$300 dinner. Rude waiter. Why? No thanks. Will go somewhere else.
Food was delicious. Drinks were great. We sat outside in the courtyard. If you don’t mind a little NYC noise it’s great.

Worst service experience at a Dos Caminos ever. Simple lunch took 45 minutes to be made despite not being crowded. Waitress could not have been less interested in serving or being friendly. Turned us off from ever returning (this from someone who has eaten at Dos 20 plus times).
Had small problem with one dish. Waiter quickly responded. Manager showed up at our table instantly. Offered to replace the dish, but it was sort of late. Offered to take the dish off the check, which he did. And then brought a free serving of churros for dessert. All was done lovely.
Waitress was awful. Took 30 min to get us water and then was complaining and very unpleasant throughout
Waitress seemed like it was way too early for her to be bothered. Ordered the French toast from the brunch menu and not sure if the recipe changed. But, there were some rice krispies on the outside of them, that I am still trying to figure out why. I had the exact same thing at the Park Avenue location pre-pandemic and it tasted 1,000% better. There was a gooey aspect to it that was missing this time. I think this location is better for dinner. I wouldn't come back there for brunch.
Great spot and great food. Lots of outdoor seating. Nice spot for date night or catching up with friends. Will def put it on my list for my next trip to the city.

Location is absolutely beautiful. I have an office across the Chelsea Market, so quite familiar with the area. I was there for a Saturday brunch. My plate/food was less than average. I had the steak and eggs. Eggs were extremely runny, had to return to cook some more. Steak was hard and overly cooked. Tortillas hard and coarse. My selection plate came with coffee, which never came, until I asked for it again. Coffee came but no sugar. I asked for it and it was not brought to table until i asked another waitress, who also took a long time to bring it - until she saw me and said, 'Oh, you asked for sugar, I'll bring it". My guest liked his plate - but pretty hard to mess up french toast. I will never go back.
Was not a fan of the food or atmosphere. Didn’t feel like res mexican food
Service was terrible. Took an hour to get food. They did comp chips and guacamole for the delay.
Very little on menu for gluten free. Out of the tortilla soup. Service atrocious. At lunch. Was empty. Took 30 minutes plus for even a morsel of food to arrive.
I feel there is absolutely nothing good to say about this restaurant.
We sat inside. There were 16 tables on our side and 2 servers to serve all.
It took 20 mins just to get soda and water, forget about what was ordered from bar, that showed up about 10 mins after that.
The server Penelope, apologized for the delay but from that point, it’s not like anything got better.
Clearly the bar held things behind .
45 mins sitting there is when we got out Guacamole and chips. We ordered nachos but they never came. We figured with the meal I guess.
Guacamole was fine.
Over an hour and 15 mins is when we got our food.
I had tour of tacos.
The corn tortillas were rubbery around the whole end of it. You can see they were grilled, so I have no idea if they put them in the microwave for some reason to heat them up but they were like frisbees .
My partner liked her enchilada.
We never got the nachos. We said something, even told her to just take it off the bill. She then brought them when we were finishing lunch . We just asked for a box.
When she brought the box, you would think she would bring the check over.. nope. We had to wait 15 mins for her to bring it and another 15 for her to bring it back after she grabbed it .
Big mistake going there. My girlfriend said they are normally so good. Well, I won’t go back.
Next time I’ll make sure we have a reservation for La Barca Cantina.
At least I know I’m served before the boat even tours the island.

Overall experience was 2/10. To start off the silverware along with the cups were not clean and had a weird smell. Food was clearly not authentic and didn’t come close to being seasoned or flavorful. Service from the waiter was fine but there were a few short periods were we didn’t see them at all. Would not recommend & would not come again.
Took 1.5 hours to get a soup!
Great food, lovely patio. Wonderful way to catch up with friends from out of town in a great environment with solid service.
This may have been the worst service I have ever had.... From the very moment we got there we waited for 15 minutes at the host stand because there were no hosts. Then the waitress was so overwhelmed we waited forever to get any service. I actually felt bad for her because there were no bus boys so she was getting water, bussing tables and trying to serve food. At one point she said she had to go fry chips since they were out of chips. I know labor is hard to find, but then don't book the tables.
We understand that restaurants are faced with shortages in staff but at this time there was an abundance of staff. We were ignored for the first 25 minutes while the staff waited on other tables. We then were given glasses for water with nothing in them. 10 minutes later after asking, water came. Food was delivered quickly and was very good but we had to get up and grab our own utensils. Our menus were also left in the table during our entire meal. When we asked for the check when our meal came because we had an appointment we were going to be late for, the server continued with other tables and provided our check well after we finished our meal and without a thank you.
Overall we have had great experiences, so we will chalk this up to a bad day.
Coffee machine broken for over a month they said. We ordered a breakfast burrito and breakfast tacos (at brunch) and came back to say they were out of both (we were the first reservation of the day at 11:30am on a Saturday). My sister asked the waitress if we can do a gluten free option for one item, we had to ask 3 separate times to get an answer. My brother ordered steak and eggs medium rare, it came out well done. We told them so they brought a new one… also well done. All around not a good experience.
It took almost a half hour to be seated for a table that I reserved, the service overall was too slow, and my chicken entree was bland. Surprised for a spot that's supposed to have a great reputation. Appetizer, dessert, and margarita was delicious though.
The kitchen always delivers great food! Kevin was our server, he was friendly and polite. He was knowledgeable and made sure that our water was always full. (On a hot day that’s so important! Thank you!) I was surprised by how long it took the entrees to come out, but when they arrived they were worth the wait. Great food! Thank you BOH!
The restaurant was great. We did not wait long to be seated. The food was excellent and the waitress was very attentive.
The kitchen forgot our food but the server did his best to make for it.
Outside seating was very nice.

Their food here is so good! And abundant! The servings are large which is great because then you feel like you get what you paid for. The fish tacos were amazing and the guacamole was delicious. Also had a watermelon salad with cotija chees that was TDF! Literally everything tasted amazing!

I understand Covid has made very difficult for restaurants, and price increases are the norm; but the prices were astronomically higher than the food portions. Service / waitress was excellent.
We went for resteraunt week. We were so disappointed. Margarita wasn't mixed. Appetizers took over 40 minutes from when we ordered (over 50 from when we sat down), and no apology or sorry for the delay. The plantain empanada was very tasty, but the portions were so tiny as well. The taco shells were also stale. So disappointing.
Great food, great atmosphere and very friendly! Decided on this location for a business lunch and everyone was happy!! Great drinks too!!
