Walked past this restaurant on the way back to our hotel. It looked really good and menu had good selection so booked on open table for 30 mins later. Food and service were excellent and this was our favourite restaurant and meal whilst on holiday in New York. Will recommend to friends . Our waiter was great, very friendly. Thanks for a great night

Group of 11. Wonderful food and service. Wish we had time for the piano bar afterwards!!

I mistakenly thought we were dining with live music but it's actually 2 separate areas, 1 for dining, 1 for enjoying the live music. The restaurant had canned music, I would much rather listen to live music then the radio. Also not a lot of food selection. My husband enjoyed his steak, I had the chicken & I left hungry. I'm not a big eater or a big person so that was surprising for me

Loved it for lunch. Delicious food and drinks. Went back for a glass of wine and our original waiter was wonderfully accomadationg....his manager was rude to the staff, including our waiter and it was incredibly uncomfortable! We went back because of out waiter!l! Not sure why the manager had to be so prickly.

Very good ambience, and the wait staff were excellent. The food was very good, and I would go back to try other options on the slightly limited menu.

Not impressed. Overpriced and disappointing. Garlic bread was the only worthy cause. Nobody in the restaurant when sat and yet we were put by the back door/ restrooms constantly being interrupted by staff going in and out.

Don’t bother. If I would have had the time (we were in-between shows) I would have left and gone somewhere else.

Five people dined after the theatre. The food was very good, our waiter, Ryan S, helped make this an enjoyable experience, atmosphere was pleasant. We ate in the restaurant and did not experience the cabaret or piano bar. Some of the items we ordered were surf and turf, tilapia with shrimp, halibut....no one was disappointed.

The only aspect that disappointed us was that the singing waiters were only on the lounge side. We thought they were in the restaurant also. We’ll know for next time. The food was very good and prices reasonable. Great little spot!

I ordered the lobster and shrimp ravioli and was very unimpressed. The pasta portion had a weird texture and the filling was rather bland.

Chose “outdoor seating” which is very small and Below street level. I don’t recommend this. Bartender was arguing with the receptionist out front. Awkward.

My friend Jane and I enjoyed dining at Don’t Tell Mama restaurant after seeing Kinky Boots. We both had the Halibut with vegetables and we both thought the fish & veggies tasted lovely. Our male server was very nice and professional and gave us good service. The restaurant was pretty quiet when we got there at 5pm and then it seated to fill up as we left.

Have eaten here several times and always a good experience. We had an outstanding meal. A great place for pre-theater. We both had the salmon and it was awesome. We split a salad and it was very good and the size was great for sharing. The garlic bread was off the charts good. Service was excellent.

We had a great time. Our waiter and bartender Ryan was friendly, conscientious and on point with the cocktails.
We chose this spot after making a reservation at Swing 46 eight months prior as we obtained tickets early to see Iceman Cometh.
Swing 46 called to tell us 72 hrs before dinner that they booked a party of 110 people and we were no longer able to sit our party of 10 inside , but we were welcome to sit outside on a chilly night! Can you believe it? We couldn’t!!! We will tell anyone with ears NOT to patronize Swing 46!
In a panic your spot was recommended and we walked over after the play.
A good time was had by all and we cannot wait to return. We come to the city frequently and highly recommend Don’t Tell Manma!
