us and have heard nothing. An underwhelming and disappointing experience- will be getting beer and pizza elsewhere in the north end next time.

    Stressful meal. 6:15 reservation, which should have been plenty of time to make a 7:30 Celtics game. Seated upon arrival, only to be ignored for the next 20 minutes while the server took the orders of three parties that arrived after us. When I pointed this out, the server said the hostess would be taking our order (without explanation why). Finally received our salad at 7:10 and the pizza shortly thereafter. Strange experience. Understaffed, for sure, but poor communication all around. Food was just okay.

    We selected Ducali because it was close to TD Garden. It was close and not crowded so we were able to have a nice dinner and get the our event in time. Pizza was delicious!

    Unfortunately the ran out of lobster near to make the lobster Aricini and I really wanted to try it. But we got the fried cheese option and fried calamari both were great. We then split a roasted eggplant, Zuccini and pepper panini and was delish. Came with a Caesar salad and was mixed in dressing perfect. Our beverages were homemade Red Sangria and it didn’t disappoint 👍. Looking forward to going to Ducali again hopefully they will have the Aricini. Great little casual spot.

    Well, we ate two salads and a pizza. Pear salad had hard pears with zero flavor. Soggy lettuce but somehow no flavor of a dressing of any kind. Very strange. Then the spinach salad with cranberry and goat cheese…. Thank gosh for the goat cheese. Warm salad is not my thing. The pizza was basically cardboard with tomato sauce. I should have known walking in with only one family on a Friday night…. But I wanted to give them a chance. This place needs work. Flavors were not there. Waiter had us, and I think that was it but managed to not ask about our meals or refill my soda. The soda was flat. Everyone who worked there was on their cellphone at one point or another while we were there. We should have gone somewhere else… anywhere else.

    The nachos were the bomb, more like soft thin crust pieces than chip. They were also fairly spicy. If you have a hot streak give them a shot.
