   I read a number of reviews of Dream Cuisine before making my reservation and all of my expectations were met. The food is superb and the service is excellent too. Not a place if you are in a rush but the upside is that everything is cooked to order, which is worth the wait.

   Our table was ready on arrival (this was Christmas Eve). The food was excellent. The lobster bisque soup was a wonderful surprise with chunks of lobster. I had the Surf and Turf. The filet was so tender and cooked to perfection. My friend has the scallops and they were tender and tasty. Another great thing, this is a BYOB. Enjoy

   This restaurant far exceeded my expectations. The food was excellent and the server was very attentive. We did the price fixe dinner, with four courses and enjoyed every one. We liked it so much that I am going back for Christmas eve dinner.

   Special Thanksgiving day menu included a filet mignon and wagyu oxtail. Two of us had this and enjoyed it immensely. Hors d' oevures included asparagus and smoked salmon in addition to prosciutto with mango and balsamic vinegar. They were good also. The onion soup was delicious.

   The only thing I don't like about this restaurant is its name. The food, service and overall experience is great. I'd recommend the escargot, mussels, rack of lamb and cheesecake breulle.

   We have been going to Dream Cuisine since it opened. Unfortunately, this may be our last. Service has always been on the slow side due to the dishes being cooked to order in a small kitchen. However this was unacceptable, it more than 3 hours for a table of four to have an appetizer and entree. The wait had nothing to do with dishes being cooked to order but rather a waiter who was inexperienced and unattentive. More disappointing is the owners wife who does NOTHING to help the staff. The food is great! Friday night is usually the night to go (after 8 to avoid crowds) as they have a wonderful guitar player, but if you go ask for Chris, he is the only good waiter.

   We had the chance to get to Dream Cuisine recently and were delighted once more by a fine meal served with great care. We've never been disappointed by a single dish at Dream Cuisine. The French Provencal food is outstanding and far exceeds many other options in South Jersey. Thank you DC, for being Different & Better!

   Delicious French Provençal food. Incomparable onion soup, mussels, potatoes Lyonaise and steak au poivre!

    We always have a fantastic dining experience when we dine at Dream Cuisine. The chef is phenomenal and the service is always good. The four course option is a great deal.
