Dos Caminos - Times Square
Book your next event with us
We arrived shortly after noon. Our server was very nice and trying his best, however, it took soooo long to get our order paced drinks to arrive and food to come. For a Saturday afternoon service was slow and apparently the bar was over loaded. Meanwhile, seemed every one was drinking water. Overall just an ok. Would not go back or recommend. Sorry
Great food selection and great atmosphere. Lots of great drink and tequila selections close to all the theaters.
We had a great pre-theater meal! Service and food were both outstanding. We asked for a window seat and were able to people watch everyone walking by in Times Square.
Energetic vibe, good music. Fish tacos were very bland
Worst location of all the Do’s Caminos that I have been to. Staff was OK but location was a windowless basement that smelled weird.
Our server was amazing, only complaint is how rowdy it gets for happy hour. A lot of people were beyond drunk and the bathrooms weren’t well kept. Food and drinks were phenomenal though.
My friend and I came in for dinner before a show. The staff was fantastic. The hostess was polite and friendly as well as professional. She got us the table we requested and Nate quickly greeted us with a smile. He was very easy to talk to and gave us great recommendations. The food was cooked nicely and came out quickly.
Over all the experience was great, thank you Nate. I’m sure I’ll be back. Thank you!
Service was great. Not enough salsa and chips for 4 people. Presentation of food was good, but the taste did not wow me. Didn’t see burritos on the menu so settled with enchiladas. Skimpy on the rice and beans that was shared.
Grrest spot to eat and drink before a show.
Brunch and lunch options on the weekend.
Me I has nice variety
It was an okay experience, the food was mediocre and priced a bit high for what it was. I enjoyed the ambiance the most but it was good for a meal between the Harry Potter plays, not too busy so we were able to have dinner in a short time frame.
Usually we have a great experience. This time however we were rushed out. Our reservation was at 5 and we sat right away and we ordered appetizers and then right after our entrees came out. It just felt like a very rushed experienced over all
Was FREEZING inside!!! Opening staff was not ready when restaurant opened. Long wait for beverages and food (with only a few table occupied). Food and coffee were served cold. Expected more from restaurant inside W hotel and owned by Landry’s.
Solid Mexican food. The wait staff were also very attentive. A lot less hectic and more intimate than i thought a time square location would be.
Children's steak was inedible. Our server was amazing!!!!
Great spot, great food....just a little noisy. :-)
Overall not bad, but the server was unenthusiastic about honoring the “unlimited” brunch drinks that we paid for. We got three rounds in two hours.
Food was superb. Service was excellent.
Very poor vegetarian options. No frozen drinks. No espresso. It felt likr everything we asked for was not available.
We left without eating after ordering and waiting for over an hour without any food - later to find out that something was wrong with the computer system and they could not estimate a time for food to come out. We had to ask repeatedly until finally a manager came. Server was pleasant and doing her best considering the circumstances.
Worst experience ever...waited 1.5hrs and didn’t receive food...ended up leaving hungry because we had a show to catch. Stay away, terrible customer service...would never recommend.
I used to love this place, food wasn’t tasty as it used to be, guacamole was tasteless, server was in another dimension when it came to taking the order. It was not a very pleasant experience. Definitely taking this dos caminos of my restaurants list.
Service was slow - food was cold and bland . Really disappointed , food tasted of nothing at all . The bill came we was then charged fir drinks we didn’t receive so check your bill .
We did not partake but the bottomless drinks were a hit at every table!
Food and service was good but the basement seating area had a bit of a funky NYC garbage smell. It detracted from the experience.
It was very bad experience as we are vegetarians & the dishes which we ordered on the suggestion of our table attendant was very bad & we couldn’t eat tht food at all.
We had to leave the place hungry & had to look for some other restaurants!!!
horrible food. under par service. very confused staff.
food was pathetic :( the rice was not cooked. the tortillas were raw.
Great food! Cool place!
The service was great...we were late getting there and they were very accommodating getting our food quickly so we could get to the theater on time. Food was delicious.
Food was fabulous and our server was the best!! Can’t wait to go back!!
This Restaurant has the best service out of any restaurant we went to in NYC. Food was also excellent.
Times Square location extremely busy and gives a commercial feeling. Downtown location is more of a personal experience. Good if you have few options in midtown but was still pricey for a mall- like eating experience.
We sat down stairs and the Heat was awful. Then we tried to take the elevator up to the first floor and the elevator was broken. The food itself was wonderful and we had a great waitress
Great spot. Handled my daughters food allergies with care and concern. Thank you!
We are still talking about the guacamole days later. It was fabulous. The fajitas were fresh, huge portion, and delicious. The wait staff was very friendly and accommodating. We will definitely go back when we are in NY.
Service was poor, we were sitting for at least 10-15 minutes before anyone came over to greet us or bring menus. The food was okay - I would not go back.
Great service, great atmosphere, but the food needs a lot of improvement.
Order was wrong and had to ask multiply times for refill on drinks
Horrible food, ambience and service
