I had a great time introducing my family to Dos Caminos! The service was great, and everyone LOVED their food!
We had a 2pm show and arrived at 12:50.. they were very accommodating in getting our orders and serving us quickly. Plus it was delicious! The guacamole is a must!
Service was extremely slow. Food was not hot and mediocre at best. Drinks were not good.
Third Avenue location much better.
Noisy & food no better than ok. There are better options.
Food was not good. Drink was too sour. Very disappointing!
We had a reservation for 4 people at 5pm. We arrived at 4:52pm and were told tersely by the hostess that our reservations weren’t until 5pm and she would seat us at 5pm. Ok...? The dining room was pretty empty so I’m not sure what different 8 minutes would make or why she felt the need to be so rude about it, but we chalked it up to policy and got over it.
At 5pm, we were seated downstairs in the dining room, which smelled strongly of sewage. Is that normal here?? Our waiter was very nice, but not very attentive. The food was great and prices were reasonable.
They were very accommodating when we added a few heads to our party last minute. A very large location and good if you have a show in Times Square. Food is good; its pricey, but to be expected for the area I guess.
Love the margaritas and guacamole. Always have a good meal and I get something different every time
The Asada tacos were horrible. The guacamole was ok. We asked for salt twice. It never came. We asked for a second drink and never received it. A true disappointment, especially for the price. We should have gone to Chipotle.
I didn’t enjoy it - food was average and not so fresh
Convenient to Broadway Shows , places of interest in Times Square & midtown.
On fortunately my 1st experience was not a good experience. My server was tasked with covering a significant amount of tables which made my dining experience seem rushed and an inconvenience to the restaurant. My server did his best, the manager covering that area was less than responsive when I highlighted my dissatisfaction with my drink and with feeling rushed. Fortunately, a second manager by the name of Ashley observed my discontent and came over and had a conversation with me regarding my concerns. She rectified my drink order and removed the other drinks from my bill. She also apologized for the disconnection of the previous manager. I'm grateful to Ashley (manager) and the efforts by Mohammed (server) to improve my experience. Unfortunately I chose not to order anything above an appetizer because I did not feel that my meal would be given the preparation time needed for it to be satisfactory to me.
The service here was extremely slow just after the lunch rush. There were not many people here and the server was not attentive. The food was okay quality and our entrees came out 2 minutes after the appetizer.
As always the back of house doesn’t disappoint! I come here regularly for the food! Thanks for a good meal!
Great Chips! Best Chicken Enchiladas ever! Plantains phenomenal! Highly recommend!
Great service. Great food. Will be back next week. My server Brian was great!
Nate is great! I’ve been to this location multiple times recently and had Nate as my server. He’s attentive and friendly. The bacon guacamole is fantastic!!! I highly recommend it.
Great brunch menu and excellent value. Decent service!
The food and drinks are always amazing as well as the service! I've never had a bad experience here :]
The staff was rude. When we arrived we were 30 min early so we went to the bar for a drink. We were told that we had to go to our table and close our tab before our drinks arrived. They stared at us until we moved. I understand if we were late but we were early. We felt rushed through the whole meal. Also the bathrooms are disgusting.
Very fun, upbeat vibe - very friendly - crowded! Happy I'd made a reservation and it was early enough to get a nice "quieter" table in a corner. The food was really superior for a place doing this kind of volume, so kudos to the chefs and staff!
Great food and service!
Holiday in new york
It was a very good dining experience. The food was fresh and hot and came very quickly. The trio of salsas are amazing (highly reccomended). The wait staff was very friendly and accomodating. There could be a bit more lighting in the dining room; but otherwise a fantastic place to eat.
Having a child with food allergies makes dining out hard. Dos Caminos made it easy and enjoyable. Plus the food was outstanding!
The food looked good but missed the mark and lacked flavor. We went for brunch. It was nice that a drink was included with your meal. Service was eh...I’m glad I didn’t order the “bottomless” because our waiter was either MIA or too busy.
One of our favorite brunch spots! The new menu items such as breakfast burrito and braised ribs are fantastic. The drink included with brunch is always perfect!
Family dinner prior to theatre
Our first time there. We like Mexican food and Dos Caminos had unique choices.
Restaurant week menu. Enjoyed different margaritas- blackberry and grilled grapefruit delicious! I had great tortilla soup and red chile duck and my friend had empanadas and short rib mole all fabulous. Desserts were ok - chocolate mousse and a carrot cheesecake. Good food
Everything was wonderful!
We had a really fun and enjoyable lunch! Mohammad was a good server who was attentive to our quick lunch. He was friendly, polite and able to read us very well. Thank you to the back of the house for a great meal.
We were a large group of 9 with two children included. This spot worked great for us for brunch as they had a large table ready for us in the back. Plenty of room, good food and drinks, and would recommend going to again.
Excellent brunch as always! Quick, friendly service. Spend the money to join the Landry's club; pays for itself in 2 visits! Try the delicious new breakfast burrito!
Excellent experience. The wait staff, food, and ambiance was on point.
The chorizo mac n cheese was to die for.
We dine at Dos Caminos every NYC Visit. It is one of our favorite restaurants. This trip, we picked the Times Square location and it was so disappointing. First, the service was awful. The waiter rarely came to our table and we even had to hunt him down in order to pay. It wasn’t busy at all, so there was no excuse. We were not served chips with our queso and when we finally got some they were stale and cold. We were seated right by the door when I specifically asked to be seated away from the door. The drinks were good. Overall, this Dos Caminos visit was super disappointing. We will avoid the TS location from now on.
The food was bad. The pork shank only had fat and bone. 2 pieces of actual meat and the ribs were overcooked and hard.
Great time, great food!
