Margueritas were very good as well as the guacamole. The two dinners were not very good. Mass produced food. Service was very slow which was ok because we were not in a rush. Waiter said bar was backed up but restaurant was virtually empty.

A nice ambiance, but the food was vastly overpriced ($75 for 2 mains, and a jug of something proporting to be Sangria). Would only recommend for the atmosphere, nothing else. Very disappointing experience on our visit from the UK - would have asked for a refund if my British Politness didn't exist!

Tacos were cold , sent them back and took an hour to come back. I cancelled them, and they still came out. Manager took off my drink and app. I prefer the Time Square location.

I visit Dos Caminos quite often and this was honesty the worst food I’ve ever had at this restaurant. The food was consistently cold. Our main course meats were either overcooked or undercooked. In addition, the surf and turf tacos tasted almost like styrofoam. Very disappointed because for the NYE dinner, they had balloons that constantly fell from the ceiling into our food. Terrible experience here

Very good food. Highly recommend the guacamole to start the meal. The service was attentive until we got our meal so left a little to be desired. The margaritas were very good. It’s a little pricey for everyday Mexican food but the portions were large. Overall a good experience.

The food was cold for my mum and my sister. I also had a raw salmon fillet served to me. When discussed with the manager he seemed helpful to begin with but then argued over the bill as my sister had “eaten some” of her freezing cold food (very little I might add). When my mum said her food was cold and that she thought it was pork instead of chicken he again had an aggressive attitude arguing that it was definitely chicken. Our waitress was fab but the managers attitude was despicable to say the least. Very disappointed as we left hungry having not been able to eat any of the food!

I have been here before, about two years ago and really enjoyed my food and the service. Was not so impressed with service or food this time. The server bought out the wrong food to one of our party of 4 which meant they waited and we were finished before them. A drink was added to the bill that wasn’t ours and generally overall the food wasn’t great. My food was a little cold. There are a lot better restaurants in NYC so wouldn’t go back again.

We have eaten several times at Dos Caminos. This was - by far - the worst. We have seen the quality of food decline over the last year or so, and the service was deplorable. We were in the middle of the restaurant but felt invisible. We were never asked for drink (alcohol) refills and our water glasses were empty. Food did not come out as expected and when we asked our server, he said "that's right - hope you like it" and walked off. Serious customer service training is needed.

Dinner with my brother and sister-in-law and our kids. The guacamole took over 30 minutes to arrive and out entrees took about 40 minutes after the guac came. The place wasn’t even busy. Service has gone completely down hill. Such a disappointment.

Swift friendly energetic Mexican - pumping music a plus & minus on a Saturday night. Clearly family friendly & guac starter is fabulous but could pump up the bill quickly or maybe urs just the Aussie dollar and 18% gratuity that makes it feel not quite great value. Still worth a visit!!

My family and I decided to try Dos Caminos after attending the Radio City Christmas Show. The evening started great with the service. The waiter was friendly and was able to take our orders right away. However, it went downhill after that. My dinner order was wrong. The server took it back to correct it but I did not see my dinner or the waiter until 15 -20 minutes later. By then, everyone in my party was done eating. The waiter did apologize but when we got the bill, we saw that he charged us twice for my dinner. He did deducted one dinner at the end of the bill. If I were the waiter, I would have deducted both for the messing up the dinner and bill.

This was our 4th time eating at Dos Caminos and definitely the worst. Our server was awful, I think it took 30 minutes to get Guacamole. My steak had quite a bit of gristle. Service was slow on everything.

Everything was to a T. Only suggestion is to turn off or better monitor the downstairs seating, that AC unit was on and it’s already cold outside.

I usually like to find nice things to say, but I have to admit it’s difficult to do when speaking about this experience. I’m quite sure this was the worst service I have ever had in NYC.

After waiting at our table for about 10 minutes, my date went back to the host stand to let them know that no server had come by yet. The hostess instructed my date to just “wait a minute” and then only asked her what our table number was. She decided that talking to the hostess would be fruitless effort, and she decided to sit down and try our luck at flagging down someone else.

We were able to get a manager’s attention, and I was confident the rocky start would be turned around. Unfortunately, I was wrong. The manager begrudgingly took our drink order with little concern for politeness.

Our server returned eventually to get our food order but barely said another word to us. We made our reservation at 8:15 thinking we’d have no problem making a 10:00 show at Rockefeller. There were several points when we considered leaving and trying our luck elsewhere, but when the appetizer finally came about 20 minutes after ordering it, we decided to stay.

I have to say the one good thing about this meal was the food. The front of house staff, however, would benefit from some additional training. We felt less than welcome after our interactions with the the downstairs staff from the hostess to the manager.

I do enjoy dining at BR Guest Restaurants, but I will not be returning to this one.

We went to a show at the York Theater at St. Peter's Church, east of Lexington. This location was convenient to that theater. It was a busy Friday night. The food was good (mole sauce especially), the room was pretty noisy but not TOO noisy. Service was VERY good.
