My husband and I had a quick dinner before a show at the Aurora Theatre on their recommendation. Made a reservation and were seated immediately. Server was attentive and friendly. We had the 1/2 Caesar and the 1/2 cheese garlic bread for appetizer on the recommendation of reviews here and everyone was right-delicious! I had the 1/2 lasagne and my husband had the 1/2 eggplant and we both had plenty to bring home. An enjoyable evening and we plan to come back. We live 1 hours drive away but already picked out what we want to eat next!

Seating immediate, salad and drink 10 minutes, entree in 55 minutes after order. Food very good. Dinner time 2 hrs,10 minutes.

Great atmosphere, great food and great staff!!! Unless you want leftovers to last you a week- go with half portions, they give you your money’s worth ;).

Start with the garlic cheese bread- you won’t regret it!

We reserved a table for our 4th Anniversary and the experience was incredible. Our Server Dom was outstanding! He was full of compliments, he gave us suggestions, and respected our time and experience. He definitely went above and beyond even prior to finding out that it was our anniversary. We ordered half sizes of our entrees and a couple appetizers and it was beyond enough food for us. We will definitely be returning soon.

Food options below expectations for vegans, but the chef was able to make veggies without butter. More vegan options needed.

This restaurant is on the top of our list now. Good food, huge portions, nice atmosphere and great service!!!! What else is there to ask for???

Kim was an amazing server. Seriously experienced. She offered to split the half portion of salad, which was helpful as it was more than enough for two people. Everything from the drinks, to the dessert was superior. Looking forward to our next visit.

Except for a loud argument between people at two nearby tables, which management quickly addressed by asking the party who initiated the argument to leave, the dinner was wonderful.

I've been to Dominick's in Lawrenceville several times. Took my wife for a birthday dinner and had my son's college graduation party reception here a few years back. The food and service here is always sensational? I recommend the Spedini bread to share, also half-portion salad to share, and then Dominick's veal (half portion) is more than enough for a couple. One of my all time favorites.

They said they couldn't find our reservation. Sat us at a table, gave us menus, then forgot about us. We sat there for 15 minutes with no drink orders, no acknowledgement from servers, who were standing around. We got up and left. My husband spoke to the manager, but he didn't seem to care. Bad night! We won't be back any time soon.

A little pricey but worth it.

Food came quickly. Very happy with it. Almost $5 for a small bottle of sparkling water was a bit steep. I mean beer was probably cheeper. Anyhow - it was a good time and we were happy to get in and out so quickly.

We visited Dominicks on Valentine's Day. I made reservations online, our table was ready when we arrived and we were seated promptly. The servers were friendly and efficient. Our food was delicious and we plan to visit again soon.

My wife and I ate here for the first time on Valentines Day. We had an early reservation in order to beat the rush. We were immediately seated and drink orders were taken. We ordered two 1/2 portion appetizers. The garlic cheese bread and stuffed mushrooms were fantastic. My wife ordered the crab cakes and angel hair pasta and I had the 1/2 portion stuffed pork chop in white wine cream sauce. Both dishes were out of this world good. We topped it off with a piece of cheesecake and was not disappointed. Not only is the food outstanding but the portion sizes are ridiculous. We had 3 to go boxes when we left. Our service was great but don’t expect chain restaurant speed. We did have to wait for our food but not long and the time between appetizers, main dish, and desert were perfect. All of this and we stayed under $100 without tip added on. Overall this is my new favorite for Italian food. We will be back or even picking up call in orders.

Lovely wait staff didn't have to wait long for food. our waitress was super friendly, talkative and made us feel right at home! food was outstanding as usual and the ambiance was great. 10/10 would dine there again and take others there.

We love Dominick’s, it is our go to Italian spot wherever we are in town. Service on Sunday night was far less than usual, but the food was spot on excellent as usual.

The service was pathetic. I made a reservation 1 week in advance for an engagement/birthday party. Neither moment was ever acknowledged, we were rushed out because of another party coming in at a later time. Even though I wasn't aware of them until I was at the restaurant. They were bringing out to-go plates 5-10 minutes after bringing out our entrees. Servers were rude, manager was rude. Only redeeming moment was that the food tasted fantastic. This is sad because I used to love this restaurant, but the experience the other night soured my taste and I may never return here ever again.

The food was great and the service was even better!

The restaurant was almost empty yet the server took so long to even come by and then took even longer to bring our food and water. The lasagna was cold and the Dominick's Chicken was drowning in sauce??? and had an awful and unappetizing presentation on the plate. When we asked for lasagna to be reheated the waiter that brough it back just threw it on the edge of the table. It was dry and smeared with extra tomato sauce.

We went for my son’s birthday Saturday night. We were a party of 7. Our server was already busy with another party and while she did her job she was not very attentive. When our food arrived, we were not offered Parmesan cheese or fresh ground pepper. We asked another server to help and he grabbed the cheese from another table. Also, the half Caesar salad has appeared to shrink in size. Over all, our food was good.

Loved the Lasagna. All the 1/2 portions were equivalent to at least two portions at other restaurants. very fairly priced Only criticism was the noise. Very loud, hard to hold conversation. Other than that, we loved the restaurant. We will return.

The food was very good, service was good, however the special cocktail was not very good, tasted like NyQuil.

The BEST Italian food I have ever had. The garlic bread is a must have. I recommend it with the cheese. Even the half portions are huge!

Family Christmas dinner

Our meal was very good. Our server was not very attentive nor did she explain things or seem knowledgeable. The table we sat at was quiet but too dark. But we had a good meal and good time.

Food was very good and service was friendly and efficient even though we were a party of nine and the restaurant was packed with holiday diners. Will definitely be back.

My family and I had a dinner here for my husband and I to reveal the gender of our baby. We had a reservation and arrived on time with no one in the dinning hall aside from maybe two other families and our table wasn’t ready. When we were finally seated it took 30 minutes for us to receive service. On top of that our server was very rude and demeaning. She didn’t seem to enjoy serving us and we were being as kind as possible given the circumstances of our visit. The food was great but the service was horrible. It definitely dampened our special occasion.
